Make sure you run a car fax before buying from them. They sell cars with titles that are Not Actual Miles. Buyer beware.

My real and 100% honest review. I wanted this car specifically and only this dealer had it in the…read morestate of Michigan. This was going to be my car. Friday I showed interest. On Sunday I messaged Paul for a breakdown and out the door price of the car I was interested in. He was not in office so he said he will send it as soon as he got in. I asked for an update around 10am on Monday, got approved for my loan and deep cleaned my car top to bottom, inside and out, filled up my tank as I was going to do a trade and decided to just make the 2 hour trip there because I was not getting messaged back and I wanted this car before someone else got it! At 2:10, I finally made it to the dealership and Paul messaged back showing me the OTD Price of the car was $30,029, perfect! They took a look at my trade in and decided it was worth only $6,500 as it was in a cash before and repaired but not in the carfax. They couldn't provide me the proof it was in a crash but I knew what they were talking about with the panels not aligning perfectly. THEY ARE SELLING MY $6,500 CRASHED TRADE IN FOR $12,250 on their website because it was in amazing condition. I had Paul test drive for me, he pointed out we needed to put gas in the car and STILL DETAIL. He said the detailers have been procrastinating but they would fix it up before I take it. Mind you the car was on the lot for 30 days so why was it never done? Overall the car was great and I wanted it. I loved it. They said the OTD price was now $37,000. $7000 more than what he texted me even after my $6,500 trade in was added. I got the price down to $34,000 without all the add ons. Paul wanted to see if their financing partners would offer better deals that my already pre approved loan that I wanted, I said okay because a better deal is a better deal. They then picked my financier without asking me who I wanted to go through because their partners MATCHED the rate, they didn't offer anything better. I had to ask Frank, who I paid my down payment to for who I was financed through... (They almost had me leave without doing my down payment. They did let me leave without setting up car insurance...) I now have to refinance my car through my choice of credit union again because they picked for me. Frank was also aggressive with the car warranty as I didn't want it because my car insurance provider already provides me the same services, he tried telling me they don't. I felt dumb looking for him in the dealership to tell him I wasn't interested, I feel he was talking about my choices to his coworkers who were all on their phones and or going to vape in the glass rooms behind the sales desks. The salesman Donovan, when the sun is setting your reflection will reflect through all of the glass windows, giving me a clear view of you vaping and on your phone. I was finally leaving the dealership at 7pm I found the car WAS NEVER DETAILED as it was dirty on the inside and old shopping receipts were in the truck from North Carolina nor filled up with gas. The windshield was also cracked and I had no windshield washer fluid meaning it will also need new oil and basic maintenance that the dealership should have BEFORE you ever list it for sale. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, love my car though.

I've been asking to speak to the finance manager for four days about my credit application. Into this day I'm still waiting to speak to a finance manager. Then once I went to go see the car they couldn't even get it started not just that it's a $18,000 car with 140,000 miles. I test drove it. I also asked why is the engine light on? they say they don't know.
