recently hired Jesse Fout of Fout Pool and Property Management for a variety of home improvement…read moreand repair projects, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Jesse handled everything from replacing front light fixtures and installing a dimmer switch, fixed some plumbing issues, to adding a new outlet in my closet. He also hung shelves in both a bedroom and closet, installed a new deadbolt and door handle on my back door, replaced my pool pump, and repaired my shower door so it now closes perfectly. What stood out most was Jesse's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. He took the time to ensure everything was completed to a high standard and made sure I was fully satisfied before wrapping up each task. His pricing is fair, and the quality of his work speaks for itself. It's clear Jesse takes pride in what he does and goes above and beyond for his clients. Because of this great experience, I've already scheduled him again for additional projects, including installing ceiling fans and new light fixtures. I highly recommend Jesse Fout to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy home repair and property maintenance services.

We now have a larger shower and tiled shower floor (both with perfectly spaced tile) and it complements the entire room. If I could, I would host parties in there to just show it off! Frank was very professional and stayed in contact through the entire process. If you get lucky you might even meet the official 'owner', Giovanni. :) Frank also installed a backsplash in the kitchen. WOW! It makes the whole kitchen look like we remodeled. He went above and beyond to make sure tiles with 20+ different patterns never touched and did not show up near each other. It was crazy time consuming and I have studied it a few times since he finished it. And I can happily say I still haven't seen a pattern mishap. I highly recommend both, Frank and Giovanni!
