Great place that accepts almost anyone in need of a car as long as you have ur down payment and registration money for them. $75 a week for any car on the lot. Car is running good so far, has a little bit of problems I noticed but they are gonna look them over soon and fix it if it's needed. Also, knew someone who went through them and they got $100 check for referring us there. read more

On October 16th I bought a car from eagle auto in Seneca falls. Since that time I have not have my car for more than a full week. They have replaced the motor 3 times and still within a 3 days of having it back its out of oil and keeps stalking itself out. And now this time has no heat. Their mechanic rob says he doesn't know what else to do he doesn't know how to fix it. The owner janet now refusines to fix my car or give me a different one. We put 1600 down on the car and have made $1300 in car payment for a car I can't use. On top of paying 2400 on rental fees cuz my car is at the shop. I need a safe car for my children im at my wits end. When I asked Janet the owner what happens when the car died going down the road like it has down on us a number of times before and what happened when it causes a accident or my daughter gets hurt or died, she then laughed at me and told me I was overreacting. She then agreeded to a meeting. The owner Janet calms the car was over warranty and she didn't have to fix any of the problems she did. She also verified the car was back in the stop 4 days after I bought it but wasn't thier responsible to fix it. Come to the conclusion I can give the car back and be out everything I put in on it. She then text me this morning telling me we can proceed to get another car threw them without having to come up with a whole bunch of money down since I'm already out 5000 call this morning geogre the sales man. Tells me I have one car i can pick from ( which was another piece of trash) we ended up giving the car back losing all of our money and taking a hit on my credit. Eagle auto has this car posted again to sell. Knowing it's a lemon vehicle and garbage they are still trying to sell it to someone ride. read more

this is the worst buy here pay here lot I have ever seen, everyone I know has had terrible experience with them. and now, I rolled my car and it was sitting at their lot and they let insurance pick it up without me saying that's okay or without me getting any of my stuff out of my car. so I called and the guy was nasty to me didn't care at all and then hung up on me, i do not recommend doing business with these people. read more

Don't use this garage for repairs. I knew before I dropped off my car exactly what was wrong. He took 2 days to diagnose the problem and now I am on day 4 of waiting for a part my regular mechanic would have had the same day. Never again. read more

I have been taking my 2015 Ford Explorer "Sport" to Eagle Auto for the last couple months to be detailed. I have a German Shepherd and the dog hair is just a big mess. So I just take my car there every 1 or 2 weeks for a full wash, tire shine, and interior cleaning. Every time I get my car back it looks brand new. They do such a great job, I could never get my car this clean on my own. You can't even tell a dog was in there. Very friendly people, very reasonable price, excellent and reliable service (almost always they let me drop it off whenever I want). Very convenient. I'm happy to have found a place like Eagle Auto where I can get this kind of service... a few other places I used in the past did just "Ok", Eagle is by the best I have yet to come across and I highly recommend to everyone :) Thank you. -Gerry read more

I have purchased swveral vehicles here and used the shop services. Have I ran into issues? Yes. But here is where things differ for me from these other reviews. I am NOT unreasonable like alot of these reviewers. You CAN NOT purchase a used vehicle and expect every little thing be covered under a warrenty! A shop does not have to under warrenty laws and if they did they would not be in business very long. Are there some bad mechanics out there? Yes but they don't remain in one place very long. Eagle auto has worked with me several times on issues "within reason". Vince tries to pick the best vehicles possible but at an auction that can be tricky. You can only look at a vehicle and try to determine how good it is. So this "one and done" because you are an unreasonable jerk reviews should not even be considered. This place is an utter joke. Do NOT buy a car from this place. I won't even take my vehicle here for the free oil changes that I got with the purchase of my vehicle. I bought a minivan recently (5 months ago) and many cosmetic things went wrong and are still going wrong (glove box door broken, sliding door lock, drivers door lining came loose, etc. The ABS light went on and I was told it was only a sensor, only to find out 2 months later it was a bad wheel bearing that "was no big deal." It in fact is a big deal. The wheel could seize up while I am doing 65 down 690 and cause a terrible accident. After a long arguement and stressful many calls which they ignored me and left me on hold for 20 minutes or longer, they changed this wheel bearing at their cost which was great... until the other front wheel bearing went and they would do nothing about it. They insist that one can have nothing to do with the other going bad, which is untrue. I drove around on the first bad one long enough that it caused strain on the other one. Trust me it got very bad in the time that I argued with them. They sell you a car with a warantee that gives you this warm fuzzy feeling unless something goes wrong. Now I know why they need a parts warantee for their vehicles. I was told "How long do you think we should cover a car that had 90000 miles on it when you bought it?" The manager basically wanted to talk to me to get me to feel all warm and fuzzy about the fact that he was going to do nothing. Not even meet me half way. Its funny that the only major thing to go wrong was the one thing that is not covered on my warantee because my car had over 80000 miles on it when I bought it. They can't diagnose problems with a vehicle. The real kicker is thatI thought someone backed into me and caused damage to my back hatch. It turns out that it was just a bad patching job someone did to cover up a previous accident and painted over. The plaster that they put on it just crumbled. The previous wreckage wasn't popped out and fixed just covered over and busted from slamming the back hatch. Now I will be suing. read more

Stay away from these crooks. Had my van towed to their facility for a flat tire. At 4:45 informed me that they were all leaving because it was time to quit. Left me stranded. Quote to tow was $75. I gave them my credit card. A month later they called to ask me for more credit card information. They then told me the bill was $105.00. Absolutely horrible company!!! read more

Unfortunately I had to use their tow service twice in 7 days as my car had an intermittent problem that the repair shop ( not eagle auto) was having trouble diagnosing as after sitting overnight it started and ran fine. Eagle Auto was dispatched by my insurance company the first time and it was a Saturday evening and I was stranded in Auburn and they are close to 20 miles away. However they showed up within the estimated window of time and the driver actually apologized for not coming sooner he was very helpful, friendly and personable and towed my vehicle where it needed to go. The next time, again on a Saturday evening the first company dispatched was a local company and when the driver showed up he was unbelievably rude and when he saw that it wasn't just a dead battery he told me it must be flooded and simply left. Eagle auto was then dispatched and the experience was the polar opposite. Although a different driver this time, he was also vey polite courteous and friendly. I had him tow the vehicle home and when we got there he took the time and effort to unload my car right into my garage and then even offered to help push it by hand in further. This is customer service that is very rarely seen and I was impressed to the point where if I am ever in the market for a used car I will check their inventory first read more
