Bradley showed up during the scheduled timeframe, ensured what was working was working correctly, and gave us the heads-up that our 33 year old furnace was in 'limp' mode, not a shock considering the fan wasn't starting all the time. Then we had Drew stop by and he was able to provide some options for replacement and did so a very thoughtful and professional manner. No pressure!! Thanks guys and thank you Mountain Air!

The condenser dates from 2004 and the inside portion dates from 1994 (original to the house.) So the idea that things were terminal isn't all that out there. Turns out worst fears were unwarranted. The capacitor had failed and required replacement and I concurred with him that changing the contactor was prudent as well (18+ years of cycling on & off, why not?) I called his number at 0800, Mike called at 0946, showed a few minutes later. He was done & driving away by 1030. System fixed, washed down and blowing cold air. I couldn't be happier.

I had called these guys to my home in Harrisville about a month ago on an emergency. They came in a flash to our rescue and signed us up for a maintenance plan. Brycen was great and made what I thought was going to be a home re-finance job into something we were able to handle. So today, Tony came by for an inspection and made sure my sister's HVAC system was running as it should. I had her sign up for the same plan as ours. Tony was also very friendly and reassuring. Being senior citizens, sometimes we are not treated well - but these guys? They made us feel special and that's a big deal to us. Tony was not rushed and explained everything to us. I have dealt with one of the "BIG GUYS HVAC" companies in the past, and was very disenchanted with the whole scare tactics they employed. Tony, like Brycen, made this such a pleasant experience and I hope the company owner is proud of the team he has working for him. I highly recommend this company, they are the best.

As a real estate agent, I'm always looking for professionals I can confidently refer to my clients. After getting to know Christopher, he is absolutely someone I would put on that list. What stood out immediately was his attention to detail and the genuine care he has, not just for his business, but for people. He's the kind of person who takes pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way. He is thoughtful, intentional, and very deliberate in how he approaches his work. He comes across as a true learner and achiever, someone who is always looking to improve, grow, and serve at a higher level. Those are exactly the qualities I look for when recommending someone to clients. Based on that experience alone, I wouldn't hesitate to send people his way. When the time comes that I need HVAC work myself, he will be one of my first calls.

To our recollection we have never posted a negative review, but our experience with Blue Best…read morewarrants one. We met with Blue Best late in 2024 to discuss our concern with air temps in our house, specifically temps in our living room and kitchen, which have high ceilings and southern exposure and become uncomfortably hot in summer. We were very clear about our concern, and the salesperson spent hours assessing our home and assured us his proposed system would solve the problem. We accepted the ~$14,000 bid to install a heat pump solution based on that assurance. By summer 2025, the living room and kitchen were still too hot on most sunny days. Despite many service visits and repeated adjustments (baffles, registers, fan speeds, etc.), the issue was never resolved. Blue Best ultimately stated the system was operating as designed and implied the problem was with our home, not their installation.  In our opinion, Blue Best is very good at selling a solution, but not so good at ensuring that solution meets what the customer needs. Two independent HVAC contractors opined: -Our ductwork is in good condition. -The thermostat, furnace, and compressor Blue Best installed were not properly matched. -Basic industry-standard load calculations (e.g., Manual J) were apparently not done, which would have shown the system was undersized for our home's layout, windows, and sun exposure. Blue Best has declined to remove the system or refund our payment, instead relying on fine print in the contract. We are now pursuing legal options. We have since spent ~$12,000 on a mini-split system from another contractor, which works as intended. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Blue Best and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
