I love this place, I make my boyfriend take me every time I visit him in Orlando. The food is so tasty fresh and delicious. I always order the brussel sprouts, almond chicken, and ginger rice with the ginger sauce! It's pretty pricey for the type of restaurant it is (kind of like a chipotle style place but better quality) but it's worth it. I definitely recommend! Also the home made iced teas are awesome! read more

I was pleasantly surprised by Fresh Kitchen. I didn't expect it to be THIS good! The food was tasty. The only thing I wouldn't get again would be the cookies. Everything else was on point and a must try! read more

I didn't know healthy food could taste this good! My friend took my here last week for the first time, she has been raving about it. The menu is pretty small, you can pick the base, veggies and protein. I got the six bowl which means I get 2 base, 2 protein and 2 veggies. For my base I picked sweet potato noodles and quinoa, the sweet potato noodles were so good, it was a little sweet, and savory with a hint of acidity. I really liked the quinoa with peppers too, honestly it's my first time eating quinoa and it was so much better than I expected. I got mushrooms and buffalo cauliflower, both were soooo amazing, the mushrooms were grilled to perfection, it is still tender on the inside and had so much flavor, the cauliflower was the perfect amount of spicy, and not overly saucy. For protein I had the teriyaki chicken and the citrus chicken. Both of them were crispy on the outside and very juicy on the inside, but I think the teriyaki one has more flavor. You can also pick a sauce but I honestly think everything was so good on their own you really don't need any sauce on top. I really loved this place, if I'm in the area I will definitely come by! read more

One of the best lunch spots in the area. Eat delicious food while being healthy and feel great about yourself! My first time here I tried the 4 bowl, it was definitely enough food but I wanted more variety of their delicious options so I've been getting the 6 bowl since. I've tried their sweet potato noodles, citrus rice, kale and spinach salad bases and all of them are delicious. I would get the kale over the spinach if you're deciding between greens. I love the spiced chickpeas and the mushrooms for my veggies and the citrus chicken would be my favorite. I love all of their sauces it's 25 cents extra for each additional sauce but it's worth it for me! Highly recommend this place. It's always too much food for me so I have enough for a snack later too! read more

Fresh Kitchen is a fast casual lovers dream! It's one of the only ways to get healthy food at a reasonable price and quickly. They have so many choices of veggies, bases, and protein. My absolute favorite is the cauliflower mash. The proteins and veggies rotate according to seasons. The sauces are divine! Holy Kale goes great with nearly everything and my second favorite is the coconut sriracha. I had Fresh Kitchen cater my rehearsal for my wedding. The catering manager was super helpful, the delivery person was prompt and helped in anyway she could when setting up the food, and all the guests just raved about how delicious the food was. This is my go to food choice in Orlando! I'm normally not a big chain lover but when it's good, it's good. read more

I was invited by the manager to return for an opportunity to give them a second chance. I'm glad I took him up on it because the second experience was much better this time around. The staff seemed to be a bit more on the ball last night, everything that I wanted was available, and the food was delicious. I am always impressed when management takes it upon themselves not to ignore a negative situation, but to see it as a chance to make a better impression the next time around. This location is clean, organized, and in a great spot among shopping in the area. Definitely try the coconut sricha sauce and sweet potatoes! read more

First visit wasn't what I was expecting or hoped. I'll start with the good. The decor was amazing and the style and colors of the place are so appealing. The lemon chicken had really good flavor. The sweet potato noodles were a fun spin on a pasta with good flavor as well. It does have spice to it. I did enjoy the roasted broccoli as well for the pieces that were cooked through. Bbq Chicken was okay. The bad: everything is an up charge-everything. At the already staggering prices this was the biggest let down. I did not like that I could taste coconut in almost everything. The cauliflower mash had great texture, but a strong coconut taste which was off putting. They didn't have some of the items listed on the menu because they were out of season as we were told. I wasn't a huge fan of the flavors of all of it together. I didn't like either sauce either. I got the herb balsamic and the ginger. The herb balsamic had way too much basil for me, it's all I could taste. The bowl in the picture cost us $11. I was very disappointed in the cost of the food, and wasn't super pleased with the flavor. The kids which is really small is still 7.00 without all the add-ons some might want. The steak looked great but I wasn't adding on $3.00 more to the already $11 meal for just steak. I think it is a good option for the vegans, celiacs (gluten free), vegetarians, and health nuts or people that are okay with the higher prices. This is just not a place I will frequent. I think there a lot better more affordable options with better tasty food. read more

Fresh Kitchen is exactly its name. The bowl was fresh and flavorful. The chicken was moist and tender and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy. I love broccoli anyway but the Parmesan adds a really nice taste. The teas are great. I personally LOVE the ginger lemon juice mixed with the strawberry one. Awesome flavor and definitely keeps me wanting more. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If your not sure about something before selecting it to add to your new best creation, they will pleasantly give you a taste. Will definitely be returning. read more

Food is great quality and flavor. My only tip is forget the online ordering and just stand in line. Online ordering is almost always late and you end up watching people walk in and out with their food after standing in line versus placing their order ahead of time and expecting it to be ready when it's supposed to be. read more

Overall: Great experience and food was excellent. Food: 5 stars- Ordered mash, teriyaki chicken, broccoli, feta cheese and got strawberry lemon Fresca. Food was hot and everything tasted fresh. Chicken was easy to chew and it, with other additions, were seasoned well. The Fresca was also very tasty with a good strawberry leaning taste. Service: 5 stars- once they found a newbie was present, very helpful to include free samples to be sure what to order based on ones own taste. Recommended what would go with what was being chosen. Environment: 4 stars- Nice open seating and covered outdoor seating. Bathrooms clean but no paper towels but blow dryers only (hard to open a bathroom door without using ur clothes to keep hands clean). read more

I have to give FK 5 stars solely based on the delicious flavor of each item! My wallet wishes it was a little cheaper but honestly, tasty healthy food is hard to come by at just $10 a meal! The ordering is chipotle style, choose what size bowl you'd like: 4 or 6. I chose the 6, which comes with the decision of choosing 2 bases, 2 proteins and 2 veggies. Their sweet potato cold noodles are never a bad choice for base! I'm currently avoiding meat but I had a bite of the steak and it was cooked perfectly! I went with the new tuna poke and tofu. The tuna rivals with any poke place. Now the veggies, I went with broccoli and green beans. But this isn't your typical broccoli, it's honestly the best broccoli I've ever had and that's my favorite veggie! But all the vegetables are a good choice. Each is seasoned to perfection. You also get to choose a sauce, I love the creamy ginger white sauce. The restaurant is clean, bright and inviting. They have craft soda on draft as well as tea and lemonades. PS: the bowl I got ended to being enough for dinner and lunch the following day. read more

In love with this place. I have been 3xs now and it is in a perfect location. The bowl options are great haven't done broth yet. I love the mushrooms and the garlic sauce. A healthy eating spot with flavor. It is options for every person food preference. Good lunch health spot. read more

Come here quite often, and never had a bad experience. The decor is so bright and wonderful with the food to match. Chipotle who??? These bowls are FRESH, hence the name fresh kitchen. Every item they have has been made to perfection. You could literally eat a bowl of their broccoli and not be disappointed. My only wish is that they come up with a rewards card, then it's game over. Oh yeah and more locations. read more

Fresh Kitchen - Steak blackened chicken cauliflower mash Spanish rice broccoli green beans with balsamic sauce. - Vegetarian Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Food is usually fresh and tasty, as it should be for $12 a bowl. After my last experience I won't be back. 7 girls behind the counter, 3 people in the kitchen, and they are out Of more than half the menu. They are either done serving a certain dish for the evening or you have to wait for more chicken, steak, etc. To cook. 7 people up front just standing around, not to mention 0 hospitality. I'll take my money to a restaurant and get served a meal for the same price. read more

For a healthier alternative to chipotle, this is a reliable option. There is nothing otherworldly about the food served here, and the ambiance of the place doesn't really make me want to stay for a sit-down meal. With that being said, this is one of my go-to's for when I want a satisfying dinner but I don't feel like cooking-- uber eats to the rescue! read more

They have a fresh and clean taste. The menu is reasonably priced. It's perfect to eat here after a workout.

Tried this place in Tampa and was impressed, so I was pretty excited to hear they were coming to Orlando. I've been a couple times since the location opened up and have not been disappointed. I even got my junk food eating boyfriend hooked on it. The tofu is fantastic. It adds a good amount of liquid into the bowl so you could go with or without sauce. The sweet potato noodles taste nothing like sweet potatoes, but they're the perfect light noodle option. I have yet to try anything here that i don't like. I'm the kind of person who gets water everywhere I go but the juices are soo good here, I usually treat myself. read more

Delicious healthy based option in the area. Nothing compares to this for quick service, health, and value of dollar. Will be back multiple times a week. Would love to see them expand their selection of juices like they have in Tampa. Also is there no to go bag that is offered? Carrying out the container, napkins, and a fork was pretty odd. First day so maybe it got missed? Will be pointing everyone at the Tesla warehouse your way read more

Oh my gosh so excited that Fresh Kitchen has opened their second location in Orlando! Their first is in Waterford lakes which isn't near me but this new one in SODO is perfect! The layout is lovely with lots of seating and that staff is so kind and helpful! If you haven't been to FK it's an allergen friendly restaurant which is AWESOME!! I'm dairy free and gluten free so sometimes dining out can be challenging however this place kills it!! The restaurant is a fast casual facility where you order in a similar format to Chipotle. The food is always fresh, the ingredients are clean, and you feel wonderful after. I always select the six bowl so I have leftovers. If you haven't been to FK yet you must check it out! read more

I could not wait for this location to open due to my love of the Waterford Lakes location. Here is a summary of my experiences all to go orders: Trip 1 : Only 3 people ahead of me took about 20 mins for me to order only to get to the front and learn I have to wait some more for my mushrooms. Trip #2: Food taste as if it's been sitting out. Trip #3: Pesto chicken was hard as rock. I thought enough is enough so I tried to call to complain in hopes that they would pull the chicken off the line so others won't have to experience what I did but I could not get an answer after calling several times. I will just stick to the Waterford location this one has lots of training to do. Update: After posting this review Fresh Kitchen reached out and invited me to give them another try. So, I went Friday for lunch and I must say the experience was MUCH better!!!! Speed of line was better, food was great and they even had my favorite the Mushrooms! Customer service was great as well. I appreciate them taking my feedback into consideration and reaching out to me. This says a-lot about how much they value their customers. read more

Finally enjoyed lunch here on July 26. Nice service and delicious food. One huge complaint though. The plastic, Plastic, PLASTIC. Drinks in plastic, plastic plates, straws, and cutlery, even plastic cups for the sauce. All of it single use plastic and thrown away to find its way onto a beach, in a fish or in a land fill, never to biodegrade. For a new concept to features nutritious food and still cling to single use plastic is abhorrent. I would love to eat here all the time but my conscience won't let me. Let me know when you have a better way of serving your great food. . . I went back because you now have paper bowels. Loved it. But still plastic cups and cutlery. read more

Healthy Quick Bite Create your own bowl has become the trend when dining out. Fresh kitchen offers an healthy way to eat "fast food" for a reasonable price and it's easy and quick during your lunch break. Price: $ $10-15 lunch Food: Fresh and healthy choices. Vegetables, variety of proteins such as steak, chicken and ahi tuna and sauces. Ahi tuna is an up charge as well as Guacamole and tomatoes. Portion sizes are perfect, depending if you want to eat light, I would suggest kid bowl or heavy, a four choice bowl. Depending on the time service is quick even during lunch hours. Have been several times and it never disappoints. read more

Wowowwwww my first time going and definitely not my last. The pictures don't show enough the freshness and tastiness. The Food is amazing. The meat was seasoned enough for me. You guys. This. Place. Is. Everything. I tried it last year and I've literally gone once a week since that day. It's FRESH, their entire team are the sweetest and always on top of everything, food is SO good. I love it!!!! Tried other locations which are good but this spot is the best. I get the sweet potato noodles, green beans, bbq chicken, pico de gallo salsa, and ginger dressing. Cookies are also BOMB and healthy. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I am so glad they don't have one by my house because I would eat there every single day. ALWAYS THE BEST!!! read more

I've rode past this place several times. Even had a Facebook friend who talked about it. Finally decided to give it a try. Has a chipotle vibe to it as far as how the food is presented. You get your bases, veggies, protein, sauces, etc. I got the bbq chicken, sweet potatoes, sweet potato noodles, and brown rice. My meat was a bit charred as well as the sweet potatoes. I got their strawberry lemon drink, it was refreshing. The staff were very nice and the restaurant had a nice vibe to it. I'm happy I finally tried it. Most likely won't return. Solid healthy fast food type restaurant. Its like Chipotle on steroids in regards to the healthy options. Is a bit more pricey than Chipotle but overall a healthy solid option. I am giving out 4 stars because of the portions. Staff was friendly, the environment is rather funky in their colors and themes with a Ginnie on the walls but for an eater and a person who enjoys healthy cooking (knowing how cheap these ingredients are), the portioning left me hungry and getting another sandwich when I got home. Food was tasty and flavorful. Recommended if you're not requiring large portions. read more

I took a chance and came to this new spot not knowing what to expect! I wanted to see what all the buzz was about! I walked into this pleasantly clean establishment! Very healthy options. Vegan and vegetarian options as well, I believe. I had the tuna poke with the coconut rice, Cali mash, parmesan broccoli, and I added the pesto tomatoes and avocado for an extra charge. On my way home, I was way too excited to try everything, so I started eating in the car! Everything was so delicious and fresh! With every single bite I could hear myself saying "mmmmmm!"
