I love poke! Ever since I traveled to Hawaii and we had poke basically daily I am a huge fan! This place is generous with their portions. I got a small and had enough for leftovers! The ingredients tasted fresh which was nice! They also allow you to get different kinds of poke on your food which I really liked! The workers are also knowledgeable and super friendly here! They definitely know the menu. Service is relatively quick you order then pay at the window. They do have indoor seating (btw) as well as some outdoor seating. Great place to satisfy my poke craving. I've been here twice and have gotten the build your own bowl each time. The fish is fresh, and topping selection is good. The second time I came mid day and they were already out of salmon which I found odd but must've been a really busy morning. The lid also didn't really close all the way since it seemed like a bigger size so the worker had to saran wrap my bowl so hopefully they fix that for the future. Luckily I don't have a far drive home. Parking is in the back and easy to find. There are some indoor and outdoor seating. Umbrella would be nice for outdoor seating especially since there is no shade in front of the building. Overall solid poke spot! read more

I was ecstatic to see a Poké House right next to the cafe my boyfriend and I were heading to. We grabbed some lunch here after getting matcha next door. It was during their soft opening phase and I recall a sign stating their opening day being either May 1st or 2nd. The place itself is so clean and modern. There's a good amount of seating. We were greeted kindly by the workers and they also were very thorough, giving us advice/tips on certain toppings. We shared a large bowl then added avocado. The portion size was huge - the bowl itself is an illusion. As we were there during soft opening, we got a discount from who seemed like the manager/owner. We were helped by a master in poke bowl craftsmanship who delivered a kind attitude and a had an intentional and thoughtful way of assembling my partners custom bowl. We also tried their new onigiri, each with their own personal sauce, with each new bite a delight and amazement was tasted and will definitely be remembered. The poke is delicious and Sean did a great job! We've been several times. Only reason review dropped down to 3 stars is because the shift lead on staff at 7pm at night on 6/17 was rude and not supportive to the employees on the line. She had some condescending and unprofessional behavior to employees. Almost all items on the line were low (not employees fault) and very little support was offered from the manager to the employees to instead handle it all. Shout out to Sean for making it work and hanging in there! I hope management improves for the employees working. read more

just went for the grand opening and the bowl is delicious! one of my favorites in Santa Rosa! it was really warm in there a little concerning for the fish I'd maybe turn up the AC. All the servers were super kind and friendly! there's a bit of bottleneck between the toppings and sauce section so maybe double up there on busy hours. the mango lemonade was also surprisingly good. most places make it too sweet but this place has the perfect amount of sweetness please don't add any more or less! avocado was smooth and creamy and looks very clean inside! will be coming back! read more

After today's experience, I really sat on this review before typing it up for yelp. I was just so deeply bothered by the experience today. I love the food here, and the employees are always wonderful when it comes to greeting me and getting my order done quickly. My problem is with the tall man that I believe is the manager. He stood directly in the way of the service line, while my order was being made by one of the employees just trying their best to work around the literal body block in their way, arguing with one of the other employees because of a bad review. Lord I hope he takes this one to heart and doesn't blame his employees for his faults. Every time I've been here, he is either berating his employeess, standing in the way while they are desperately trying to work around him, or he himself is working on the line and it takes him three times as long to finish any orders compared to his employees. Overall, those employees deserve a better manager, and we as customers deserve to not have to witness him berating said employees for his shortcomings as a manager.
