This place was great! Bingsu was something totally new for us! We love to support local and feel badly now that we didn't try this sooner. We just weren't quite sure what to expect. Service was great. The owner made suggestions...so we each tried something different. It's shaved ice but nothing like bahama bucks - so unique and delicate. A beautiful texture. Everything was natural too - no food coloring and high fructose corn syrup. Natural ingredients, real fruit, and the rice cakes were a fun and pleasant surprise to add in (they do have soy so be aware for allergies). But most everything is gluten free and vegan. The owner was friendly and very informative and answered many of our questions. The bingsu was flavorful, however, the best option is to dine in since the takeout was not as attractive as it would have been had I dined in.
