I was very much wrong as I have never seen a company who went above and beyond to make a customer satisfied/happy as Autobody Express did for me. I expected to meet resistance on it and they just took care of me, no questions asked. I will always use them should I need body work done again and I recommend them to anybody. He agreed ok and he would see me then. Friday rolls around I txt him let him know I'm in route from Houston and we are coming. He agrees .. ok. Pull into the lot about 10am the said trailer is hooked to another truck. Salesman approaches and says how can I help. I state I spoke with Tim all week and this morning and I was coming to get that trailer. he replies with " well It just sold " I said there's no way I have text showing that I was on my way and he acknowledged that he knew. Salesman and owner refused to call gentleman back and inform them they made a mistake and to make things right. Instead they watch us walk back to our truck with cash and leave pissed off. Now I took a whole day off of work and spent about 9 hours round trip in my truck to get treated like this. now I have no trailer all new sink and appliances that were made to be put in the trailer and stuck with it. Thanks Tim ! I have informed continental cargo of this horrible business and they neither are happy. This company deserves all it has coming for not making it right. Referred by a friend of ours to go to Elite collision and ask for Jason a.k.a. JT to fix our truck…read more& he was highly recommended! Had to wait for my insurance company to authorize everything plus pay my deductible and rent a car. JT and his wife were super friendly when I entered the store and took care of me in an orderly fashion. JT took my information and communicated with my insurance company - ordered the parts and called me within a week telling me to bring in our truck the parts' are in. He had the truck about 3 to 4 days and called us when it was ready to be picked up. JT was nice enough to take us to our rental car and once the truck was done he even picked us up to take us back to our truck at his shop. We damaged our driver passenger door by having the door open and rolling into a concrete cement block (forgot to put it in park while getting out) ugh! which crinkled and curled the edge of the bottom left panel door. JT and his crew made it look perfectly new again since the truck was just purchased in June 2021. JT's crew "Even washed" it and cleaned it up and it looked brand new again. We took a trip to Houston a few days later and we had to come back to elite collision because someone had door dinged and made a huge black mark on the same side door but he polished it up and made it pretty again right in the spot no questions asked! I was trying to fix an electrical issue with my trailer lights when I lost power to my truck as well. I placed a call and spoke with Brandy. She was very pleasant and did ask me if I had checked all of the fuses before connecting me with a mechanic, Larry. They provided me with the hourly rate and trip charge. They are reasonably priced and provided me with an ETA for the mechanics arrival. Once he arrived, he was a very pleasant gentleman that took time to answer my questions and explain what the issue could be. After his troubleshooting, Larry was able to find the issue, correct it, and repair the trailer light issue that I was trying to fix to begin with. I would definitely recommend this company for their service, timeliness, and attention to detail. Hopefully, I won't have too many other issues, but if I do, they will be first on my list to call.
