I tried to change the batteries but since I'm not a professional, I thought it would be best to have a professional take a look. I called William and he was here within 24 hours to look at the system. He did confirm it was just the thermostat, however while doing a quick seasonal inspection of the system, he realized we had a much bigger problem!! The part that releases the carbon monoxide gases when the heater is on was broken, and because it was black we couldn't even see it had separated. If we would've turned the system on, we could've potentially poisoned our entire home. He ordered the part which came in within 2 days and once received, was back out again within 24 hours. He recommended an excellent new thermostat and now we have a safe system once again. I can't thank him enough, and I highly recommend his services as he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, timely, and reasonably priced.

Some trim work, siding with Z-bar, and three short seconds of barge rafters with minimal osb (roof sheathing) in two small sections. Easy stuff if you know what you're doing. He came out and did absolutely terrible work. I told them they need to have people out here with more experience and they did slightly better. Still have chipped trim, cracked siding from screws, didn't do the barge rafters or roof sheathing because they would "lose their license" and still took them a week to finish which was originally quoted for a day. They ended up sending 3 other guys to finish the work and demanded more money than what was originally quoted. So don't hire this company. I would have done the work myself but ended up selling my tools so couldn't. Overall very disappointed in this company.

I paid…read morethese guys $6,700 to install 240ft of 6ft tall chain link fence and they took every shortcut they could: 1. The fence is a crooked as a snake. You can clearly tell that they did not follow a string line when placing each post and they had it easy b/c the property corners were marked by a surveyor and they still couldn't get it somewhat straight. Some of the posts are 1ft away from the property line and some 2inches away and some actually over the property line. 2. As i fixed some of the posts, i found that the posts are much shallower than 2ft in the ground. Also, they used an obnoxiously excessive amount of concrete for each post. 3. I can't put chain link privacy slats up b/c they decided to use the cheapest line posts and place them 10ft from each other and some more than 10ft! I had 2 other fence contractors give me estimates for other things and they told me DO NOT put privacy slats in b/c of the poor installation by these guys (the line posts will fold over over time due to wind load). 4. They did not install tension wire at the bottom which is probably a reason why they decided to cut the tops off each post and jam the bottom of the fence fabric into the ground. 5. Fence fabric sags below top rail and some is way above the top rail and is overall inconsistent. 6. They used the least amount of hardware they could use. 7. They poured concrete over one of the property corners marked by the surveyor (AKA the monument) but i was able to uncover it before it dried. 8. On one terminal post, instead of stretching and fastening the fence fabric to the terminal post correctly using the tension bands, they over stretched it and attached it to the neighbors fence and stretched it by hanging it on nails. I knew i should not have trusted these hacks b/c prior to this, they fixed some dry rot and i told them to use primer before painting and they did not and decided to waste an excessive amount of coats of good quality paint that wont last as long as just using 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. I learned of these problems b/c i learned how to install chain link fence myself elsewhere on my property by watching youtube.
