Following this interaction, she turned around to her coworkers and began laughing, seeking their support as if she had successfully demeaned me. Her colleagues witnessed this behavior and failed to correct it. I was targeted, ignored, and spoken to aggressively based on my race and gender. Is this the type of individual YOU would hire? Every PROFESSIONAL business has ethics policies and this conduct clearly constitutes a blatant violation of Waffle House's policies and core values. When there's weak management this is EXPECTED.
