Test drive was fine and luckily we bought a warranty. The day after we got it home it began having issues. We took it back and they decided the transmission needed to be replaced. It took a month and we had to call for updates or we heard nothing. We got a different story every time we called. Got it home last week and now the engine light is on. Took it back. Once again, something is bad and needs to be replaced. They offered us $9000 less than what we gave them for it to buy it despite the fact we've barely been able to put any miles or use on the truck since it has sat on their lot while we made the payment. In fact the only miles and use has been driving it back and forth to this dealership. Not a one of them seems to care that they sold a vehicle that had multiple issues - apparently they do not inspect the used vehicles they have sitting on their lot before it is sold to you. I have used other Peltier dealerships in Tyler and been well pleased - this particular lot is, I hope, an anomaly with their poor salesmanship and bad customer service.

It was used, so you expect some minor dings here and there. I had an opportunity to examine each one via pictures on my cell phone. They were as described on the vehicle. Overall the truck was in fantastic shape. I am a very happy customer. Also, getting to the dealership was an adventure - Steven worked with me the entire day as plans changed moment to moment. The financing was completely handled prior to arriving at the dealership. Purchase was painless. James Jordan was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Almost chastised for not getting Gap Insurance.. then the pitch for an extended warranty that has 1 yr of bumper to bumper and 3 yrs of drivetrain. I can always get an extended warranty...like they don't call or recieve mail every other day for one. Lol! The dastardly deed had to do with the bent wheel on the vehicle that wasn't recognized nor disclosed at the time of sale and when contacted, the only response I recieved was "we hope you enjoy your car" got the text saved. Normally that wouldn't bother me but the fact that they put new tires on this car and didnt disclose. Got the lust of work performed at trade in. They knew, it didnt balance out. $500 later with a new wheel, it drives like a dream.
