Buyer beware. My…read moreexperience with this dealership has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I was told one price, then somehow ended up paying roughly double. The vehicle never had proper Texas temporary tags, and even though it came with a 90-day warranty, the check engine light was on for most of the time I owned it. The vehicle was returned to them over and over for the exact same issues. They repeatedly acknowledged the fuel pressure regulator was causing hard starts, sometimes taking 20 minutes just to get the car running, yet the problem was never fixed. I made it clear I wasn't making my first payment until the car was actually repaired. All they had to do was fix it correctly. The last time they had my car, they gave me an '08 Impala as a loaner. Out of curiosity, I checked its history. The mileage raised serious questions, so I checked a couple of other VINs on vehicles sitting there. What I found only made me more concerned. At that point I was done. I told them I no longer wanted repairs. I wanted my money back. After everything I'd experienced, I had zero confidence in keeping a vehicle that was already falling apart before the warranty even expired. I was told I'd get a call the next day. A week went by. Nothing. Then the vehicle disappeared without anyone contacting me. I actually reported it stolen because I had no idea where it had gone. I eventually drove by the dealership and found it sitting there. When I went to get my belongings, my purse and everything that had been inside it were gone. When I asked who had picked up the vehicle, I couldn't get the name of the company that recovered it. That only raised more questions for me. This has been, without question, the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. Between the recurring mechanical problems, poor communication, and what happened to my personal property, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Do your homework. Get independent inspections. Verify everything in writing. There are too many honest dealers out there to gamble your money on one that leaves you questioning every step of the process. And as for me? I'd pop pussy on a handstand down the highway before I'd ever buy another vehicle from this place. ‍

I drove to the shop to get it checked out, suspecting something was left loose and just needed retightening, but they appear to be permanently closed. 3 stars because I had good experiences with them in the past and assume they would have taken care of it if they were still open. Looks like I'll have to pay someone else to take care of this. Hate to a local business go under. EDIT: And it is indeed leaking from the same place, will cost a few hundred to fix by having the same work redone.

Absolutely fantastic! Their attention to detail and commitment to going above and beyond for their customers is evident in all that they do.
