We are grateful for companies that are providing sustainable options. We wanted to move without the use of cardboard boxes and looked into crates for our 2bd 2ba move to a 2bd 1.5ba townhome. Frogbox was easy to book online and the pricing is reasonable, considering the convenience of delivery and pickup for both locations. We opted for the 2bd Minimalist package (30 large crates, 5 small crates) and added 4 wardrobe boxes. Both delivery and pick up of the crates/reusable boxes were on time and within the window provided. The delivery gentleman (I'm sorry, I forgot their name!) was professional and efficient. I've had great experiences with Frogbox in the past, so I was very disappointed with their sub-par customer service this time around. What a nightmare. 1) They damaged my apartment walls while dropping off the boxes, causing $130 in damage. 2) They did not respond to my communication asking for compensation for the damage. 3) They did not provide box labels as promised, and did not respond to my communication asking to have labels sent to me. 4) They did not provide the mattress cover that I had ordered. 5) They were late and did not arrive within the provided time window to pick up the boxes. I don't know what's going on with management at Frogbox, but I would strongly recommend avoiding this company for now until they get things sorted out. If you sort your Yelp reviews by timestamp, you'll see that the majority of their positive reviews are 2+ years old. Clearly the customer experience has deteriorated since then. read more

In an effort to be more green with a local move, I got a large one-bedroom set. My first reaction to have 35 ecoboxes delivered can not be written here, but it involved a few curse words and several Schitt's Creek giphys sent to my best friend. The delivery guy brought them right into my packed full apartment, even though I was told he wouldn't do that. So extra kudos. They were even able to add some extra supplies last minute. All invoices are paid online, so you just click a link to pay for anything you decide you need last min. I also thought there was NO WAY I would use them all. I did. And still needed a few wine more boxes. My next anxiety was - there is NO WAY I can unpack all of these in 3 days. (Please note that I'd already started packing in stored cardboard boxes and wine boxes from the store before I realized the ecoboxes would be a good idea, so there was already a wall of boxes in my place). Their customer service is awesome. It's by text and there are real people sending real giphys and emojis. If that is not your style, well - too bad. It made me laugh and kept my anxiety down. I really enjoyed their service. I learned two things, it was cheaper to extend by the week (if you got a package like I did) or I could leave a good review and get a couple of free days. For my sanity, I extended a week. However, an amazing friend came through and we got ALL 35 BOXES UNPACKED IN ONE DAY (technically 2 because I had to unpack the last 3, but still). So reached back out to them to see if they could still pick them up on the original pick-up date and get a refund. YEP! No problem. Not only could they fit me in, they arrived early, were super friendly, just like when they dropped them off, and out the door went 35 ecoboxes (and two wardrobe boxes). What an excellent service! (And why didn't I come up with it?) Frog box made my move smooth, easy and efficient, not to mention that I had no choice but to unpack every box before my pick-up day! I also added a wardrobe rack which didn't hold as much as I would've liked it too, but was helpful none the less. Highlights: -Frog boxes stack so easily without concern for crushing as with boxes, so my movers could put 4-5 on a dolly which made the process a breeze. They quoted me 5 hours but with the frog boxes they were done in only 2! -Small company feel. I called a few times and spoke with the same representative each time and the same guy both dropped off and picked up boxes. Both were courteous and friendly too. Great product and great company! This company was a lifesaver and I cannot stress how much time and money this actually saved during the move. Not having to buy new boxes (and find a way to discard) or track down old and busted boxes for reuse was a huge morale boost to an otherwise stressful event. Ordering was done in less than ten minutes online. Everything came as described on the earlier end of their time window. I did the 30L x 5S boxes. Came with sticker tags for the containers. Also glad we got the zip ties. Lots of time saved not having to tape and seal every box. Since all the boxes were uniform size and stackable, our movers (we shared the love and hired a separate local company) were able to load our apartment and complete the entire move in just a few hours. Definitely saved money on hourly moving rate. When it came time to unpack, again the whole thing was a breeze. Moving is almost always a total nightmare. We own way more crap than we thought, everything is suddenly heavier and bulkier than we remember, and we have to bribe friends with pizza and beer to get them to help. But moving is fun again thanks to Frogbox! The idea of using recycled plastic totes instead of wasting paper is genius. I was already sold on using them for that reason alone. What's better than having someone deliver the totes when you ask for them, and pick them up when you're done?! Cardboard seems to really absorb dust and dirt too, so you're likely to mess up your new place by stacking dirty boxes onto your new carpet or against your new walls. Frogbox totes are sparkling clean and easy to stack! I placed an order online (with rather short notice) and loved that the website helped me figure out how many totes I would be needing. I believe it was suggested that a 1 bedroom apartment would need about 25 totes. Initially I recalled that it seemed like a lot of totes but when it came to packing up my life, it was the exact perfect amount. The totes are a great size too. Just big enough that they carry a ton of stuff without being too big for a small adult or teenager to carry. Peel n stick labels came with the order too, so I could mark what was in each tote. As my friends and I unloaded them into my new apartment we were able to spread them out and unload them in the appropriate rooms. I also ordered recycled packing paper to help pack glassware and fragile items. Loading everything into a rental truck (or car!) you'll move faster (and eco-friendlier) than ever. I moved m entire life in less than 24 hours and while most people aren't in a mad rush to move, I just wanted to get it all over with. Why didn't I think of this business idea? GENIUS! I had to move unexpectedly and could not even wrap my head around going out trolling for cardboard boxes. I went online and scheduled these green boxes to be delivered just a few days later. Then my moving day got moved up and Frogbox said they could get me my boxes earlier as long as they could be delivered between 8-9pm. I agreed, and the nicest person delivered my boxes right at 9pm. I asked him if he usually works that late and he said no. I was so impressed with his good attitude and helpfulness. When my movers showed up and saw the stacks of frogboxes they said "wow, you are so organized!" Umm, if they only knew. Using frogbox was the best thing about my move. Totally worth the money. I love you, Frogbox! Moving sucks ass and I am not an ass sucker so I decided to do some research. Katy H gave them a great review and made me promptly remember the fun trauma-filled times I had last year. Packing, folding, squishing, taping, breaking down (both physically and mentally because it SUCKS), breaking nails, getting yourself worked up into a dirty mess and labeling random ass-busted old and shitty boxes. Obviously, I hate moving. Looked online, selected the 1 bedroom, added a roll of bubble wrap, 2 wardrobe boxes, scheduled what I needed and BAM! They confirm and you're scheduled for a drop off. You can also select how long you want the boxes. I chose 2 weeks because I was working 9hr days, commuting about 2.5, which makes for a long day. This gave me time to do it at my leisure. Which generally meant on the weekend or Friday nights with some booze of some sort. The boxes are large and easy to pack, stack and label (they provide labels) and they are spotless. The only "bad thing" that happened was with the 2 wardrobe boxes- which ended up being a clusterf*ck. They want to close on you so you have to put something heavy on the bottom to keep it from folding up. Also, I couldn't figure out how to close the damn things. It was like a geometry problem with flaps and Velcro. I decided to say fu** it and let the movers figure it out. After you're done unpacking they conveniently pick up the boxes and voilà- no need to break down or worry about recycling! I will definitely recommend to anybody looking to move as stress free as possible. read more

This is the first time I paid to get movers, since I'm paying movers by the hour in 15 minute increments, I really wanted to make the job easy for them and myself, so I spent a little more to get 25 Frogboxes. Jeremy was my rep, really nice guy, after a little snafu with the calendar not updated to reflect the new agreed-upon drop-off time and the truck in the shop , he still dropped off the boxes early in the time slot. The boxes were delivered clean and ready to use, practically brand new. Packing them was easy, just throw a couple of zipties (not included) in the holes on either end after you close the lid, they even included labels which I didn't use. I think it would've been more awesome if they included zipties (red ones for fragile, white ones for normal) and maybe a pad of those Post-It Labels because you can write more on them (I made my own box labels and used removable glue-stick). The Frogboxes are really sturdy. The movers (Can't Stop Moving, also awesome guys) loved them, they could carry up to 3 boxes at a time as long as I didn't pack cast iron pots and Kitchen Aid mixers in the same stack. They stack very well, so very little risk of them falling over in the truck. The fact that the boxes were due to be picked up 2 days after my move was also really good motivation to get unpacked. Because you know how there are always a couple of boxes that never get unpacked. Again, Jeremy came to pick up the Frogboxes early in the time slot so I didn't have wait around for very long. I'm really pleased with the product and service and would highly recommend these to anyone. read more

I would recommend this service to anyone in a heartbeat. Here's why: 1. They deliver the boxes to you. They even carried all 35 of our boxes up the 3 flights of stairs to our old apartment for us. 2. The boxes are easy to label. You don't need to cross out all the other labels on the box like you do with used cardboard boxes. Just label the same sides of each frogbox and you're all set. It's super easy to look at a stack of boxes and see what's in each of them. 3. The boxes don't need to be taped closed, so you can go back later and add or subtract stuff from a box you already packed. THIS IS SUPER HELPFUL. 4. All the boxes are the same size and have handles that make them easy to move. If you're lucky enough to have a dolly, it's even easier. And you don't need to play Tetris in the moving truck - they all just stack up perfectly. 5. When you think about the trouble of collecting cardboard boxes from the liquor store, taping them all up, then cutting them open at the new place and breaking them down to recycle or sell on Craigslist... combined with the cost of any boxes you buy and seventeen rolls of packing tape... it is so totally worth it to get frogboxes instead. 6. They sort of force you to unpack after you move instead of leaving some boxes in the closet for months. This sounds awful to a procrastinator like me, but ended up being really helpful. read more

I am updating to 5 stars because I used them again when moving Sept 2019 and didn't have issues with the delivery timing.

We got Frogboxes for our move in late April. The delivery guy was great, brought our 25 boxes and dolly up to the apartment, and then came to pick them up when we were finished. We kept the boxes an extra day beyond the two weeks we originally rented for but there was no extra charge. The delivery guy said as long as we weren't keeping them for a month or something there wouldn't be a charge. The service was great, the boxes made our move SOOOOO much easier. We literally had stacks of 5 or 6 Frogboxes in the living room, the movers came in and within 5 minutes they were gone and it was like all our stuff was gone. They hold a ton of stuff and are so much better than acquiring/using/disposing of cardboard boxes. I'd recommend getting some Zip-Ties as they came in handy with our move as we were filling these things up pretty full and the zip-ties made sure they wouldn't pop open. The price was very reasonable. I think ours were $129 (no taxes or other fees) for 25 boxes + 1 dolly for 2 weeks. It was well worth it and I surely will not be moving without FrogBoxes in the future. read more

Moving ... sucks. But these totes sure don't. First, they are a huge time saver. The amount of time you used to spend taping boxes together (not to mention breaking them down AND trying to remember where you put the gosh darn tape) can now be repurposed into actually packing. It's great that they are all a standard size and very very sturdy. I think that someone else mentioned that they are a bit heavy even when empty - I agree with that assessment. My movers wholeheartedly agreed. I wish that they had three sizes available - standard, small, and big. There is just no way to pack books or any other slightly heavy thing into the frogbox without making it almost unliftable. In my case, I knew that the movers wouldn't have any stairs and would just push them out and then onto an elevator - but if you were attempting stairs, I'd make sure to get extra to make sure you could pack extra light. The customer service should also be mentioned. They call to give you a smaller window of arrival time, are super courteous and helpful, and just the nicest. IF I ever move again, I'll use this service again! read more

We used Frogbox for our recent move from a condo to a townhouse and they were perfect for the move. We saved a lot of money compared to buying boxes and the clean up was a breeze since all you have to do is unpack and stack. The Frogbox guy who delivered and picked up our boxes was very professional and always arrived on time. My moving tip is to rent at least one more wardrobe box than you think you need. I have to echo what Kelsey T. stated in her review... Initially this company was a great moving option, having moving boxes rented with a drop off and pick up date to clear the clutter in the new house/condo/apartment. The boxes arrived on time, even had help into the house, which was nice. Moving went without a hitch, even the movers thought they were a great idea! The unpacking process went quickly, as we knew that the boxes were being picked up in a week. The communication was confusing, as it sounded like a reminder that the pick up was happening as scheduled on 5/1/2015, but when that date came the boxes were still outside by the front door. A call was placed the next day, Saturday 5/2/2015, to get more information, however no one picked up and a message was left. When following up this week, after no returned call, the person on the phone explained that "most clients end up keeping the boxes an extra week and that confirmation was needed to pick the boxes up on the originally scheduled date." That may be the case, but why put a scheduled pick up date if the customer is in control of rental dates? With the boxes hanging out in the covered area of the condo complex we have been attracting the attention of our new neighbors and property management company, and have had notes for us to take care of the boxes as soon as possible. The problem we are running into is that Frogbox only has drivers available for a few days of the week. As it was explained to us, they only have end of week/weekend drivers and were unavailable in the week to setup an emergency pick up. When the conversation about how this will impact the final invoice a straight answer wasn't given. I understand that management needs to become involved in that discussion, however that person wasn't available and hasn't been this week. We will not be paying for an extra week of service, as the service wasn't needed. If the return policy was clearer, or there was a better system to confirm pickup arrangements this post would have been a glowing review, however this past week has been a lot of calling and emailing back and forth with zero resolve. The only hope i have is that the confirmation call today means that they will be there tomorrow first thing to pick up the boxes... but i'm not holding my breath. read more

I'll add to the frogbox love! These things are amazing and I will *never* move again without them. "how much better can it really be?" you ask! Well, a LOT better. The entire process from start to finish is smooth and painless. Hop online, place your order, set a delivery window, nice guy drops em off, sign a coolio e-pad thingy, pack up (the bad part) and once you're done, another nice guy shows up and picks em up! Wham, Bam! There really was no hassle at any point. Not only was the process a breeze, but using them for moving is so superior to the standard cardboard box, it makes me shutter to think of using those old ones. PRO TIP- be sure to get the dolly!! This thing made our move so insanely easy. You load up 5-6 boxes on the dolly (it's a small flat one, not the stand up kind) and these boxes easily move from A to B. Last year, my family decided to move to Portland, a whole new city in a whole new state, during COVID. When we had moved (just a few miles) six years earlier, we had rented moving boxes and I loved the experience - so much better than messing around with cardboard and tape. This time I wanted to do the same thing, and I tried to find a company with locations in both cities. Frogbox was the only company willing to help us without making us somehow transport 50+ big bins back to Seattle; they said they were opening a warehouse in Portland anyway. Wesley was amazing - he helped us get everything set up and ensured that the drop-off was smooth and we had all that we needed. We moved down to Portland and unpacked everything within the agreed upon timeframe. All of our stuff was safe and sound in those sturdy green bins. Even though the warehouse wasn't ready by the time we were ready to get the Frogboxes out of our new house, they came and picked everything up anyway and we didn't have to do anything extra. Amazing customer service! I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I did, I would hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

Ok, very rarely am I so impressed with customer service that I write a review less than 10 minutes after the business leaves. Seriously, these people are on a whole other level. My house had a late closing and we weren't sure when it was all going to wrap up, so I booked the Frogboxes last minute, literally right after I found out we only had 1 more step to go. They brought them to me the next day, kudos to you guys. Seriously. The friendliness was outstanding, we had no problem. They delivered right inside of my apartment, I was good to go. The boxes are sturdy, no risk of anything breaking as long as your items are somewhat wrapped. They can get a bit heavy (obviously) so space out your dishes and books between a couple of boxes and you should be fine. I would suggest getting 2 dollies so that you can load up the boxes on one of the dollies while another person is bringing them inside. This is what I did and it was super helpful. I ended up having to move boxes periodically during the week before our movers were available so as a note to anyone with a hatchback, you should be able to fit 4-5 boxes in a single trip in your car. Another note, a 2 door Nissan will barely fit 1 box. This was just our experience, so it may be different for you. I also messed up on the pick up date, I thought it was going to be Friday when it was actually Thursday for the pick up. Well the movers were showing up on Thursday to move everything so there was going to be no way that we could unload all of the boxes on the same day. They called on Thursday confirming our pick up time, we panicked, we didn't need a whole week to unpack, just a day or two. They let us keep the boxes until Tuesday, free of charge. The man on the phone (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) was fine with it, asked us if the move was going all right, scheduled us for Tuesday, and all at the same time being pleasant and friendly. They emailed us on Monday as a confirmation of our date, location, and time, everything was set. They called us on Tuesday to see if we would like more time, if our move was going all right, they picked the boxes up and BAM, they were gone. Moving sucks. My god moving is awful, but these people made it so much easier. It is roughly the same price to get the Frogboxes as it is to buy boxes, tape, paper, etc...And it's eco friendly and all that jazz. There order website is broken and gives errors after completing their order forms, which take 5+ minutes each time. Also they don't answer their phones during business hours. I've wasted 2 hours of my time today with them. Maybe they suddenly went out of business. FYI - They use strong smelling chemicals for cleaning, which is still there after 5 days after delivery. I recently just used Frogbox to move from a small two bedroom house to a my new home. Frogboxes are dropped off at house A and picked up at house B. It's so easy. I loved that they were big, roomy, and hard so the bottom box never got crushed. I also loved that I don't have 50 cardboard boxes to try and get rid of or have to break down. Wow! What an awesome service. My friend recommended FrogBox to make our move easier because it was time that I graduated from pilfering for cardboard ones. Jeremy did our delivery and pick-up -- he is awesome. The day before the delivery, he called to let me know that some of the items I'd ordered were out of stock. Being that our move was timed very tightly, I told him he needed to find another solution -- no wardrobe boxes was going to be a problem. He showed up exactly on time the next morning for the delivery with wardrobe boxes that he'd purchased on his own time from Uhaul to ensure we had everything we needed. Moving's always a drag, but it's better with Frogbox. Time savers: The boxes are reasonably sized and rigid, so stuff sloshes around less. That meant much less time fussing with packing, Space savers: We stacked these puppies floor-to-ceiling and never worried about them collapsing or tipping over. Money savers: Movers like Frogboxes! They're easy to carry; they don't fall apart; they stack nicely in the truck; and, for us, they were easy to put all in once place. The movers just plowed through our piles of 'em. Saving them time saved us cash. Plus, I spent almost nothing on packing supplies. (U-Haul must really hate these guys.) Calm savers: Since you rent the boxes for a short time, our pre- and post-move periods were pretty intense. Still, it was so much less awful than my usual MO of tripping over unpacked boxes two months later. I have nothing bad to say about Frogbox. Delivery and pickup were timely. The staff was friendly, diligent, and professional. And the boxes more than paid for themselves. I never want to move again...but I'm sure I will, and I'll use Frobox the next time, too. read more

Easy to set up - no mess, no tape, no box building/breakdown. And excellent customer service. Set up the delivery and pickup online. Jeremy delivered boxes on time - and brought them right to the rooms I wanted. All of the boxes were spotless and ready to go. The boxes were so much better for moving than cardboard boxes. Don't have to build them and tape them together, they hold as much as you can carry, they stack easily, and they nest back together when done. Pick up was just as easy - I put the boxes in the carport, and ... Done. NO garbage! NO recycle run! read more

Frogbox's customer service gets 12 stars. The boxes themselves get 4 stars. The service: I booked a window between 4-6pm. Getting this done was VERY IMPORTANT as I was leaving at 6am the next morning to be out of town until literally an hour before my packers were supposed to show up. The guy showed up at 4:02pm. Score 1. While he was bringing the first half of my boxes up the elevator, someone stole the bubble wrap I'd ordered out of his truck. (Seriously, who steals bubble wrap? I hope whomever did it at least played co-ed Twister on it or something.) He apologized profusely, delivered the rest of my boxes, then offered to drive back to his warehouse in *Woodinville*, during rush hour on a Monday, to retrieve more bubble wrap. I really needed it, so said yes please. Score 2. Two hours later he texted me from *Everett*, apologized for the delay, and said he was on his way back. Well after business hours. To deliver a roll of bubble wrap. Seriously. When he got in 20 minutes later, he gave me two rolls instead of the one I ordered, *and* said he had taken the charge for the bubble wrap off my bill entirely. Score 3. The boxes: The pictures and dimensions are clearly pictured on the website, so this wasn't a surprise by any means, but all the boxes you get (except for wardrobes) are the same size. This makes them easily stackable, but woe betide you if you own items that are larger than 12" depth. What I'd love to see from Frogbox is a second box type that's 24" deep, so it can stack up the same as 2 of the current boxes. Also, the boxes are quite sturdy, meaning they are also rather heavy even when empty. I can stack one row of books in the bottom of each and then have to find light fluffy stuff to fill out the rest of the space. For my purposes this is all okay, but keep it in mind if you have bulky items or a library. You want the dollys. You really do. read more

I used Frogbox when I moved last month. I haven't moved in 10 years, I really hate moving. I usually save cardboard boxes from work. That takes a lot of effort and time, not to mention that they are not very sturdy, and then I have to spend time taping them, and then breaking them down and then recycling them. The Frogboxes were so easy and convenient, not to mention the movers I hired really liked them too. They stack easy and have nubs on them so they don't slide off of each other. We used Frogbox to supply boxes for an office move and despite some significant abuse, all the plastic boxes did fine, and the boxes proved to be very generous in size and easily stacked. Frogbox is fantastic! First of all, i love the concept of not using cardboard and tape in order to move. Secondly, the employees are really polite and helpful. Third, 1% of the money goes to frog habitat. What's not to like? This company is new to the Seattle area (we were their 25th customer), and i hope they will thrive here. The boxes are a good size: You can get a lot of stuff in them, but they aren't too big to carry. Since we were doing a local move over a few weeks, we didn't feel like we needed to fill the boxes all the way, which would make them pretty heavy with books, etc. We just emptied them at the new place and took them back to the old to refill. I would definitely recommend getting the dolly that they include in their package rates; it saved my back and made moving so much easier. One hidden advantage to using Frogbox over cardboard boxes is that the service *forces* you to unpack. No more moving boxes that sit around for months or years taunting you with their mysterious contents. Give them a try with your next move. read more

For those who may not have read the initial review, we used Frogbox this past Winter to relocate from Lower Queen Anne to the University District; this Spring we used them for the reverse, to return home to the city. Ordering and using Frogbox was as simple and effortless as ever--if anything, it was even easier since there was no snow to account for this time! -Go to the website. -Review and choose your preferred date and time. -Order any additional moving supplies needed. -Wait for your delivery. -Pack, using the provided labels. -Move your boxes from one pad to the next. -Unpack, and remove the easy peel off labels. -Wait for your scheduled pickup. It really is as simple as that! The company is always there to answer or address any questions or concerns, and your friendly driver(s) will call you with an update of when specifically they'll be headed to you within your scheduled window. This is definitely the way to go if you're moving--no buying or scavenging boxes, no schlepping them to your home, taping them together and then cutting them apart and schlepping them to recycling. They suggest how many crates you need for your apartment size (I found their recc for my 1 bedroom to be quite accurate), drop them off along with a dolly, and then pick them up. I kept them for three weeks and it was still reasonably priced (given the price of moving in general). They even carried them up 3 flights and then down 4 flights, no complaints. The only thing stopping me from 5 stars is they did significantly miss the delivery window. Though they waived some fee ( I can't remember what) and threw in a free wardrobe box to compensate. Also friendly, clean and very fast, which you'd hope would be the case for any in-home service but, well, I think we've all experienced otherwise :) read more

Used Froxbox for my recent move from Lake Stevens to Seattle. Wow, was never so easy (and eco-friendly). They delivered the boxes as scheduled and even called to remind me and make sure the time still worked for me. Since it was a local move, we were able to reuse the boxes several times...they even provided a dolly. The boxes were sturdy and stacked so well. Once we were moved, they call to make sure we were done and scheduled a time to pick up the boxes at our new location. Very friendly and professional...and easy to use! I highly recommend Frogbox if you are moving. Why buy boxes that you use once and have to dispose of? The cost is the same as buying boxes...yet, Frogbox is easier.......and a more responsible way to move. We will use again. read more

Frogbox seems like a good idea, and it worked out fine for our move last year, but I probably won't use them again. 1. Frogbox definitely cleans the insides of the boxes, but the bottoms of the boxes are not clean at all. As a result, we found a fair amount of dirt in the boxes that appeared to have fallen from the bottom of one box into the one below it when stacked during transport. The boxes also "tracked in" a fair amount of dirt during packing and unpacking. 2. We got the recommended 25 boxes for our one bedroom apartment, but ended up needing at least 10 more similarly sized cardboard boxes to complete the pack up. If you're relying solely on Frogboxes, I'd recommend erring on the side of having too many, but bear in mind that they do take up a fair amount of space even when stacked. 3. Frogboxes come in one size that's good for lots of things, but not for everything. So we still needed a fair number of small and large cardboard boxes as well. 4. We also got several of their wardrobe boxes. While the regular boxes were OK, I wouldn't recommend the wardrobes at all. The delivery guy initially gave us the wrong wardrobes: they hadn't been cleaned and were soaked inside from sitting in the rain. This was easily rectified, but the new ones were still a bit dirty. I think the problem is the design and the corrugated plastic material - they're impossible to get completely clean. Just use new cardboard wardrobes for your clothes. 5. As mentioned above, Frogboxes take up a fair amount of space when stacked (and they're heavy too). You can quickly break down and recycle cardboard boxes, but Frogboxes are going to sit there taking up space until your scheduled pickup time. Probably not a big deal if you have a spare room, front porch, or a garage, but this was a bit of a hassle for us as we were moving from a small apartment to another small apartment. I originally went with Frogbox to avoid the waste of using cardboard boxes, and if your #1 concern is being green, they're probably still your best option. While having handles on the Frogboxes is nice, and it's a bit quicker not having to tape up and break down boxes, those benefits didn't really outweigh the negatives for me. If price is your main concern (and you don't want to trust you stuff to used cardboard boxes), just pick up a bunch of new cardboard boxes at U-Haul. They cost $1-3 each and you can return any unused boxes for a full refund, so you can get some extras instead of worrying about running out. With Frogbox, you're paying $4-5 per box, more if you keep them longer than a week. read more

We used Frogbox for our move in August and had a great experience! The guy who delivered the 25 boxes and dolly was very friendly. He delivered the boxes on time and we were able to keep them a little longer than we initially anticipated without any problems. The boxes are ergonomic and eco-friendly. Frogbox is such a better solution than buying cumbersome cardboard boxes which are more expensive and have to be stored or disposed of later. The LAST thing you want to do when you're finished moving is deal with box clutter or a run to the dump to dispose of of boxes which eventually end up in a landfill. The boxes themselves are very sturdy and easy on your hands because of the design. I believe 1% of the proceeds for the boxes goes to save local frogs and forests. So why wouldn't you use Frogbox?
