Both times I was very pleased with the entire process. My most recent visit (yesterday) they were able to squeeze me in for an alignment at the last minute an hour before closing, on top of my oil change. They also disabled the seatbelt alarm in my car free of charge and it no longer drives me nuts!! The girl that works at the checkin desk in the bay is sharp and helpful- a rarity these days at dealerships. Prices were same as other Toyota dealerships... Which can be a bit higher but I like that they can do everything in one place using OEM parts and fluids & trust that it's done right. With my grandmother's car, I had the pleasure of speaking to the mechanics myself and them taking me into the back and allowing me to look underneath the car to see the problems with my own two eyes. They explained everything to me without being condescending. I truly appreciated that. I highly recommend making an appointment and dropping your car off or walking next door to Bodacious BBQ to enjoy a sandwich and beer while you wait!
