The ethical behavior of this business is dubious with management completely ignoring customer concerns. It appears that they only care about making a quick buck. What a shame. When we asked how the restaurant is doing, he mentioned it's been a little slow, but we truly hope this wonderful place stays afloat and receives the public support it deserves. The new owners are a very sweet couple, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere makes us want to keep coming back. In waiting for our California Roll to come, we then ordered our entrees and we received our Tofu Soup. Let me tell you, I'm not a big fan of Tofu but, this was very delicious. It had the taste of onion soup with little bits of mushrooms and then little bits of tofu as well. Probably about 5 minutes later our entrees came out and my wife ordered the Salmon Teriyaki and I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and it also came with 2 sides of white rice.
