    Crab rangoons

We went to Fresh Sushi & Boba Tea on Orchard in Bountiful last night for dinner. Overall the food was freshly made and full of flavor and the staff were friendly and welcoming. For appetizers, we got the crab rangoons and tempura veggies. They were both delicious, but the crab rangoons are the best I've ever had. I also had a lychee fruit tea boba, which was sweet and refreshing. We got two sushi rolls--the spicy roll and the spicy mango roll. They let you choose your fish (tuna, salmon, or crab) and we enjoyed the tuna. Both rolls were super flavorful--my minor critique is that they could use some crunch for texture. My husband got the Thai beef and rice and enjoyed it. Our bill was about $50-$60 which isn't bad for fresh, hand-crafted food. This place could use more business, so I'd recommend giving them a try. I do recommend takeout as the restaurant has an overly bright, sterile, hospital like vibe with no music and barely any decor. https://www.freshsushibobatea.com/

    Thai Beef Noodle Soup

We just recently discovered this hidden gym and bountiful. It's tucked away in a little strip mall, but the freshness can't be beat. The service is great, but keep in mind that all the food is made fresh to order. I had the Thai basil stirfry with chicken, which was excellent. Had just the right amount of heat to it. My wife got the Thai beef noodle soup, which is essentially there pho. Huge portion that was delicious and some of the best I've had in the bountiful area.

Fast & friendly service. The bubble teas were both delicious. The food was fresh and made to order. We ordered the chicken teriyaki and the Thai beef noodle soup. Both were delicious and the portion size is generous.

    Crunchy sushi roll, edamame

Staff was super friendly and very kind when i asked if i could do a veggie crunchy roll instead of one w seafood. The sushi was delicious, as were the edamame and the tempura. Not terribly costly either, it's reasonably priced for the portions. Absolutely recommend dropping by here, will add/edit review if I can once we go again to try the drinks :)

The broth is rich, creamy, and packed with that perfect umami goodness -- like a warm hug for your soul. The noodles? Chef's kiss. The pork? Melts like butter. The restaurant itself is super cozy and beautiful -- soft lighting, cherry blossom art, and a calm, modern vibe that makes you want to stay forever. The Service is always friendly. The hostess is so sweet, kind and helpful. The Chef is always smiling and so kin and my bowl always arrives piping hot and perfect. Ichiro Ramen has officially become my go-to "treat yourself" spot. I went with a friend and wanted to treat her to a late lunch or early dinner. She ordered one of the meat ramens and said it was the best ramen she's had in Utah so far -- she's even planning to bring her husband back. My ramen, on the other hand, was fine. I got the vegan ramen and asked for it to be made spicy. It looked spicy -- it was a deep red -- but it honestly just tasted like water and corn. Or corn water. It was very bland. Edible, but not good. I carry pepper and crushed red pepper packets with me everywhere, and even after dumping a bunch in, it still had no flavor. Also, it wasn't filling. I had to go home and eat another meal. I wouldn't recommend this place for vegan meals unless you live next door.

The food is very good with a good range of different fish for sushi and sashimi, as well as several options for teriyaki and ramen. The appetizer selection is surprisingly diverse. The portions are good sized and the rice is well prepared. The fish quality is very good for Utah. The food is competitively priced with the lunch options being downright cheap- $16 for three rolls and a miso soup. One of my favorites is the chirashi bowl- 9 pieces of fish sashimi, with tamago and crab stick served over a generous portion of their rice with pickled ginger and wasabi. ($23) One tip- *do not leave* without trying either the Honey Crispy Shrimp or Shrimp Poppers. They are tempura batter-dipped shrimp, served with either a honey cream sauce or a sweet chili mayo sauce. They're both amazing. You're welcome.

In terms of attire, it's a mixed bag as with other places here.. we were pretty casual but some were dressed up a bit more. Our server was wonderful, and the food and drink was phenomenal. This was, hands down, the best meal we had in Park City. We started with cocktails. The gin cocktail I had was the perfect combination of floral and citrus and left me wanting more. My husband enjoyed his as well. The wine menu here is insanely overpriced, so next time I'd ask the corkage fee to consider bringing our own bottle. They brought out a bread that was cooked with a Japanese seasoning on it and a side of butter, and it was delicious. The bison was the best thing we ate; incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, if we lived here we would be back often for this. The elk was very good as well, with fresh herbs that helped bring out the flavor. Can't go wrong with either of these dishes but the bison was the star to us. My daughter ordered the kids pasta with butter and parm, and my son ordered the kids chicken fingers which came with potato wedges. Both were a good portion for children. For the sides, we ordered the Japanese sweet potatoes and the fried rice. The sweet potatoes were something different and were tasty but not our favorite or something we would order again. The fried rice with egg was delicious; it was full of sliced garlic and amazingly seasoned, we could not help but finish it all. At the time of the check, our server offered cotton candy for the kids. It was very flavorful and soft. It was a nice finishing touch. We'll definitely be booking this restaurant for our next trip to Park City.

We came in for my wife's birthday with our two young sons, had an OpenTable reservation noting the occasion, and spent over $300 on dinner. Unfortunately, the service throughout the evening felt disorganized and inattentive. Courses were delayed, one of our children's meals was forgotten until we reminded staff, dessert was brought out incorrectly, drinks and the check took a very long time, and small details were repeatedly missed. What made it harder was that this was meant to be a special family celebration. In past visits, the restaurant had gone out of its way to make things feel welcoming for kids, even offering cotton candy as a fun surprise. Our children saw it being given to nearby tables throughout the night, but we were never offered it, despite being there for a birthday dinner. It may sound minor, but after an already long and frustrating evening, it really affected the experience for our kids. No one was rude, and the food itself was good. This felt more like a breakdown in attentiveness and overall service execution. We like KITA and want to continue supporting it, but for the price point and reputation, this visit simply missed the mark.
