I'm young and play baseball but I have plantar fasciitis in both my feet. I ask multiple clarifying questions that I am sure can be a headache for people most the time, Shay is so patient and helpful answering all my questions leaving me confident that I have chose the exact right insert and shoe for my specific condition. Took mini me to get some shoes but I wanted to take her somewhere that her foot can be properly measured. I love new balance so wanted to get some new ones for her. This store use to be called New Balance, but now it's Front Runners and they sale other shoes such as Nike here to. Called to verify store hours and spoke to Alex. When I arrived, Alex greeted us and I let him know what we were looking for. He had mini me stand on this machine and was able to accurately measure her feet and let me know about issues with her arch. He recommended some shoes and arch support and we were on our way. Fair warning, this is not Discount Shoe store and you won't find cheap shoes here. Save up and come here when you're ready to buy the right shoes for your feet. I liked this place better when it was a New Balance store, mostly because they carried smaller sizes that are often hard to find. With Frontrunners, if your feet are smaller than size 8 in men's or size 6 in women's, then there won't be much for you to try in store, unless you're willing to try the children's section. Their website seems to carry more sizes available than in store, but it's still inconsistent (for example, I see a lot of women's shoe models/colors starting at size 6, some at size 5.5, and very few at size 5). I may go here again in the future to shop for workout clothes, but probably not for shoes. read more
