stay away , they are a sneaky dealer , looked at pics of vehicle online and vehicle looked great , but they forgot to take pic of side that had damage , called before hand and salesman said he was walking around it and was in fantastic shape, went and looked at it , didnt see any damage to it , went back and did paperwork and when going to get in vehicle , sun hit the side and showed damage , told the salesman i would have never bought it if i had known of damage , he then said , oh ya , i forgot the owner said he backed into tree when he was hunting , then walked away , salesman knew but didnt say nothing , a big con , all this and i was 3 hours away, couple years ago , did the same thing, took pics of vehicle and failed to take pic if damaged side , drove 3 hours , went in one driveway and out the other, vehicle was rusted, this is one dealer to stay away from ,pretty low when you do this to people just to sell them a vehicle , very dishonest read more

Jesse was an absolute delight to work with after all the pressure and disappointment from other area dealerships. No pressure. He listened to us. He asked questions. He hooked us up. I recommend him if you're visiting this dealership looking for a vehicle. read more

Steer clear. Many dealerships are predatory but these guys are on a whole new level. Your best friend until you sign the papers. Customer service is nonexistent, no one ever has any info unless you are a potential sale, BUT they will call and email with a new offer every time you check your payoff on the lender website, and I mean every. single. time. for 5 years. The worst of it is that I am still trying to get my title after I paid off the car 2 months ago. No one seems to know anything. The only reply I've gotten is from Brent Cooper, a "customer care" rep who just asks if I have any other questions before passing me on, but he never answers the only one I had, which is how to get my title. You could probably do better just about anywhere else. read more

Took my vehicle in because I recently have discovered a bubble on the tire. Brought the vehicle in to get a replace. I have driven it about 4k, service advise Dave told me it wasn't my fault, no damage on rim but would only charge me half of the cost. I am so frustrated with the shadyness of this dealership, I paid and left. I get sick to my stomach each time I have to deal with these service writer. read more

Recently stopped at this dealership on a Friday night. While we were in the lot looking at vehicles the salesperson locked up the dealership and was walking out . As we approached and politely asked if they were closed, He brushed by us, told his co-worker he was walking out with to not stop, once 'they' get your ear you'll be here for another 2 hours. We asked for a business card. the salesperson didn't even stop but went to his car and drove off. After treatment like that, I would not even go near that dealer again. My feeling is if he was even interested in selling a vehicle (as there were several on the lot we were interested in), it would have been nice of him to stop, offer his card, say he was closing and could we stop by another time? The way he handled it he's lost this customer and I will not recommend him to anyone I know. read more

After a very bad experience elsewhere, I took my father here hoping for a more positive experience. He was looking to get into a new lease vehicle after completimg his prior lease. Zakariah (Zak) was an absolute professional in every sense of the word. He never lied to us and was upfront about all questions we asked. This is hard to find in a car dealership. Obviously the bottom line always has to be in the dealers interest, however Zak did exactly as promised and got my father the best deal we believe he could have. Zero haggling and looking for excuses. He just simply made it happen and was curtious, knowledgeable, and respectful while doing it. Hopefully he sticks around awhile as he has earned a lifetime customer in my father. Multiple other staff memebers also checked on our needs during our wait while gettimg the new vehicle. So I can honestly say its not just the man that sold us the vehicle, its the entire dealership from our experience. They are very willing to work with you and make your experience an enjoyable one. Thank you Zak and your team at Bill Cram. Glad to see GM customer lotalty still exists. read more

I recently bought a 2017 chevy trax. matt was my salesman. he was great in showing me the vehicles they had, so I picked on I liked. they gave me a value on my 2014 equinox.was not happy with the value. told matt I wanted more for the equinox since it had low milage and in good shape. he went back and then the finance manager came over and then gave me a tough time about getting a extended warrenty .I told him no but kept pressuring me, I was going to leave because of the high pressure. then he finally gave up and I signed a paper saying I didn't want it. I should have left. the vehicle wouldn't pass inspection because of a broken mirror on the driver side. so I had to wait to get the vehicle. matt was suppose to let me know what was going on with the vehicle ,never did,i called him. then there was a chip in the windshield that was suppose to be fixed, ya right, wasnt, called matt and he said he was going to check on it, never heard back, emailed him ,nothing, love the vehicle but the sales dept I am not satisified with. high pressure and don't go through with there promises. I wont buy from them again, I bought cars from them in the past, hurry up and get the contract signed and get the vehicle and don't care after that, should have known. read more

I have been looking for a new Chevy Silverado 2500HD for 6-8months. There is not a lot of selection out there and when you find one they are plow trucks. No bells and whistles. I use my truck to tow my Camper and want to be comfortable on the road during long hauls. Bill Cram had one of the largest selections and had a special edition 2500HD I have never seen, the "midnight edition" When I saw it I knew that was it. Rodney Cole was my salesman and was very friendly, upfront, and easy to work with. We got the deal done and I am very happy with my new truck. read more
