My cousin had purchased cars from here in the past and had seemed happy. We were in the market for our son's first car and after reviewing online the inventory, we agreed to check out cars here. The selection is vast and Michael was easy to work with. Here is my summary of experience and maybe I just have high expectations when it comes to purchasing vehicles. Will we buy cars from here in the future? Perhaps. If so, I'll set my expectations a bit lower than I had for this trip. Pros: Michael's staff are super friendly. They were great to all 3 of us when there. Cute dog in the lobby Reasonable prices - on the high end compared to local listings of similar vehicles. Vast inventory Easy test drive process - was able to drive several and narrow it down. Warranty sale was a smooth process or would have gone 3rd party Sales process/closing was smooth Cons: I expected the car to be cleaned after purchasing. Instead there is gross hair all over and there was this goo on the trunk mat that my husband had to wash out with a hose. Half a tank of gas at pick up. I get margins are tight but I have car buying experience and have NEVER picked up a car with less than a full tank at delivery. Had to wait 15 minutes beyond our appointment time because Michael didn't have the paperwork ready. I'd normally be patient but I was going back and forth with him the prior Thursday on a busy day for me as he said he was getting everything ready to go to Saturday that day. Constant text and emails for a 5 star (Google) review. One thing to ask but please deliver a 5 Star Experience if you're pushing for those 5 stars.

I drove 2 hours to get fixed that's when they said 1000 miles. Do not buy vehicle from these guys . U leave message to call u. No call. Ur better off going to junk yard buying car and fixing. At first I was happy with Auto Solutions and thought I had gotten a good deal on my car. When I…read morebought it they told me had a newer transmission and a new clutch. Well, 6 months later when the clutch died I asked my garage how it died so quickly. The guy told me that they were sure both the clutch and the transmission were original to the car and had never been removed before, meaning that I was lied to about the clutch AND transmission. Employees are also rating the business on google to cover up bad reviews. I reported them to the BBB and claimed I told them I didn't know how to drive stick when I bought the car and that my dad would teach me. Which again, 2 lies. I did know how to drive a manual and my dad does not. These guys are ridiculous.

Bought tires here. Brought the car back with a clunk on the rear end, less than 3 weeks later, they…read moretold me it was the ebreak and that it wasn't anything they did. Few month go by and the clunk is still there and gradually getting worse. Have a different mechanic look at it and the tires were so loose that they are about to fall off and parts are missing. Went to talk to them and they told me it was my fault and that they won't replace the lug nuts and studs that are missing because they did nothing wrong. Wasn't even like I asked them to replace major parts, it was small things, the issue issuess they caused, by being careless,could have caused serious damage, killed me, or other people if those tires came off!!!! Will never come back here again. Very unprofessional and don't own up when they do something wrong. Worse part was the guy who said all this admitted he wasn't a mechanic and that he didn't work there he was just helping the owner out.
