The owner is very friendly and takes great care of the animals. I would trust him with any of my fur babies.

Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. Thank you, Einat and team, for taking such wonderful care of Charlie.

My dogs walked with several team members over time, from puppy care daily walks to twice weekly walks as adults. The walkers have all been very kind and worked well with our dogs. I appreciate their updates and photos after each walk. It is very easy to schedule and to modify service as needed based on your schedule. They are responsive, professional, and truly care about their clients. I highly recommend strut the pup and will use this service again.

We've used various boarding and in-home services in Seattle in the last 10 years. Mary and Wagtime…read moreare far and away the best. If you asked me to design the ideal situation for leaving our dogs when we travel, I couldn't come up with anything better than what Mary's got going on. We have two dachshunds, and I wouldn't describe either as being particularly easy to care for. Sophia is 14, is very slow, and is almost immobile from arthritis and a leg break from many years ago. She can't navigate even a single step, and she needs to be handled gently. Charlie is younger, but he's a bit skittish. When we got them both back after 10 days with Mary, they were happier and more energetic than when we dropped them off. They were part of Mary's family, slept and cuddled with the kids, and hung out in the yard with their family dog. Sophia's multiple medications were administered correctly, as well. Mary also texted us daily updates and photos. Just an absolute pleasure to work with, and so glad we have someone like this to trust with our dogs when we're gone.

We've had the fortune of being able to have Mary take our pup, Buttercup, on walks for the past…read morefive years. Mary has always been on time and very communicative - texting us when she's on her way to pick up Buttercup and also sending us pictures of Buttercup on her park adventures with her friends. Buttercup has also spent some time on overnights at Mary's home when we've gone out of town on trips and she has such a blast! Mary truly takes care of Buttercup as if she's her own pup. We're really sad that we can't teleport Mary over to us on the East Coast so that she can continue walking Buttercup. Maybe one day!

CTH has 4 cat homes in our neighborhood who are clients and we all love them! Ben & Brooklyn are the sitters we have had so far, but there are more. There are so many great parts of this company that I can't pick just one. - The sitters really love and care for the animals! We have one cat who's such a ham and wants pets forever, and another who is more shy. They take the time with the shy one, and let her warm up to them which she eventually has! And they get just as excited about it as I do :) - You get text message updates after every visit with a play-by-play for the visit, and they include photos! It was something we asked boarding places for and they said they said "we don't do that." The pictures are especially nice. ** The photos attached to this review are ones that our sitters have sent :) - Scheduling is so easy. You just go online into the calendar on your account, and you can choose days, times (morning and evening, up to 2x/day), and length of visit. You can choose if you need medications administered as well. - They are transparent and absolutely fair in their cost. I've found it to be comparable to boarding, and the benefit is they get to stay home in their own environment and aren't kept in a small enclosure for so much of their day. - They're extremely kind, diligent, and careful, especially with our cat who's a runner when the door opens. I'm no longer nervous or feel guilty about going out of town because we can choose longer visits for our sitters; our babies will still lots of snuggles and play time!

They send photos of petting and feeding your pet after every visit, and describe what your pet did. Whenever I pause at the cost, I remember how safe, reliable, and conscientious they are, and I hire them again.
