i will begin when my 2023 tundra was leased, we agr to a price per month then went in 2 days later…read moreand payment was 65 dollars more a month. I showed them the agreed amount monthly via text message and after back and forth they agreed. Fit's year or a bit more things were good service wise then went in for second oil change and they charged me which is not supposed to happen but was late and wanted to get home so I paid then called. Took 2 days to return my call and then told me it would be a month before they could cut me a check to reimburse me? They did. July 2025 my truck had engine light on went in to have diagnostics done told me I had a bad turbo. Okay I said what is the timeline to have it repaired? I was told that it was a recall and Toyota USA haven't approved it yet. I understood that and was not happy but figured normal routine. I let them know that hopefully it wouldn't be to long because had a couple camping trips coming up g up with family and truck could barely pull camper. They told me I was on a list to be replaced/repaired. Had to cancel both trips and lose about 1000 dollars on reservation costs. Mid September get a call from them thinking ot was my trucks turn to be fixed, not the case it was the service department calling me to let me know that I had an engine light on? I told them yes I know, you told me I was on a list to repair. I asked if any update on where I stand on that list and basically got crickets in response. End of October got another call from service sept. thinking surely it is my turn to be repaired but nope another call to inform me that I had an engine light on? So I did not react as well this time and demanded I speak with somebody that had a clue. Talked with service manager no names yet and tried to calm me down and said we'll still running so they are dealing with ones that were already inoperabl. Not happy but understandable I guess. December rolls around and get went to dealership to ask more questions and was told recall is pending and I was on a list. Did not like this at all and told them I'm paying for a broken truck for 6 months and this is unacceptable, I chose to leave before I said something I regrette. January get a call from the sales department about ending my lease early and to come on and discuss options, i asked them do they know the background of this and I gave them a brief recap. I made an appointment thinking this may be a good thing and they may do the right thing for giving me the runaround for so long, but nope gave them a option and they said we can't help you and tried putting me in a Tacoma for the same price as the Tundra. The lease is through Toyota so I know what the buyout is and all that. Also told me to come back when lease was within a month of being paid then why did you have me come in to see what "we can do" for you? Last week I decided to call Toyota USA and wxplain to them the situatio. Toyota USA three way called the dealership and boy did everything change. My truck is being fixed as I right this review. My main issue is that they ran me around for so long and I was paying for a broken truck that had 3/4 the power it is supposed to have and with that engine warning features that the truck had will not work IE: cruise control, remote start and not to mention gas mileage went down significantl. I just feel I was taken advantage of for being patient. I work in the service field and customers should be treated better on the service side of the business as well as sales even though I know most car salespeople are trained to take advantage of customer. I hope nobod else has these issues but will do everything in my abilities to steal people away from this dealership

I Scheduled an appointment for 3pm for a power steering problem and my wife arrived a half hour early, then service person tells her that they can't look at the problem with my 4 Runner (that was purchased new from this dealership) because they are back logged, and the next available time was a month out. She took time off from work to make the scheduled appt and drove 45 mins from home for nothing. Again, we tried to give Fox our Business because it is closer to home. We will go back making the 90 min drive to Hoselton Toyota in East Rochester where we never had any troubles and should have Stayed - GOOD RIDDENS -

I was in the market for a new car, and found that my Costco membership gave me a $1500 discount…read morefrom several different brand options. I wanted a sedan, with AWD, heated (and preferably cooled) seats. From comparing several options online I decided on the Subaru Legacy Touring XT. I test drove one, and that experience was great, without pressure or gimmick sales tactics. A few weeks later I went to go buy one, making an appointment ahead of time. The appointment was great. The loan application process was simple, I got a good rate through Toyota (the same dealership has both brands, and the Toyota rate was 1-2% better APR). This is where things started to get complex. I *hate* that almost all the vehicles on any lot are black, white, or gray. I wanted the top level trim (Touring XT) in blue, with a few additional options. The dealership was not expecting one in the next few months so they searched and found one at a dealership in Buffalo that was previously marked as sold, but the sale fell through. They were able to get it transferred for me, and added the additional accessories and options that it didn't already have. (It had most of my wish list already, but I wanted the factory fob-based remote start as well as the auto-dimming mirrors.) Once it was ready, they drove it to my house 22 miles away to drop it off. Because I work in accounting I noticed a very minor math error on the price, which they corrected and actually refunded a little bit extra. Multiple people from the dealership checked in with me at various steps in the process to find out if I had any questions or concerns. Out of curiosity, when I finalized the sale I looked online to find out how many other blue ones existed at any dealership in the USA, whether marked as sold or not. There were 7. So they managed to get me one of seven in the entire country, and bent over backwards to help me get the car to my liking. Because of timing, I needed to return a few weeks later to get the undercoat done, but I took the opportunity to try a nearby local restaurant. Since then I've had my regular maintenance done there, and each time they send a link to a video walkthrough of the items being inspected.

We were looking for either a Subaru Forester or a Toyota RAV. We walked into the dealership and met Sean Battle, who was very helpful during the entire process. Sean looked to see the best vehicle to keep us satisfied for years and we agreed on the Toyota RAV LE 2022. Sean introduced us to Clint, a very pleasant office manager, and to Lynne Kovac who finalized the sale. We never felt pressured or pushed to buy a certain brand or model, the choice was completely ours. So, if you are looking to trade in or are looking for something new, or newer, stop into FOX Subaru/Toyota in Auburn and ask for Sean. He made our experience a pleasure.

The car was in service so I didn't really get a chance to look at the car before purchasing which is absolutely my fault I'll take fault for that but I was told the car is an excellent shape great car and I have tons of warranties mechanical warranties I have interior warranty and exterior and this is where the problem begins. After inspecting the car after I send all the paperwork like a moron because I should have looked at the car beforehand but it was in service and I went on their word which is another mistake I went to pick up the car and noticed that the hood of the car was rock chipped to hell awful so I was told that I had some sort of interior and exterior warranty that would cover that there's a first issue. Secondly the front driver seat has like three rips in it and it's peeling The seat is falling apart and I was told I have a warranty that would cover a new seat so I go through the warranty process and it's denied. Come to find out I actually do not have a warranty for exterior or interior The warranty only covers cleaning covers nothing else I do have a mechanical warranty thank God but I was lied to by the dealership and we have been fighting for probably 2 weeks now to get the seat fixed and the rock chips fixed on the hood well low and behold this dealer ship is a joke so I am now with seats that are peeling in a hood that looks like garbage. My sales manager is to the point now where I'm stressing her out so bad that she will not call me or answer any of my messages she has completely blocked me pretty much and when I went in there the other day they said they're going to fix the seat but they're going to make her pay for it which is not her problem and on top of that it's not going to be a new seat they're going to patch it basically. Don't make the mistake I did folks Don't go to Fox Chevy or any Fox. This would be the last car I ever buy from this company they are a joke and they lie and when you try to get a hold of your sales rep or anybody else they ignore you I made a mistake and now I have to pay for it.

This guy sells cars that have been illegally modified. Here's what you can expect when dealing with the owner Mike when leaving an honest review warning others about his dishonest, and dangerous misleading's. This is a text message he personally sent me two days ago. Wow you piece of shit I just read your slander online and sent it to my attorney!!! It's not only libel but oral defamation of my whole family's character and I intend to pursue a civil case against you and your family TOMORROW! You are a pretentious asshole that wanted to drive an affordable Rover but didn't want to live with it being used!! I never had the vehicle back for any of those repairs that you talked of doing so it is SLANDER when you tell the public otherwise asshole!!! Good luck with this battle I promise you that you will lose! Nice coming from the owner of Lo Piccolo's hu. allow me to clarify here: I knew what I was getting into a used car, thus going to a "USED CAR DEALER" the car was for my daughter's 16th birthday. The Range had multiple problems from the get go, of which Mike fixed one of, even after I offered to pay for the other repairs. Mike straight up lied about the suspension when pointing out the fact that it didn't work in any of the 4wheel operations, of which he said they'd fix, but didn't, sighting that the previous owner had replaced the air shocks with spring ones. This was said three weeks after buying the car, and during the long period of them having the car in his shop. NOW, either Mike didn't know about the shock change, which makes you question his car purchasing prowess, or he did know and decided to be shady about, you decide, either way it makes you question his over all intentions. Piccolo's had a sign reading "we buy used cars", so I thought why not try to sell them back the Range they sold me Less than a year ago, and in better condition then when they sold it to me. Mike offered me half of what he sold it to me for, then backed out completely when finding out the check engine light was still on, of which cant be fixed due to some jerry rigging they did to the catalytic converter. Don't buy anything from this guy, you'll regret it!!

For anyone else with a functioning brain and a vehicle they care about, stay far away. They had my truck for four full days and managed to accomplish exactly nothing. No fixes. No progress. Just excuses. The highlight of this circus was being flat-out lied to by Mariah, who claimed their fuel filters had "water damage" and that she was saving me $400 by not installing them. That would have been generous... if it were true. It wasn't. It was fiction. Poorly written fiction. Then came the punchline: a quote of $5,000+ to fix an oil leak in my diesel engine. Five. Thousand. Dollars. For context, I'm getting the same exact job done for $1,500 at DW Diesel. Turns out honest diesel mechanics still exist. Just not here. They also ignored a very obvious bearing noise coming from one of my rims. Didn't fix it. Didn't explain it. Didn't even bother answering my questions about it. Apparently silence is part of their premium service package. To make things worse, Mariah's texts were rude, dismissive, and dripping with attitude. If customer service were a crime, this place would be doing hard time. This dealership used to be decent. Ever since Fox sold it to whoever's running this operation now, it's gone straight downhill. What's left is a service department built on inflated pricing, misused trust, and outright dishonesty. Do yourself a favor. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Take your vehicle anywhere else. Literally anywhere. A random mechanic with a socket set and a conscience would be an upgrade. Fox Auburn's service department isn't just bad. It's a rip-off.

I have nothing negative to say about anyone I dealt with. From my initial online interest through the test drive, all the paperwork and then to taking ownership my experience was hassle free. My only complaint, is that during the State inspection process they discovered that the front ball joints needed to be replaced and that delayed me taking ownership by 2 days. Good that it was repaired prior to me takin...bad I had to wait 2days. I would recommend this dealership.
