Fair pricing and pleasant to deal with. If I have any issue with my vehicle they take it in immediately.

Noble's Tire Service & Repair

I had nobles rotate and balance my tires. I got a call stating my lugs were hard to get off so the…read moreprice was going to change. Totally fine with me, when I show up to pick my truck up the guy tells me one of the lug bolts were missing. I called him out on it and he denied it saying it was missing already! The guys are shady and dishonest!!!

I have a 2011 Honda. I went in to have a gasket installed. I repeat. I went in to have a single…read moregasket installed. I knew what was wrong. last time i was there for work they told me that was all i still needed. They just couldnt get to it at the time and that was a few months ago (I didnt mind as it just made my car louder). So i bring it in to finally have the gasket installed to get my engine light off. I later get a call about my car to find out they already installed a CO2 sensor and the gasket and they wanted to put in a front catalytic converter... for over 2 Thousand dollars. my jaw dropped at that outrageous price and i told them NOT to put anything in. turns out they already put in the gasket and the CO2 sensor and told me that i owe them $500 for it. 70 for the gasket (ridiculous). 70 for CO2 sensor (20 too high). and 70 for the scan (i didnt ask for a scan, i asked them to put in a gasket. that is it. if policy required a scan then i would have pressed them to install it the first time i took it in. but they never informed me of anything)... the rest of the $250 was for labor.... either they are extremely slow and it took them 3 hours to put in a gasket or they are incompetent or they are insidious. I leave that up to you to decide. this is the second time i got ripped off as they charged me 800 for 4 tires a year prior. My fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking it was a fluke. I reiterate. I just wanted a (one/singular) gasket put in and it cost me 500 bucks and almost cost me 2000+. Moral of the story: If you like being overcharged, ripped off, and for mechanics to do work that you never asked for, then this is the place for you! I was stupid. dont be stupid and make the same mistake I did. 0/5 Stars

My Baldwinsville experience was awful. My car is actually back in their shop to fix the work they…read moredid incorrectly. So, I'm conflicted. I had to constantly call THEM to get updates. I got a couple text messages but none of them were updates, they all said the same thing, that my car is "being worked on" and they had my car for 25 days (the first time, at this point, they've had it a month cumulatively, FOR A SCRATCH). The people though, were SUPER nice. Angela especially! When I brought one of my previous cars to Northside in Cicero, my experience couldn't have been better. The whole process was seamless. I got into an ACTUAL car accident with a decent amount of bodywork that needed to be done. I got it back in less than a week. Fast forward to this June. I brought my car into the Northside office in Baldwinsville for a SCRATCH that I got from my parking garage at work. This took a little under a month to get back....for a scratch. Someone hit me and left their insurance info, so this cost me nothing, except my time, patience and the car doesn't look right now. My initial experience was great. The front desk staff and the ones who evaluated my car couldn't have been better. NOW...my car was brought in for a SCRATCH. The paint was rubbed off the driver's side bumper/cheek area and scraped up the headlight. THAT'S ALL! So, why would it take close to a month to "complete" this work. The only part of the job that was done correctly was the color of the paint on the bumper. 1. Incorrect trim piece. The wrong parts were used, and TO BOOT, the part they replaced incorrectly, had NOTHING wrong with it but was replaced anyway with the wrong part. A trim piece needed to be added, THAT'S IT!! Instead, they put a piece on that was made to house a fog light, which my car clearly doesn't have. They took the original out (which wasn't broken), so they knew what it was supposed to look like and replaced it with the fog light version. WHY? When I told them it was incorrect, I was told, "well, we replaced it with that one since there was an air vent down there, it needed that trim piece. I'm not sure how or where they got the part number because that clearly wasn't for my car. NOPE! It's doesn't need "extra venting" but thanks! The purpose of that vent is to cool the brakes. I even showed them pictures of the damage I took before I brought it to them and also when I showed them what they incorrectly fixed. 2. Scuffed up bumper. When I go to pick the car up, the entire bumper was replaced and the new bumper wasn't seated on the car correctly. There was a noticeable gap between the bumper and headlight, which I also showed them that my car didn't look like this when it was brought in. They replaced the ENTIRE bumper, TWICE (again, for ONLY a scratch). The sensors on the car had color matching O-rings around the parking sensors. Instead of color matching O-rings in the front, like how my car came from the factory... like how the sensor O-rings were were before I brought it in to Northside... like how the back bumper currently has (as did the front before Northside got ahold of it)... they're black and stick out like a sore thumb. I'm told, can't paint them, sorry. Well, the BMW factory sure was able to... 3. Scratched headlight. This I get, it had to be replaced because they couldn't buff out the scratch. BUT, this car has adaptive headlights, meaning that when you turn the steering wheel, the lights follow. The new headlight had to be programmed by a different Northside facility, which I'm not real cool with someone else driving my car. So, they "programmed" the new headlight...incorrectly, which is par for the course for this visit. The headlights will go right but won't go left. It worked before I brought it in to them though. When my headlights shine against flat surface, the headlights are uneven now. When I brought my car there, my headlights were even. Now one points up and one points down. You're better off going somewhere else. Just don't bring it to the Northside Collision in B'ville.
