There's a big sale section in the back and the store is very clean, organized and sexy! The ladies were all very nice and helpful. I was expecting standard customer service but to my surprise, Palmi went above and beyond with helping me find the right pieces and recommended items that were her personal favorites and as well as items that would work best with my fitness goals. She had a few girls help me as well with grabbing items. They arranged the fitting room for me and it honestly felt like a personalized styling appointment! She even grabbed me a pair of shoes and socks to try on to complete the look and get a feel for the clothes when I'd wear it. While I was in the fitting room, different sales associates came in to hand me new items to try on. Although there were a lot of different things pulled for me, I felt comfortable the entire time and didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy. Very disappointing online pickup experience…read more I went to the Brea Nordstrom Rack on Sunday, August 9 around 1:30 p.m. to pick up an online order. As you walked in, there are two signs advertising "Buy online for fast and easy pickups." Unfortunately, my experience was anything but fast or easy. I asked a cashier where to go for online pickup, and she directed me to a checkout line that extended all the way to the back of the store and appeared to have at least 75 people waiting, most of whom were making regular in-store purchases. I got in line, but remembered that on previous visits there had been an employee specifically handling online pickups. I decided to ask another cashier if someone was handling online orders. She was very kind and understanding and said she would ask the manager, Cynthia. I explained that I was frustrated about having to wait in such a long line just to pick up an order I had already purchased online. I was told I would still need to wait in line because Cynthia would go through the queue and process online orders in order. I said that was completely fine and I returned to the line. I was the second person in line who was there solely for an online pickup. Cynthia left to the back of the store to retrieve our orders. About 10 minutes later, I noticed that she had returned to the register assisting customers in line, yet had both of our online orders sitting in a basket behind her. This is where the experience became especially frustrating. Cynthia walked right past us on her way back to the registers but left us standing in the long checkout line, even though she had already retrieved our orders. I eventually had to ask another employee to get my order so I could leave. Only then did Cynthia take the other customer's order to her, after that customer had also been left waiting in line. I completely understand that stores get busy and employees have a lot to manage. What I don't understand is why customers who had already paid for their orders online were left standing in a huge checkout line when our orders had already been retrieved and were literally sitting behind the register. The cashier who initially helped me was kind and professional, and I appreciate her trying to help. My frustration is specifically with how the manager handled the situation. If Nordstrom Rack advertises "fast and easy pickups," I think customers should reasonably expect an online pickup to be handled differently from a regular purchase checkout. This was neither fast nor easy, and the way the manager handled it made the situation much more frustrating than it needed to be.

***Best Suit & Tux rental in So-Cal*** I needed a Tux for a Black Tie event within a week. I knew exactly where to go. The process takes about 15 minutes when you come in and 15 minutes when you pick up to try on everything and make sure you look great before the big day. I am a big guy and needed a size 16 shoe. Not many shoe outlets have my size and Friar Tux Shop goes up to size 17! When in doubt they can have things made to order if needed for your big day. I saw a guy twice my size come in for his high school prom and he was 6'10 and got fitted no problem. The deals are unbelievable and always changing with the seasons. I am a customer that has been completely satisfied and wish to announce "Friar Tux Shop the best Suit & Tux Rental in So-Cal! With locations everywhere and friendly hours of operation it makes for a special experience leading up to your big day. She was extremely professional, knew exactly what she was doing, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Her measurements were spot on, and she made sure everything fit perfectly without any issues. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job and making sure customers leave satisfied. She was also super helpful with sizing and gave us confidence that everything would come out right--and it did. One small thing I'd add: Arieanna definitely deserves her own business card. I came in and got greeted by Stephanie and she informed me that she is new, but she went and got me help with another associate, Faith (who is the store manager!). Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, the staff still required full payment and failed to offer any meaningful solution or accommodation. There was no effort made to fix the issue, such as finding a replacement or adjusting the order. The lack of accountability and poor customer service made the situation even worse. The gentleman who served us at the Brea store was named Danny. Danny was extremely helpful and supportive! He discussed all the options with my son and explained the entire process. Vahideh was my alterations specialist, and from my very first appointment, she took the time to truly listen to what I wanted while also recommending what would work best for my body shape and the overall design of the dress. Some of the alterations we discussed were going to drastically change the original look of my dress, but I trusted her vision and expertise. When I came back for my second fitting, I was honestly in awe. The dress felt completely transformed, and I finally felt like it was truly made for me. Although Vahideh wasn't able to be there for my second fitting, it was so heartwarming to hear from her colleagues just how much time, care, and attention she had put into my dress. The last time I rented the tuxedo. Enrique went above and beyond to get me the tuxedo. On my way there I ran out of gas on the freeway. I thought I could make it but shewt I didnt. I was on the verge of calling the whole thing off and going back to Arizona. What did Enrique do? He got a gas can, filled it with gas and brought the tuxedo to me while I was on the freeway with an empty tank!! It was amazing and I made it to my event. Holy moly!! Who does that?? Enrique does!!

The selection of suits and sizes were impressive, but more than that, the customer service by the Suit Bros team was top tier. Everything was clean and well-organized and they also provide pop-up dressing rooms. They answered our questions about sizing, fit, and tailoring and helped us find what we were looking for. There was such a buzz inside with our fellow brothers along with the original songs playing in the background. It was a very enjoyable shopping experience. They have regular and wool suits, dress shirts, ties, pocket squares and socks, all at very reasonable prices. Be sure to check them out if they come to your city! You won't regret it.
