    Everything was great with my car deal, until it wasn't. The finance office completely screwed up…read morethe tax in my state (Michigan) and charged me 8% instead of 6% on November 22nd, so now I have to follow up to attempt to get my $267.98 from them back. General Manager Zack promised a check for that amount along with a repair they were covering for me due to a check engine light coming on within hours after I bought the car (check for $342.69) would be overnighted to me either Monday or Tuesday at the latest. This car deal is over two weeks old and they still haven't made it right. General Manager Zack on Saturdayn 12/6 gives me his cell phone to which it always goes to voicemail and he never returned my call Monday or Tuesday. I called tonight (Tuesday) to try to rectify the situation and my original sales person (Luis - there's the name so you know who NOT to buy a car from) tells me they are waiting to hear back from the State of Michigan for the check because they don't want to over pay me or under pay me for the refund. Ummm...what year is this???? ANYONE CAN GOOGLE and it will tell you the tax for the State of Michigan for auto sales is 6% - not 8%. Stop trying to cover up lies with more lies. All I want is for the money I overpaid for this car to be returned to me. If their F&I guy knew what he was doing from the start and did a little research he would've known it was 6% to start with and charged me accordingly. But no, we'd rather take the hit on our reviews online vs taking care of the customer from the start of the deal. You'd think a 40 car a month store would have the time to actually follow through and ensure customer satisfaction.

    To update my review. After my daughter put out her review here, they contacted her stating they…read morewould like to fix this issue. So, where were they when we went in?! WITH not just us, but also family members AS WITNESSES to being kicked out politely, ignored & sent away with the engine problem that still has not been fixed by them or acknowledged regarding warranty etc. Her warranty was canceled without her notice even the loan company is questioning why we have had to go through all this with them! Therefore, they are suddenly acting like they care....shameful! When I say, we will sue for mental anguish, loss of work, danger to my grandchildren & my daughter!!!! What will they do next?! We expect this fixed or we will go as high as we can to make sure no one else goes through anything like this. I have lost a LOT of money due to this & so has my daughter...will they pay her for her loss of work?! For the mental damages?! For the fear it caused our family when the tire rod disconnected with my grandsons in the back seat?! They passed inspection while it should NEVER have passed. This is dirty! And NOW they respond?! We purchased this vehicle in 2023, it is now 2025 & they have done absolutely nothing but cause us anguish & anger for stealing our money from us. And hurting my daughter's career as, like anyone else, she needs a reliable vehicle to get to & from work!!! Will they actually FIX or REPLACE with a BETTER OPTION due to ALL our losses from a dirty auto dealership!!!! We will spread this everywhere until this issue is fixed!

Finally, she helped me when I was really mourning my old, beloved van and put me in a car that is so much better for my current empty nest traveling. I went from a panic and upset over losing a beloved vehicle to happy and bragging about my midlife-crisis-mobile Chevy Volt. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership were wonderful, but Lauren was and is a treasure!!

I shared with them what my price range was, what my requirements were for my new car, and where I wanted my payment. My experience went beyond my expectation. I did not feel pressured into anything. Ryan was helpful with explaining every single detail to me. Connor from finance was phenomenal. He was incredibly helpful and made sure that I was able to get my vehicle at the price I wanted and was incredibly supportive through my first car buying experience. He was very organized and made the official car purchasing process very easy. The day I picked it up, Katie was incredibly helpful with teaching me how to use all the bells and whistles of my car. I am in LOVE with my new vehicle, and I see why people return again and again to buy their next!

I walk in for the appointment and ask them to also make sure the brakes are okay - should be part of the inspection. Also mentioned the fan doesn't always work and that I needed new batteries in my key fobs. As I'm telling him this he's just looking at me. Didn't write anything down. So I wondered if anything I said was going to be done. Kind of made me feel like I wasn't important. Oil Change and inspection - almost 2 hour wait! Then they did a tire rotation without telling me (they ended up not charging me, but I should have been consulted initially). He tells me it took so long because of the other things I asked for. So aren't the brakes part of the inspection? And they checked the fan and found no issues so that was a nothing - maybe a few minutes. And how long does it take to change batteries in a key fob? Then you go to pay and they take your credit card and turn their back to you while they are typing your numbers into something. I don't just hand over my credit card - I did, but not happy about that. Everyone else has a machine on the counter and you do it yourself. I'm an older woman and the way I was treated was like I was a stupid old woman. Not the world I wish to live in. Years ago I had stopped using the service center there for the same reason - poor customer relations. I won't be going there again.
