Definitely would recommend Andy at AZ best price pools. They are honest show up on time provide quality work for a good price.

Building a pool in todays times is not as easy as it used to be. When we embarked on our mission to build a pool, I met with 5 different pool companies only to be told it would be 8-12 months to build a standard rectangular pool. Well that's until I meet Andy of AZ Luxury Pools. Andy and his family have been building pools for ever and promised to have my pool ready in 10-12 weeks, yes weeks not months. Not only that, but his bid was more competitive than any other bid. He even encouraged me to get different bids just to be sure. All that said, working with Andy was as advertised, he was always available and delivered on his promise and we now have a pool we love and in the quoted timeframe. Highly recommend Andy and AZ Luxury Pools. read more

Az Best Priced Pools - Pool & Hot Tub Service Near Me

All I can say is do yourself a favor and call Andy Alvarado of AZ Luxury Pools! Andy and his company are the real deal especially in this day and age of poor customer service and workmanship. I couldn't be happier with my pool! Andy, who is the owner, gave me unbelievable white glove customer service from start to finish, and was the most responsive after getting 3 different pool quotes from larger, commercial pool companies. The pricing was extremely reasonable, but what set this company apart from the others, was their enthusiasm to win my business. Andy genuinely cares and wants nothing more than a "happy" customer who loves their pool. Andy wasted no time and came directly to my home and helped design an incredible pool that fit my vision and budget. I was a first-time pool owner, so he was extremely patient and answered all my endless questions and always made me feel at ease. Anytime I had a question or was having second thoughts about a design feature, Andy was quick to respond and worked through the issue. Once we broke ground, Andy was present and in constant communication with each phase of the build. He managed and anticipated everything, and made this project seem effortless even when inevitable hiccups arose. Andy made sure everything got resolved and we were back on track. He seemingly moved heaven and earth to ensure my pool was completed well and on-time...no exaggeration! Even during the busiest time of the pandemic, Andy anticipated and saw to it there were the resources needed even during supply shortages. He always was true to his word and came through, no matter what without compromising on quality. I cannot say enough about Andy and AZ Luxury Pools, and their integrity. Andy and his team went above and beyond and far exceeded my highest expectations! Andy stands behind his pools and even after a year of having my pool, Andy still is very responsive and helpful with any questions I have. read more

Andy ripped me off for $18,000 and gave me absolutely nothing but paint outlines on my pool deck. When I checked on his contractor license number on his website, turns out it's not his, and the owner of it texted me and said "Andy is a con man". He then sent a lawyer after ME to remove these reviews, which are 100% factual - he did nothing and never returned my money. Save yourself and choose another pool company!! read more

in the end, my husband and I are very happy with the pool. that being said, the process was horrible. By the end of it, we were no longer speaking to the contractor. Finally got everything done, but it was not a pleasant process at all. Ended up not being the best price in the end because of all the additional things that he said, we're not originally in the contract lots of bait and switch. Great pool. Great results horrible process. read more

I originally wrote a good review because he requested that I do that but would like to retract it. We have had issues with the decking cracking and pieces falling off of the edge, it's now been 5 years and we will be finding someone else to make repairs. He is not quick to address issues and I would not suggest you use this company. read more

Andy is unbelievably amazing! We went from a dirt backyard, to swimming in our new pool in just over 4 weeks! My kids are so excited! This has been the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. We are so thankful that we chose you to build our pool. It's great to work with someone that knows so much about their trade. Thanks to your advice along the way, our pool is better than we could have ever imagined! We couldn't be happier. read more

Andy when above and beyond designing and building our pool. Afterwards anything small we needed help with Andy was there for us and many times on his own time. Once we found the best way to communicate with each other we had no issues and any minor repair or request was done in timely manner. Thanks Andy!! read more

I just had my Pool completed and it's beautiful. I dealt with Andy the entire process and he was quick to respond and get things done. He beat the bid given to me by a different builder. I had a great experience with AZ Best Priced Pools. read more

Texted Andy to confirm appt made weeks ago. Instead of confirming, he refused to come out till I committed to him and was the last bid. This guy is out of his mind if he thinks I would hire him to build a $30K - $50K pool just because he throws a fit and says so! What planet does he live on where customer service and business' competing for a job upsets him?! Completely unprofessional. read more

FYI Andy put in a pool and wrote up a shabby contract. I had a 5 year warranty for the pool pump that went bad in 1 year. I texted and called him multiple times and got to the point of being angry because of no responses for a week. Finally he replies back, you get more bees with honey. ???? And then nothing. This company is a huge scam! Had to spend money out of my own pocket for the pool pump to get fixed. It took me awhile to get to this yelp review but now I'm finally coming out since I feel that other people need to be warned before proceeding with this company. I will give a complaint now to the BBB. Oh and by the way. The money was handled really weird as well. Had to be cash under the table, how shady is that? read more

AZ Best Priced Pools built my beautiful pool in gilbert az 10 years ago. The pool was rather large and the whole experience was very good. I checked with 4 other pool companies, and I know I got the best deal. Have recommended AZ Best Priced Pools to many friends and relatives, and they were very happy with the quality, price and time to build. read more

We had AZ Best Priced Pools build an 80 perimeter foot free form pool for us last summer. It was the lowest of 3 bids and took 7 weeks to complete. We were very pleased with the results. My husband was the one who maintained the pool & system. Whenever he had a question or an issue, Andy always got right back to him. My husband recently passed away. When Andy Alvarado found out, he immediately called me to see if there was anything that he could do for me. I said I would love it if he could give me a quick lesson on the pump & salt system. Well he called today to see if it was a good time for him to stop by. I of course said yes. A big THANKS to Andy for coming to my rescue... I have and will continue to refer people to AZ Best Priced Pools. read more

I had a pool built with these people, I'm very satisfied and they did excellent work. They finished when they said they would, and my whole family loves the pool. Four years after The pool was built, the pump went out. We had a five year warranty and they came and fixed it with no charge. I Would recommend at AZ best priced pools to anybody who's looking to get a pool built. Overall I am very satisfied this company and with Andy he is the one who I worked with the whole time. read more

Just spoke to Andy to get a quote...because I chose not to send him a competitors quote...he simply hung up the phone on me saying "I dont have time to come to your house". Simply put...Andy lost out on a $50k pool opportunity because he simply chose to not have time. read more

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!! We called AZ Best Priced Pools for a quote and Andy Alvarado sent out his brother Dave to do the estimate. We called AZ Best Priced Pools and ended up under contract with his brother Dave of Dave's Construction (who works under his brother, Andy Alvarado's, Contractor's License). Yes, we did get a good price but Dave didn't know what the heck he was doing. Dave constantly called his brother Andy, who was here on the job a few times, to guide his brother Dave some what in the right direction. Towards the end of the project, Dave ran out of money and didn't stay to finish. He up and left leaving our backyard a disaster and left some tools and equipment here. We made numerous phone calls/text messages to Dave and he never returned to finish the job after he said he would. Since then we had to hire his electrician & pay directly (to install blower that electrician wouldn't provide to Dave because Dave owed him too much money) , a plumber (plumbing hooked up wrong), Leslie's Pool Supply (Hayward Rep) for the heater he supplied which never worked from day one, a landscaper to fix the botched stairs to jacuzzi, not to mention rocks that came off the day after Dave quit showing up. We are still needing to apply stucco and paint to exterior of the jacuzzi. This project started the beginning of March and we were told it would take 2 weeks to complete and here we are the end of July. I just received a phone call from Andy after I sent him a short email to try and resolve this matter. He yelled and threatened me that he would sue me for slander if I wrote any negative reviews about his company instead of trying to come to a resolution. I'm not saying DO NOT use AZ Best Priced Pools, but then again I can't vouch for their work, but I would make certain you are getting AZ Best Priced Pools and not a relative, check their ID's!! read more

If you are looking for a no-nonsense, no frills attached, family owned pool builder, then look no further. Andy is responsive, treats you like his own, promptly follows up, and is there every step of the way. He answered my MANY questions every step of the way with patience and professionalism, and most importantly, built a quality pool that looks fantastic, and reflects exactly what we were looking for - all for a fantastic price! Andy went above and beyond in making sure we were happy until the end of the project- highly recommended! read more

I am so happy we decided to go with Andy's pool company. We had great service all along the way and have been enjoying swimming in our beautifully finished pool. Andy is the owner and he was very present through the whole process. He stopped by frequently to see how things were going and answer our questions. He was professional and personal- tailoring our pool to our exact liking. Also, he has continued to be available to us after finishing the pool, as we had several questions come up (how do we do this? This does what again?). I highly recommend Andy's pool company and would return to them again in the future. read more

Andy just completed our new pool.this summer! His bid was THOUSANDS of dollars less than any of the other competitors. We were very careful with the design and specifics and made sure to communicate questions and concerns proactively along the way. If $ is important to you and you don't mind staying fairly active in the process, you will be very happy with Andy. He is a man of integrity and sincerely strives to do "the right thing". Our pool looks amazing and saved our budget as well. read more
