It's made of healthy stuff. But just a gentle warning to those who expect it to taste like a sundae - it won't. It's still a treat though! I love Pressed's other products like their juices. It is one of the most local popular tea shops in the valley. They gave a welcoming vibe and a convenient kiosk for faster ordering. I came late afternoon to grab some refreshing tea. I was in the mood for a new a new boba tea house so I said why not 3CAT. Atmosphere was nice and seems very popular with locals. They have limited seats both indoor and outdoor. I had an Avomango smoothie. It was one of the best boba smoothie I had in a while. They can rival Cha Redefine with the type of boba tea they serve. Service was spot on. Staff were very industrious and competent. Prices were reasonable that match the quality. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed their refreshing smoothie. I highly recommend.

When I arrived, there were only two staff members and both were busy preparing other orders, so I ended up waiting quite a while just to place my order. I tried ordering through the app instead, but it wasn't working, so eventually I asked a staff member to help me place the order. I then had some confusion when ordering my usual yogurt/fruit bowl. One of the staff members told me that they couldn't make it as a yogurt bowl without charging me the price of a regular bowl. I was confused because I've ordered the same type of bowl here multiple times before without being charged that way. The staff member initially gave me a hard time about it, although I do appreciate that they eventually apologized and checked with another staff member, who helped resolve the issue. The bowl itself was prepared fine, but unfortunately the overall quality of the fruit wasn't great this time. The fruit just didn't seem as fresh or as good-quality as it has been during my previous visits. I'm giving 2 stars because I've enjoyed this place before, but between the long wait, the initial customer service experience, and the quality of the ingredients this time, I left feeling pretty disappointed. I'm not sure I'll be back to this location.
