It can feel a little cramped if there were more people but there were like 5 parties when we were here so it wasn't too bad. Tables can be close to one another but you can still have a private conversation. I think they also had real meals like sandwiches too but we came for a brunch meal. I ordered the pancake and I was surprised there were real blueberries in my pancake. The fruit that accompanied my pancake was perfect. I would've liked my butter on the pancake melting after it was removed from the stove instead. The honey chrysanthemum tea was just okay. Personally, I would've skipped the tea and ordered a juice instead.

They're pancake and French toast selection for example. They also have other items you wouldn't normally see. For example I ordered the fried pork belly, with rice, and maduros. Best thing about this place is that it's relatively cheap and affordable. So it's hard to complain. My biggest complaint is the wait time. It feels like they prioritize delivery orders over anything. Took a while for my food to come. Speaking of, the fried pork belly was pretty good. The fat was delicious. The rice was fine and the maduros disappointing. I was t a fan of how they cooked it. I also got an ice chai latte and that was good too. Overall it's a good spot to have a cheap decent meal. Whether that is breakfast or lunch if you're in the area. Definitely worth ordering if you can get it. I'd eat here again but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

I went in (I did have an Boba tea in hand on this sunny day".), looked at the menu, already decided what i wanted to eat and drink. Anyway, i go to the bar and tell the bartender ( later mentioned he is the owner), "table for 1" outside. He kindly mentioned "no outside drinks". I said ok no problem... "should i dump it or can you hold it, i am buying drinks & definitely food". He mentioned "the law " many times and an incident he had earlier. I said fine... even though I will buy drinks and food. The bartender then expressed "this will not work out...." Confused i said what do you mean....? He expressed that he is the owner and he is not going to serve me. " it's not gonna work out , I am all of this and you cant stay here" I didn't understand why he REFUSED to service me ...just after simply asking questions. No attitude and definitely nothing off putting. Question, a patron like myself will have service refused for simply asking a question?? Or was there more ? Why was I refused service? I dont want to make this about Race....but there was no attitude, no aggression....just a question.

The hamburgers were $21 I mean WOW then they charged separately for the cheese I think $2 each The avocado was $4. The total with tip was $141!! Not to mention that the bartender is FAR from friendly. He's to say the least aloof! My son commented "I don't think we can come back here dad!!" Sorry guys but now I know why people aren't going out.

The setup is a little different from a full-service restaurant. You order at the counter, let the staff know if you're dining in or getting your order to go. If dining in, then find a table and wait for your name to be called. If you're seated farther away, they'll usually bring your food to you. For drinks, it's best to stay near the baristas towards the front of the store since those are typically called out separately. I ordered the Madeline omelette without the jalapeños. It was good overall but it could have used a little more salt. I also tried the matcha latte (which tasted a bit too milky) and I had to add extra sweetener, so I'd probably try a different drink next time. The pastries, especially the apple strudel and Boston cream donut, were both really good. Highly recommend the apple strudel.
