    Never buy from these crooks!! Sold me a lemon. Didn't get more than 3 blocks down the road before…read morethe vehicle wouldn't start. I had to stop for gas as these bums couldn't even put 10 bucks in the tank before selling it. Filled the tank and the truck wouldn't even start back up. I called the sales person, he drove over to give me a jump, and offered to replace the battery. So we did that. Next morn, same thing. Every time this thing attempts to start it struggles. Me not wanting to deal with problems on a vehicle I just paid $11,700 2 days prior or any future problems, I tried to return it. They denied the return. Mind you Im within the 3 day right of recession law.

After that we found a couple issues in that same car that just didn't set right with us for our family, but the experience was WONDERFUL. Spanky (and everyone here) was so kind and did literally everything they could in their power to make the sale a good experience. Everyone kept saying, "We want you to be happy." And it felt very genuine. They let us borrow the car for hours to have multiple mechanics check it out. They sent the car out for repairs when we found some issues. They were very nice and accommodating to my wife and kids. But at the end of the day, the car wasn't a good fit. I remember Spanky asking, "Is it a good car?" I replied, "Yes, yes it was. But it just wasn't for us." If you're looking for LOW-milage cars that have had some serious work done, this is the place to go.

    I purchased my car from Hedges used cars back in December 2021. I only had the car for three days…read moreand a lightning bolt symbol appeared on the dashboard. The car started to sputter, jerking and reduce speed. I contacted Royal Hedges which is the son of the owner Dennis Hedges regarding the issue. He told me a several different things that it could possibly be may be a cold need to be clear it out something might be a clog something like that. I took it to a couple of mechanics to fix some small thing fixed. The lightning bolt still appeared. I still was experience the same issues he just was getting worse it started to star in shut off. When I was able to drive it which was not a lot because it sat more than I could drive it I had to pull over turn the car off sit for a while before I start it up hopefully the lightning bolt won't appear and it clears it out. I called several times Roy the sun who sold me the car was no longer working there. So I called often with my complaints to speak to the owner Dennis Hedges will relay a few messages to me through a third-party I went up there he was never there he's been avoiding all my phone calls you haven't return my phone calls. One of the last things that was told to me through a third-party was if you can get the car up here I'll see what I can do . I told him that I don't have money to tow the car and the Excelerator is just revving in a car will not drive at all. Next thing I know when I come home the car is gone. I called him and said oh I guess you guys got the car so my request to them is give me my money back or give me a car that actually runs. I also the whole time since December I didn't tell him what the problem was when I end up finding out that it was a harness issue computer issue. So I get a letter in the mail that he did repo the car and if I wanted to get my things back that I have to pay the remainder of the loan to have the car returned to me and if I had any questions give him a call. I've been calling him ever since going up there ever since he's been avoiding seeing me he's been avoiding my phone calls. They were items inside a car that I have my personal belongings and my license plate that was on the car I called and made mention of those things still have not received my personal belongings which I do believe even if he did get the car that my personal belongings supposed to be returned to me and he won't even talk to me or appear in person so I can even retrieve my items. So in conclusion I believe that their company is a rip off they don't try to work with their customers all they do is void it look like I only pay at look like I rented the car for four months for $1000 a month because they have $4000 of my money I have no car I don't have my personal items that was in the car and on the car and they won't even returning my phone calls or talk to me in person. So I will say I don't believe that they are a reputable company and that they are professional lol when it comes down to servicing their customers so I would not recommend them to anyone!!! PS I went past there recently and my car is in a lot to be sold. I spoke to a young lady that was there and dentist that had just the owner was not there of course and she told me that they put the car in the shop and he's been in there for months that they had it was a computer issue and that they had to re-calibrate it so they spent a few thousand dollars to get it repaired. If that is the case I want my car back!!!! So now the owner Dennis hedges fix the vehicle after he repo the vehicle from me after I complain for months about the issues with the vehicle to turn around and put it on his lot to sell it and he still will not contact me or see me in person regarding the car that I no longer have and I'm out of four grand.

    Safety Issue Ignored & Repeatedly Broken Promises! I brought…read moremy 2024 Toyota Highlander to Victory Honda Monroe on March 9 because the daytime running lights and high beams were not working--a serious safety concern. The dealership promised to have my vehicle ready on March 19, then March 27, and finally March 30, but missed every single deadline. They even called and promised to cover my first payment as compensation for the inconvenience, but later backed out of that promise. During discussions about the delays, the service manager claimed I "threatened him", even though all I said was: "You do what you gotta do, I'll do what I have to do with corporate." After finally getting my SUV back, no goodwill compensation or acknowledgment of the delays was offered. Communication was poor, accountability nonexistent, and the entire experience was extremely frustrating. I am escalating this issue with both Honda and Toyota corporate. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone concerned about safety, honesty, or reliable service.

I found that Jim Galofaro is listed today as the internet sales manager, but I found him to ignore emails and not return email inquiries. Mike Sterzer is the general manager. He emailed me and asked me how my appointment went with Shane Frost. When I answered him, I got a bounced email notice that Mike Sterzer had blocked me from contacting me. That was a real disappointment. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
