Every bite was balanced--none of the fish overpowered the others, the rice wasn't packed too tight, and there wasn't enough sauce to hide the quality of the ingredients. We love this place! The Fish is always fresh. We frequent it often, and it's one of the few restaurants both of my picky eaters actually enjoy. It's a bit more expensive than other local sushi restaurants, which I wouldn't have an issue with if it was worth it. Unfortunately, the rolls had no flavor and were very mushy. They had almost no structure and kept falling apart when we tried to pick them up. All of the sushi pieces were cut into different sizes, the shrimp tasted straight like rubber. The only roll that had any flavor was the Dragon Roll and it just tasted salty. That's it. There are much better sushi places that are just 5 minutes away. read more
