Meals that you can't find anywhere else, always friendly people working and great taste and quality to their meals. I stop when ever I can and get great pleasure share this with others. read more

Stopped by to pickup some food for the family. This time the drive through was not packed which always happens when I go. Food is really good and reasonably priced. The menu offers a variety of items to satisfy your craving. Only bad part is they charge a service fee for using debit cards. read more

Update December 2020: I liked this spot but the quality of both the staff and the food has gone down. The workers don't care what you order or have any customer service. The food has also gone down in quality. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. read more

Best road trip stop ever! Such a superior alternative to fast food. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and food was delicious! Best Oreo milkshake I've ever had. My toddler didn't want to leave! read more

Nothing amazing, but an excellent choice for a lunch stop. Burgers and fries were good. I loved the pastrami burger they had. The menu is a bit weird because they have pictures of items all over the place that are not shown on the menu, but that's not a big deal. read more

Totally underrated. Shakes and candy mixes are huge! Serve big cones to. Burgers are great

I love Frosty Queen from Fresno but the Madera Location doesnt really listen to Orders and when you call in they just say oh Sorry will talk to the cooks. No real care atleast fresno if they make a mistake they own up to it and fix it... I say its better to just Drive the 45 mins to Fresno than the Madera Location... Update- Someone reached out and was sorry but nothing else like I told them I would much rather go to Fresno and have Cold food made right than Hot food made Wrong. read more

Best ice cream in town. I like to add candy and fruit to mine. My daughter loves their chili cheese fries. My son loves their cheeseburger. They have great snacks like mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers. The line is usually long, because they're worth waiting in line for read more

The food here is usually good except for last night. I don't know what happened it was sold or what but the food sucks! I usually get a pastrami and it normally very good except for last night. Don't know if I will be back. read more

Can I leave no stars... Used to love bringing the kids here for icecream.. Tonight the kids went to pick up food, noticed that the order was wrong and took it back... They person at the front argued that the kids placed the order wrong, they ordered nuggets and received shrimp, my son even questioned the order because the price was higher than usual, and was read back the correct order..refused to fix it because they were closing, my husband called to speak with the manager, and was told if we wanted the order fixed, we had to pay for new food... rudest customer service ever... To the owner, if that's the kind of person you have managing your restaurant.. good luck, I'm pretty sure she will loose you plenty more customers.. read more

Wow where have I been all these years?! Missing out on some local amazingness that's for sure. Huge burger. Super juicy and tasty. Fries are perfectly seasoned. The deal of the day is a steal. I'll make this one of my go-to places definitely. read more

Been here a few times. Price and food are both good. A must try place can't go wrong with ordering food here. Tried banana split and burrito's, and chili cheese fries so far. Can't wait to try other food on menu. Will be going back again read more

How WIERD that my review got deleted just because you disagree, it was our experience we are sharing. I still feel the same even though we don't need mask n gloves now but at the time when we did, some of your employees we're not using gloves to handle food when they would handle the register. I wouldn't put any stars for that matter. read more

horrible experience!! i ordered boneless wings and they gave a a friken avocado burger. i was so hungry i ate it all. they expected me to pay for the burger when i already paid for my wings i didnt get!! after that whole incident they gave me attitude and dirty looks. and the food was not that good either. way to overpriced . i do not recommend read more

Horrible food. Taste. Really bad. Don't. Buy food. In this place. $12 for a combo and slow. Service. Don't come. To this place read more

First timers. Pulled off freeway for Jack in a box, but accidentally cans across this phage making a wrong turn. Sooo glad we did! Our order consisted of a double burger w/fries, 10 piece nuggets w/fries, 2 corn dogs, and a burrito. All the food was super good (burger could have used some seasoning, but otherwise good). Nuggets looked like McDonald's but I think tasted better. Very affordable (10 piece nugget w/fries was only 3.49, but came him a ton of fries). Doesn't about $17. And to top it off, the sauce for the burrito was a throw back sauce my girl used to have back in elementary school, making it that much better for her. We don't live any where near here, but when we get the chance, we'll virginit definitely be back. read more

It's September 19, 2019 and my wife and I stopped in for a cheeseburger and fries. Cheeseburger was sloppy and fries were bland. They charge you 35 cents to use your debit card! Lame. But when we were getting ready to leave a cockroach crawled across the back of table. Will never eat here again! Regarding Owner Response No Jack, the burger was sloppy after opening, the fries were bland and there was a cockroach and yes your 35 cent fee is ridiculous. And If you call speaking to your employees in a normal tone of voice "arguing ". Then I don't know. Maybe you got me mixed up with someone else. Furthermore, We left ur employees no mess! Now that is the facts Jack! read more

After placing a $40 order my wife received the incorrect items. When she confronted the manager, they simply wanted to argue. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Customer service... this was our first & last time visiting this place. We will be sure to share our experience with others. read more

This location in Madera is a great place to grab a quick meal! So far the sandwiches and pastrami are a hit as well as the ice cream! Nice people who work there are responsive and the service is great. Happy we found this little gem! read more

Food is definitely fresh and made to order! I go for the Burgers. They have a special burger and shake combo. It's perfect when you want to trade the fries for some ice cream. So far all my visits have been done in. I feel my meal deserves to be eaten hot and fresh but they have a drive thru that is usually moving steady. You can also call in your orders for carry out. FQ has it all: friendly service, fast prep, and a quality product. read more

Food is great but customer service is awful! The girl in front was rude and on a power trip about masks. If the government and almost every other place does not require them, why are you???? read more

This place used to be good last year but then the pandemic hit and now it's bland tasting crap. Soggy buns, bland undercooked fries in dirty oil, cooks do not wear gloves which was it for me. Done with this place for good! I wish we had Triangle Burgers in Madera now more than ever since this place literally went to shit!! Very disappointed in this place they had it going good but no more! Go suck on that Fat Jack!! read more

I give up. I wanted to give this place one more try even though I SWORE I would never come here again but I read a Facebook post about how this was the best burger that person could ever remember having so I figured ok. Last chance maybe they have changed.... They haven't changed! Does this restaurant even own a fryer? How are the fries always soggy and cold?!? Explain that to me please? I also ordered mozzarella sticks and I could tell they had been microwaved. If you can't make crunchy mozzarella sticks...don't sell them. The burger was go greasy and made my stomach hurt. Worse of all the wait time is ridiculous. I don't mind waiting if that means the food will be hot and fresh (farmers brothers in Clovis is a prime example of this)....but if you make me wait 20 minutes and the fries are still soggy and cold...we have a problem. read more

Mixed reviews on this place. They get 5 stars from me! We came to Frosty Queen for an early lunch on Memorial Day. Just a couple of tables of folks. Placed our order and had it within 20 minutes! I had a double burger combo, my partner had a single burger combo. I loved the fact they have crinkle cut fries. (A fave of mine as a child!) All fresh ingredients! Definitely coming back! read more

The food is good, I like the pastrami my self, it's stuffed full. The fries are good every time I have been here, the service is a little bit on the slow side, but it is made when you order it so I'm okay with that. The shakes are very good and worth a trip if you dig ice cream. I'm holding out on the 5th star for the lack of speed, I think a little better organized staff and system would help. But very nice staff and good food we'll be back. read more

It's a great place to come and have a quick bite. The night shift is so nice. I brought my boyfriend from out of town and he loved the food and the atmosphere. I remember how I used to go there when I was younger and the place just got better and better, please don't change ‍ read more

The food is great but the customer service is terrible and the workers there could be rude. Update: they have reach out to me. It seems it was a misunderstanding. read more

I have no idea why the 3.5 star rating. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous. You can't try 1 thing and if it isn' great you give them 1 star? Honestly, we dined in here the first time we tried it. Honestly, their burgers are average. But they have so much more!! This is the go to for delivery. We've used them via Door Dash several times and it has been excellent every time. It always comes much faster than they say! Their philly cheesesteaks are amazing, the spicy chicken is delicious as a sandwich or a salad, and the milkshakes are to die for. Not too sweet, and they will blend flavors for you. 50/50 chocoloate/peanut butter. Pineapple vanilla. Real peanut butter, real pineapple, not icky flavor syrup. You're welcome. They even make good old krinkle cut fries taste great. And we have never had a messed up order. Keep up the good work and ignore the haters!! read more

In spite of the reviews about time, I must say that every time I've passed through Madera and stopped here, I've been in and out. Now I'll clarify that it's been through the drive-thru, but nonetheless the food has been junk food good, and my wait minimal. read more

Good burgers, if you have ever had Foster's Freeze then you know what the food is like here! I got a jalapeno burger which was very good, I was at first disappointed that they serve crinkle cut fries because I usually don't like them, but they managed to make them nice and crispy. In a landscape of fast food chains I would much rather give my money to a local business. read more

I've come to this establishment multiple times and each time they have messed up my order or not included something when they made it clear they understood what you ordered. The food is good but it's not worth all the hassle of going through the drive thru multiple times until they get the order right. read more

Food is okay specially for the price. Their customer service sucks. I waited 23 min with 1 car in front of me for 2 candy mixes and a banana split. The girl who was in drive thru gives 0 fucks about her poor customer service. So the girl passes me my candy mixes, walks away and closes the window behind. I'm waiting another 3-4 min. The girl comes back and says "can I help you w something?" I looked at her and said yeah my banana split? She makes a dumb face and closes the window and I hear her yell to her coworkers "the banana split!!!" I don't know who gives these girls their training but they need someone to teach them better customer service skills. She comes back w my banana split and with an attitude goes "HAVE A GOOD NIGHT ..." as if I was an INCONVENIENCE to her???? read more

RUDE workers will stop me from spending my money anywhere. I rarely go here because the drive thru wait is always extremely long and the food is a bit expensive, they charge extra for normal things that other places don't (like cheese, ranch, etc). Anyway, tonight I waited in the long drive thru line, got to the speaker and sat there for 5+ min and no one said anything. So I thought the speaker was not working and pulled forward. When I got to the window I was greeted by a very bad attitude. I told the girl that no one got my order yet because no one responded at the speaker - in a snotty way, the girl said "did you not stop at the speaker?" I told her I did and I waited and no one said anything. Then she said, in an annoyed tone "well do you know what you want because if you don't then you're gonna have to drive back around" - this was absolutely ridiculous. I should drive back around and wait in the long line all over again because she wasn't doing her job and couldn't just acknowledge me at the speaker so that I knew she was there and that it was working, so I knew to wait? I was shocked at the suggestion but told her I knew what I wanted. Just as I started to tell her my order, she rushed me and continued her bad attitude acting very annoyed with me. So at that point I just said "never mind" and before I could even finish the word she had started closing the window on me. So that'll be my last visit until someone tells me that they hired better workers who understand that without customers your business doesn't make money and you don't keep your job. read more

Where do I begin. First time here. Will be the last. Fries taste like freezer burn. Fountain drinks are mystery flavored :'D What I mean by that is YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU ASKED FOR BECAUSE THEY TASTE WEIRD AS HECK. Dr Pepper tastes like Diet Coke with water. Pepsi tastes like....I don't even know what it tastes like. They must be using some cheap stuff. Only reason they got 2 stars is bc the burger actually tastes good. But if I'm here to eat I want the whole meal and if I don't like the fountain drinks or fries then why even bother. read more

This place has poor customer service. I ordered a burger there and asked for toppings. They ended up charging me for all the toppings I asked for. They did not even inform me I was being charged extra for my order. That's poor customer service in my book. read more

Ordered Uber eats from here and it took an hour and a half. It initially said about 35 minutes and didn't get my food till more than an hour and a half later. Also! My order was wrong. I specifically ordered my philly cheese steak with no tomatoes or lettuce and with extra cheese. It was all wrong. Besides! Who TF puts lettuce and tomatoes on a cheesesteak? Probably cheapskates trying to skim on the meat and useing that junk for filler. Totally disappointing all the way around. read more
