The tech Richard was very patient as he explained to me. What needed to be repaired and got it all done the same day as the initial visit which worked out because he didn't have to order parts. I took it in on a Tuesday and Thursday it was fixed and ready to go, $40.00 + tax. They put a new gearbox in it and only charged me for parts. Today, 2 months later I called to see if they were still doing service calls, they said yes and could stop by today. They called and said they were on their way. The first thing he said was I didn't have enough water in my pool. He showed me how to work the timer, the valves and he lubricated the top of the basket on the filter. No charge. Our daughter who is an architect, drew up a design for us and Sal's designer perfected our vision.
