The owner is amazing and you can tell he really cares about the quality, authenticity, and freshness of what he serves. Let's be real. $9.00 for a "large" size is ridiculous. It only comes with a small portion of fruit on top and it doesn't even come with condensed milk like other local bingsu stores around the area. There were a couple Korean snacks on display, but there wasn't anything special that I wouldn't be able to find at H mart. No pricing for the snacks nor the bingsoo or drinks. I was looking forward to trying this new spot. While the concept of traditional Korean bingsoo is fun, I wouldn't say this resembles what you would find in Korea due to the lack of toppings and size of the dessert. A large size at this establishment is comparable to a small at normal bingsoo places. I think in order to be successful, there needs to be major changes for the menu, pricing, and items offered. My opinion is that others will share a similar sentiment. It's not that it tastes bad but just needs to have a lot more to offer when there's so much competition for Asian dessert nowadays. For that price I could get a tastier and more affordable dessert elsewhere. read more
