Better than chipotle in every way possible! I love the sweet potato noodles soooo much.

First time here. Food is good. People not really socially distancing but whatever. They asked me if I wanted my food here or to go I said here. And then they put a plastic lid on anyway. Why ask? And why waste so much plastic for less than 10 seconds. This is supposed to be a healthy food establishment. Aren't we also supposed to care about the planet? They could save probably hundreds of plastic lids ending up in a landfill every day. And when I said something to the person helping me her response was well you can just throw it out. No shit. And then it can sit in a landfill for all eternity. It amazes me that people don't care. No wonder we're in the situation we're in. They don't even have a recycling bin. Wow! read more

This was our first time here...we loved it! It was a little confusing ordering for the first time but the young lady who took our order was AMAZING and so helpful explaining everything to us. Luckily there wasn't anyone behind us in line so we had a lot of time to understand the process. The BBQ chicken was so good and the green basil balsamic sauce is our favorite. We live in Maryland and do not have a Fresh Kitchen so on our trip to Orlando we tried it for the first time and loved it so much we had it again the following day and it was even more delicious. Definitely a 5 star for the food and service!!! read more

Been living in Orlando for 5yrs now and always enjoyed good eating but TODAY changed my outlook on eating healthy. I stopped by FK and order a Togo bowl that changed my view on eating healthy. The atmosphere was inviting, people was laughing all while eating clean choice food. I'm giving this place 5 stars because of the awesome customer service and food experience. Whenever you go here, please try a couple of things... 1. The Ginger Tea 2. The BBQ Chicken 3. Parmesan Broccoli 4. Almond Chicken 5. The Spicy rice I promise you will enjoy every bite of your food. Most times I would upload a picture but I totally forgot. read more

The food is healthy and fresh. This will be my go to place to eat from now on. It's worth the price. Drinks are good too.

This place is heaven in a bowl! I'm officially obsessed! Every single item I chose for my bowl was full of flavor , seasoned just right, I couldn't stop mmmmmm with every bite. I chose kale slaw and quinoa as my two bases, and piled on the veggies, didn't care if I had to pay $1.75 extra for more, I added green beans, carrots, mushrooms and sweet potatoes, then added citrus chicken and finished it off with tomato salad. This bowl didn't even need the sauce, everything was so delicious without it. We also got a pack of chocolate chip cookies and zucchini brownies. Omg, the cookies were definitely our favorite. We will be coming back! read more

Yessssss so good! Everything here is delicious. So happy to have found this place. Reasonably priced and mostly healthy items. Will definitely be back! read more

Let me start off by saying that the food is great here. I've had Fresh Kitchen in Tampa several times and they have impeccable service. FK in Orlando is so-so. I went there once to find out that they closed the kitchen 10 minutes earlier than usual, locked the doors so you cant even get a drink and another time when they were having a meeting on a Sunday during dinner time. They were not serving food in-store but accepted delivery on Postmates, just to cancel it after 25 minutes. Is this a coincidence or just that the staff doesn't care about their business and customers..? read more

FK is a blessing and an answer to my, and anyone else's prayers whom cares about health, macros and taste! The options change from time to time but I think it's a great idea to switch things up and show everyone that food can be delicious and healthy and definitely doesn't have to be repetitive. DELICIOUS HEALTHY FOODS. 7-15$ bowls ... I love you FK read more

Best customer service ever. I always thought this place was a bit pricey for what you get but then Covid came along and screwed up society. Everything went up and so did these guys but not by much. I also thought for the price of what you pay, you get really good quality food and massive portions. This place just has really good simple food that is filling, healthy and fresh. But what really makes this place stand out is their customer service...I only had Apple Pay, they didnt accept it but comped my meal since they didnt have the correct signage. They realized an error in their process and rather than pass the buck to someone else, they quickly solved the concern. I will certainly come back and happily chose this place over others. read more

So happy to welcome this restaurant to the neighborhood! I'm obsessed with the Holy Kale Sauce, love their chicken options and newly obsessed with the coconut ginger rice. read more

This place is soooo good! What a perfect place for both meat lovers and vegetarians to go for a great healthy meal. It is pricey in my opinion, but the quality and uniqueness of the food makes up for it. I've had Fresh Kitchen both in restaurant and with catering, each time it's been fantastic. I highly recommend the cauliflower mash and the sweet potatoes - those are the only items I have to get every time. As for sauces, you can't go wrong with the creamy white ginger! Can't wait to have this again. read more

I love this place so much. Crave it all the time; saving grace during my pregnancy as it was one of the only things I could keep down with guaranteed nutritional value. I wish we didn't have to pay extra for steak or salmon when the citrus chicken or, protein of choice is still being prepped and unavailable. It can get expensive very quickly that way. read more

This place is great! The staff are friendly and the food is very tasty! It can get a bit crowded at lunch time so plan accordingly. I LOVE their ginger cucumber drink... whatever it's called. It's soooo good. read more

So happy this place is open near downtown. Really fresh, good tasting fast casual food. Can get pricey - but the flavors make up for it. I had the SIX - 2 bases, 2 veggies and 2 proteins. Everything in the bowl was great. The Spice Rice and Cauli-potato mash made a great base. The Parmesan Broccoli and Roasted Mushrooms were delicious and the Teriyaki Chicken and Steak were well cooked. Can't to try more. read more

The food and the concept are great, but they are surprisingly incompetent at handling food allergies. The menu is labeled with codes for certain allergens, yet the counter staff didn't know that SF stands for "sugar free" instead of "soy free." Very important distinction! They had no idea how to handle a soy allergy. They do have a laminated flip book of allergy information behind the counter. Sometimes they let customers look at it, and sometimes they handle the book with food prep gloves on...so is the book clean, or not?! With better training and a few simple steps, such as putting allergen information on their web site, this could be a five star restaurant. read more

I've been to the spot out in st. Pete and was on my way to an art class when I noticed the bright colors of FK. I wasn't that hungry so I opted for the kids bowl with broccoli and brussel sprouts. I selected sweet potato noodles as my base. It's yummy. You don't really need the dressings in my opinion. The items are flavorful on their own. read more

Fresh Kitchen - Sweet potato noodle base with brussel sprouts and broccoli - Vegetarian Near Me - Orlando, Florida

excuse my overabundance of adjectives but this place is best described by: great food, quick, inexpensive and healthy. It's also easy parking, staff is helpful and kind and plenty of options for vegetarians. read more

I love Fresh Kitchen. The food is amazing. However, this location has a few rude employees. Because of that I cannot rate over 3 stars. I am all about service and the two times I have gone I have encountered rude employees. It just ruins the experience of the amazing food selection they have. If you do not mind rude employees you should be more than fine. read more

I usually do 5 kids meal so I can have a prep meal waiting since I do Intermittent fasting. Very filling and very good food. I tried everything on the menu and there are no complaints. read more

My mom is constantly complaining that we never go anywhere healthy to eat, so when I heard about Fresh Kitchen, I knew I had to bring her here! We went for lunch on a Sunday and were happy to see there was no line and plenty of room to sit. The food was insanely good and I can't wait to go back and try different combinations! There were so many options that there's definitely something for everyone to choose from. Additionally, the service was great, which is always a huge plus in my book! I'd definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone. read more

Absolutely love this place! Friendly staff, clean bathroom, and great food. I recommend trying the herb grilled steak and roasted sweet potatoes. I have passed by Fresh Kitchen on South Orange Ave. so many times since it opened. I tried it out yesterday and ordered the six bowl with spinach salad, sweet potato noodles, broccoli, green beans and citrus chicken and salmon as my protein. It was absolutely delicious and so reasonably priced! The noodles were outstanding! I will definitely be returning! read more

I am vegan and sugar-free for health reasons and finding this place on a recent trip to Orlando was such a relief! The food was tasty and filling. We were only in Florida for a few days, but ended up going here twice- once for lunch and once to pick up food for the road. It was great! I would love to see this franchise expand north. My only complaint is that quite a few of the bases had cilantro in them, which is just not a fave of mine and could easily be eliminated from some of the dishes like the potato noodles and spiced rice. However, the food was so good, fresh, and allergy-friendly that I still have to give this place five stars! read more

On a Thursday evening we ordered Fresh Kitchen through Uber Eats. I recently moved back to Orlando after being gone for nearly 2 years. And this was one of my favorite healthy options of restaurants in the area. I had never before ordered the spinach salad. And to say it was delish would definitely be an understatement! In fact my entire meal was excellent. I ordered the same dish a few days later. Unfortunately, I'm guessing that it must have been a different chef. The food was so salty that I couldn't even finish it. I'm gonna have to find out the name of thAt first chef, and what days he or she works! Typically a great place to get a healthy meal that you don't have to prepare yourself! read more

Bland.. thank God they have sauces. It's a really cute spot and the fountain drinks were good, food was a little overpriced but I guess it's that way because they promote healthy idk don't think i'd eat there again... read more

Fresh is correct! I had the bowl and it was delicious! I loved the gluten-free everything!

Very great healthy food for a decent price. The environment is very modern and clean and the staff is super friendly. I have never had to wait over a few minutes in line so the restaurant is obviously efficiently run. Fantastic place to eat for people with various tastes given there are meat, vegetarian and vegan options. read more

Fresh Kitchen - tofu with kale, green beans and mushrooms with the noodle base - Vegetarian Near Me - Orlando, Florida

So good it's hard to believe it's healthy! Every thing is delicious and the manager is great!

I order online from here frequently. Recently they have changed the container your bowl comes in and there is far less quantity. Also, almost every time we order, an item in the bowl is omitted or missing sauce. I expect this from a fast food drive thru but not for a place charging $10 plus dollars a meal. Today, chickpeas were missing from the bowl and I had 3 tiny slivers of chicken. This place started out great. Too bad because the taste of the food is really good. read more

I looove FK. Fresh good healthy food that actually has some flavor. There are a few other chains out there with the fresh concept but I find the food pretty bland aka Freshii - take notes! Oh and they have chocolate chip cookies made with almond flour and brownies made with Zucchini. All the flavor is still there and I don't feel as guilty Please open a location by Dr. Phillips or Millenia Mall area. Thank you read more

I saw some bad reviews on service, but my experience here was excellent. I appreciated that the staff took time to tell me the process and described the items before I ordered (I'm sure I looked confused) . Everything was efficient, employees were cheery and kept the dining areas clean, and the food was fresh and healthy for just about $13.00 total with beverage. read more

This place is amazing with great flavors and fresh ingredients. I love it. I think I will no longer go to chipotle.

The good reviews on this restaurant were not misplaced. It is like an Asian Chipotle; what a great concept! I tried sweet potato noodles that were amazing, 2 types of chicken that were tender and nicely seasoned, and assorted veggies and rice. You can also get beef for an upcharge, but I don't know how it is since I didn't order it. Everything tasted very fresh, and the place was clean. I will definitely be coming back! read more

This is a great place for a quick healthy bite! I can't wait for the Lake Mary location to open. Very cute and trendy inside and the food is so fresh!! Shocker! But on a serious note def a good place to swing by. read more

I can say the food is good, but when I asked questions about what things were made of I got very vague answers. When I asked for nutrition facts they could neither tell me they were on the website or give me a pamphlet! Apparently, their nutrition facts are not listed anywhere! It makes me very leery to eat at a place that claims to be very healthy but I cannot find out what is in my food or even how many calories or how many carbs or fat are in it. Does anybody else find that strange? When they do that, I'll be back. read more

I think I found my new favorite health restaurant! Fresh kitchen has everything to offer and more. Not only is the food fresh, but the quality and price are excellent. The portions are perfect also. You order at the counter as your food is prepared in front of you. You have your choice of bowl which comes with different amounts of ingredients which is great depending on how hungry you are. I opted for the four bowl for dinner which is two bases, one veggie, one protein, and one sauce. I had the coconut ginger rice and sweet potato noodles for my base. I added in the sesame green beans as my veggie and the almond chicken for my protein. I chose the creamy white ginger for my sauce. My bowl came out delicious, kind of an Asian take with a little bit of sweet and crunch. Everything was so delicious, the sweet potato noodles were really unique and the Almond chicken was cooked perfectly. My favorite were the sesame green beans. I found the staff very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. There is plenty plenty of seating inside and out. They also have larger tables if you are with a group. I really liked the different flavors of iced tea offered as well, though they didn't have any sugar substitutes available. I will be sure to go back and try more ways to mix up the bowls! read more
