    Cookies iced americano

I found this place on yelp and it is Excellent ! My croissant was so flaky and fresh. I ordered an iced Americano with chocolate and it was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This place has so many pastries, cookies and some prepared soup. The ambience is cool for work or meet a friend. They have free Wi-Fi. They have outdoor seats and inside. I highly recommend this place. The prices were fair. I can't wait to return next time I'm on the UES. Again, for the people in the back.... Croissants are Amazing!! Real French flaky buttery piece of Heaven!!

Lovely coffee shop located close to the subway station. We were on our way to visit museums along Central Park on the upper east side and this was a nice little breakfast stop. They have unique variety of options for both drinks and pastries. I got the Tennessee Latte which the staff described as a drink with bit of honey and cinnamon infused. It was delicious! We got two pastries to try - the Parisien Croissant with everything croissant as well as the spinach and feta Friand. They also restrooms as well as indoor and outdoor seating. If you're in need of charging your phone they also have a rentable battery station in the coffee shop!

Nice little coffee nook in East Harlem, more like in El Barrio area. Inside and outside seating. Cozy spot to have hot coffee drink and a pastry. Also, the pastries are made in house and I took a few home to have the next morning, tasty. Pleasant staff.

I spotted this cafe on my way to the 103st subway station. I needed a quick dose of caffeine and a pastry, and people sitting outside attracted me to come in. For a small space as it is, there is plenty of seats. You will find not only pastries and coffee, but also food such as salads and avocado toasts. There is a section to shop for cookies and other similar items which is certainly an interesting choice. I had the white hazelnut coffee and the Croffle, which apparently is a waffled croissant... I mean... I had to try it! It did not disappoint. I was skeptical but turns out combining my two favorite foods makes it even more perfect! WOW. I sat on the table for a few minutes while I ate, people watching and taking in the space. It was cute. Definitely a nice little break from my busy day. Would come again for the Croffle!!

Frenchy Coffee Shop and French Bakery is a gem in the vibrant neighborhood of Spanish Harlem. This coffee shop was recommended to me by a server at Effy's Kitchen. After spending time in Harlem Meer today, Rochelle and I decided to finally visit. We were greeted by the wonderful employee, Jayden. I was in the mood for an iced pumpkin sweet cream chai. Rochelle wasn't sure what to order, thus, Jayden suggested the Tennessee cream chai. As we waited for our chai to be prepared, we browsed their cool French products sold like Pims and Madeline cookies. Jayden shared that the owners, Perrine and Aurelian, are amazing. They came from Evian, France and their dream was to open up this shop! I hope to meet them in person one day! Our chais were ready and we drank ours outside. My pumpkin sweet cream chai was literally to die.. for..the texture and taste were incredible. The best chai I've had! Rochelle also loved hers. I cannot say enough about these local special coffee shops. Yes, I drink Starbucks, however, if there was a Frenchy near my house, I would be patronizing it daily! The service, ambience and quality of this shop is amazing . Shout out to Jayden for her incredible service! "There is a rose in Spanish Harlem A red rose up in Spanish Harlem It is a special one" Her name is Frenchy! Frenchy is located on 129E East 102nd Street

The strawberry and cream croissant was so delicious im definitely coming back for that. The baristas made my latte with care and that goes a long way in my book. Staff was sweet and atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Lovely cafe. Visited on the way to the History of NYC museum nearby and I'm very pleased. I got a seat by the window because they provide seating (thank you!).

What an amazing little slice of Paris in the heart of Spanish Harlem. I found this place while surfing online......an hour later I was trekking there during my lunch hour.....and my job is no where near here but I had a hunch (especially since I love all things French) that it would be worth the trip and I was right. You walk in and it is pastry and coffee nirvana. Having been to Paris one two prior occasions I had that familiar feeling walking in with the scent of bread, fresh croissants, pastries and coffee tantalizing your sense of smell. Perrine one of the owners (the wife) greeted me with a bright smile and her lovely French accent when I walked in. She was absolutely lovely and engaging with the small conversation we had together. Perrine made by far the best latte I have had since traveling in Europe. I ordered the brown sugar maple latte iced and in hindsight I should have ordered two. I also opted to try the ham and Brie baguette which was warmed for me and was superb in every way from the fresh crunchy baguette to the thinly sliced ham with a whisper of Brie. I also ordered the cinnamon danish. There are several seats inside and outside seating (available on warmer days). I loved the fact they had multiple French products for sale, from béarnaise sauce, pork liver confit, duck foie gras just to name a few items. The only down side was it was extremely hot inside (not sure if this was caused by the oven or the heat was just cranked up high) but that's just a minor issue that is an easy fix. I wish I lived in Harlem I would have Frenchy coffee on heavy rotation for my go to coffee and sweet spot. I know I will be back I loved everything I ordered.

This was my first time at Frenchy Coffee NYC and I am so glad I stopped in. Firstly, the staff is great. The cashier was gracious enough to answer my many questions and the barista was friendly. The white pistachio cold foam cold brew is to die for. I also saw a good mix of people sitting and working on their laptops versus hanging out with friends in the outdoor patio, so this place, strikes me a good vibe for both. It's also not too far from Central Park, the conservancy garden, or the museum of the city of New York, so I definitely recommend popping in for coffee or a bite to eat before hitting those attractions.

The chai was smooth and perfectly spiced, and the coconut milk added a nice creamy texture without being too heavy. The vanilla cream took it to the next level--rich, slightly sweet, and super comforting. The vibe inside was cozy and relaxed, and the staff were friendly and fast. Interesting neighborhood spot. Didn't try the coffee and agree the blueberry muffin was interesting. Scone was too dry. Wish we tried something else as the other bakery items looked so yummy.

A perfect place to study on a rainy day (what the clientele consists of mostly)! Love their coffee and appreciate how milk options are left in carafes. Some of the best pastries - popular place on weekends. I love their ice coffee and their fig bar, as well as their everything bagel seasoning croissants. Also, an assortment of imported French snacks and spreads.

The 7 layer cake is a beautiful work of art and the taste marches. Its a vanilla cake with chocolate frosting topped with strawberry and chocolate mouse. Note to the wise, don't make the same mistake I did. Always look at your cake once it is placed in the box. The display cake looked good, then I did not get to inspect the cake before it was placed in the box. Once I arrived home, I saw that the top part of the cake had a dent in the mouse and strawberry covering which made it look messy. It was an embarrassment to present it as such so I improvised by using the mother's day signage to cover up the blip. When I called to speak with the location about it they dealt with it very professionally and were apologetic about the situation and offered a comp. It was such a relief to have customer service go right after experiencing that.

We had low expectations, realizing it was in the middle of Times Square, assuming it would be a tourist trap like most places in Times Square. We were pleasantly surprised! It had really good crispness and delicious filling, which was vanilla forward (used to normal custard). Didn't try anything else except the lobster tail. They have other flavors as well -- we will try the Nutella flavored lobster tail next! AMBIANCE: Super small place (expected) so it's take away only. Would come back if I'm in the area again, although I tend to avoid due to crowds.

In the end, we left both impressed and a little bummed by the experience -- impressed by the reliable execution and beautiful presentation, but missing some of the warmth and guidance that make a custom cake feel truly bespoke. The cream cheese frosting was excellent, and seeing our daughter's face when she saw her chess cake was a highlight of the day. The orange olive oil cake itself was fine -- not dry, but not especially moist or memorable -- and the decorative buttercream was greasy enough that most of it went uneaten. The process was very self-service and entirely email-driven, and at this price point (~$170 after tax and delivery), some additional guidance on flavors, sizing, and design choices would have been appreciated. It's understandable that they choose not to maintain a phone line for custom cake orders, but that choice inevitably shapes the customer experience. Overall, this was a dependable and efficient option that delivered a lovely-looking cake, but the experience felt closer to a polished, high-volume cake operation than an artisan custom bakery experience. We'll definitely continue to stop by for coffee though -- and we still love the back patio.

So I stopped by Crumbly sometime in the fall--definitely more October/November vibes because they had seasonal items--and I'm so glad I did. I grabbed an iced pistachio latte, a caramel pecan bar, and a pumpkin cheese danish, and honestly... everything was really good. Let's start with the danish because I am a danish girl. That pumpkin cheese danish was an unexpected favorite. It was soft, fresh, and just really well done. The pumpkin wasn't overpowering, the cheese balanced it perfectly, and it felt like the kind of fall treat you didn't know you needed until you took the first bite. Now the pistachio latte--I love pistachio, so I had high hopes. It did not disappoint. It's made with a pistachio cream, and the flavor was just right. Not too heavy, not too sweet, just smooth and delicious. I got it iced, and I would absolutely order it again. No hesitation. The caramel pecan bar was exactly what I needed in a sweet. Gooey, chewy, crunchy in all the right places. The caramel was perfectly cooked and sticky without being overwhelming, and the pecans added the right amount of texture. It hit that "just enough" sweet spot. I also really love the vibe inside Crumbly. It feels warm, cozy, and homey--very inviting. It's the kind of place you can just walk into, grab something comforting, and go about your day happier than you were before. The location is super convenient, and they offer a lot more than just grab-and-go treats--custom cakes, seasonal desserts, little pies, cake pops... all the good stuff. They also have a reward system, which I love. If I'm going to frequent a place and spend my money, I appreciate getting something back. That always matters to me. Honestly, Crumbly is a win.
