Sloppy, damaged property, unreliable, and untrustworthy. I hired Frontline to take down a few trees and stump grind them, take down a fence where some trees had gone through, and finally put back up a singe section to the to re-enclose my backyard. Tomas told me it would take 2 days, I paid 25% up front, and then him and his crew came and got about 85% of the work done, leaving a 2-3ft stump, the stump grinding, and putting back up the section of the fence we agreed upon. I paid him and his crew for the work that day leaving a few hundred dollars left of work to do. Tomas was suppose to come the next following Tuesday and has since ghosted me and ignored my phone calls and has not come and finished the job. I found that they cut the extension to my downspout to remove one of the trees (which was unnecessary as it detaches right where they cut it) and just left it there. They didn't pick up after themselves leaving tree leaves, branches, and fence parts all over my property. The open fence doesn't doesn't allow me to put my dogs out in my back yard alone like usual. The worst part, with the open fence someone came and stole my wife's bicycle out of our back yard. What's suspicious is that Tomas was asking me about buying that bike the day they were working on my property. The bike was not in view from the driveway (where the fence section is missing), the view of the bike through the yard is far and blocked by various furniture. The bike was stolen 2 days after Tomas came and he never showed up to finish the job... Seems like quite the coincidence considering we've never once had an issue with theft in our 5 years of being in this neighborhood. read more

Tomas helped the City of Westminster with a community project to clear snow from public walkways of senior citizens and/or handicapped residents in October 2019. The owner drove by my house and saw that I had a pile of tree branches in my yard that he would haul away for me. I gladly took his offer, but he NEVER showed up on the day he said he was going to (Friday). I called him and he said he was too busy and that he would pick it up on that Monday. Monday has come and gone and he has not picked up my branches. That's no way to treat customers by blowing them off. read more

I hired Front Line Tree Service a few months ago to pull up a couple of trees and trim trees. I paid a LOT of money for their service. They didn't finish the job. I have been calling and texting Tomàs for the last few months asking them to just finish the work they started, and he is not responding. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I am furious with this company! I made arrangements with Tomas to come to my home on Monday at 5:00 for an estimate of a tree removal. He never showed up or called so I called and text him at 5:30. Finally he text me back and said he wouldn't be able to make it that night. I wasn't very impressed with him about not even calling me about being late but I decided to give him another chance. He said he would be over the following night at 5:00pm. I text him late that morning to make sure he was still planning on coming to my house and he assured me he was. I've recently had my trees trimmed by another licensed company. Made me think that that I was so fortunate not to hire Frontline. The new company provided so much more of a professional operation. I do not recommend this company to anyone. It has taken 3 weeks for them to chop down 2 trees/grind stumps and trim one tree. The job still is not complete. They missed a massive branch hanging over my house and only ground maybe a quarter of each stomp with some areas still pertrudging from the ground. They also broke my neighbors fence while taking down the tree and have yet to make arangement's or attempt to fix it. In this situation you definitally get what you pay for. read more

They were hired to remove two aspen trees and then to grind the stumps so that we could replant. The tree downing experience was awesome, the grinding was quite the opposite. Not only could they not fit the stump grinder into my yard, the machine also damaged the siding to my home and completely destroyed the flagstone walkway leading into my yard. They brought a second, smaller, machine at a later date, but it also wouldn't fit. There only answer was to remove a fence which would allow them to cause more damage to the retaining wall supporting the burm where the trees were planted. I mentioned chainsaws, shovels and elbow grease but apparently that's not a good solution. Homeowners hire contractors expecting them to be the expert in their abilities and the logistics of the job. Now we have two tree stumps with no ability to replant and a very large bill heading my way to repair the damage. read more
