AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Service department is an absolute wreck staffed by relics who should…read moreprobably retire already. Lack of professionalism and customer service is clearly their preferred operating mode. Scheduled two special order parts to be installed. Called the day before appointment and asked for a loaner car, was told No. OK, how long will the two parts install take? They only had one part on their schedule, not two, and huffed at me that they didn't have time for both b/c they are short staffed. Even tried to tell me I was asking for a last minute job and I had to remind them I scheduled this work a couple of weeks ago. Morning of install, I agreed to take the second part and have my regular mechanic install. However, when I reviewed the final bill for the install labor, I was charged more than twice what I was told was the $/hour when I scheduled the work. Granted, as a service department the labor charges should be posted for customers. They are not. I ultimately declined to take the second part that I had ordered which was also marked up from what I would pay ordering myself from Mopar. I wanted this to be a one stop shop experience with dealership expertise and was willing to pay some padded costs, but this was absolutely ridiculous. Expertise is a word that has no place in this service department. Customer service is a joke.

The finance office completely screwed up…read morethe tax in my state (Michigan) and charged me 8% instead of 6% on November 22nd, so now I have to follow up to attempt to get my $267.98 from them back. General Manager Zack promised a check for that amount along with a repair they were covering for me due to a check engine light coming on within hours after I bought the car (check for $342.69) would be overnighted to me either Monday or Tuesday at the latest. This car deal is over two weeks old and they still haven't made it right. General Manager Zack on Saturdayn 12/6 gives me his cell phone to which it always goes to voicemail and he never returned my call Monday or Tuesday. I called tonight (Tuesday) to try to rectify the situation and my original sales person (Luis - there's the name so you know who NOT to buy a car from) tells me they are waiting to hear back from the State of Michigan for the check because they don't want to over pay me or under pay me for the refund. Ummm...what year is this???? ANYONE CAN GOOGLE and it will tell you the tax for the State of Michigan for auto sales is 6% - not 8%. Stop trying to cover up lies with more lies. All I want is for the money I overpaid for this car to be returned to me. If their F&I guy knew what he was doing from the start and did a little research he would've known it was 6% to start with and charged me accordingly. But no, we'd rather take the hit on our reviews online vs taking care of the customer from the start of the deal. You'd think a 40 car a month store would have the time to actually follow through and ensure customer satisfaction.

Therefore, they are suddenly acting like they care....shameful! When I say, we will sue for mental anguish, loss of work, danger to my grandchildren & my daughter!!!! What will they do next?! We expect this fixed or we will go as high as we can to make sure no one else goes through anything like this. I have lost a LOT of money due to this & so has my daughter...will they pay her for her loss of work?! For the mental damages?! I asked a few trusted people, and one of them said that they had always heard good things about Auction Direct. So it was the first place that we stopped! We met a young salesman named Cody, and he was really great. Patient (despite how much of his time we stole, and it was A LOT), friendly, and knowledgable. We went on somewhere between 5-10 test drives over the course of two visits. He came in on his day off to help us figure it out. We ended up approved for an auto loan, but we couldn't decide on a vehicle. He told us that they have a 5 day return policy (for any reason). He also worked with us to lower the payment a couple of interest points, which would have saved us $30 a month. There is an extra bumper to bumper warranty that sounded really great too, if you have the extra to put toward it! The lot was huge, and they had a really nice selection of vehicles. I loved how up front they were about each one - there were papers with info on every window that had vehicle details and price, free car fax reports and links to KBB values right on the website listings. I also loved that it wasn't a "traditional" feeling used car lot. More casual, with much better ambience. In the end we ended up leasing a new vehicle instead, but based on our experience here I would absolutely definitely recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a used vehicle!

Had so many repairs that needed to be done to it that were below the 'surface of the eye' that could have put our family and $40,000 camper in serious jeporady. The manager is a total con artist, terrible business man, and just a serious joke when it comes to customer service. My husband's truck when back to Dodge and their repairman three seperate times at least. It was not until we threatened legal action that they half a** stepped up to the plate.
