This is a great little spot for a pedicure. I've come here multiple times while visiting family and gotten the mid level Bella Pedicure. This service was great and felt like it was good value for the price. However the last time I was in town, we decided to get their most expensive option. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it as it seemed like just a bunch of different kinds of lotions? Lackluster massage, though obviously this is dependent on your nail tech. I am updating my review after having a fantastic experience here yesterday. I had driven around only to find that the nail salons I was going to go go were closed. Others were too busy for walk ins and still others were not inviting. And then I decide to go back to this place. Glad I did! Lisa( I believe) did my gel manicure! She was amazing and also very thorough. I got a French gel manicure and it was beautiful when she was done. Even on my short nails. The price was $35 which was super reasonable. French Nails is solid. I've only ever gotten pedicures, but the service is great and the cost is lower in comparison to other places. I usually opt for the treatment that includes the callous remover. I mostly do walk-ins and get seen within 15 minutes, but it does get busy sometimes. so I'm very disappointed in this nail shop I went and got a manicure and pedicure with gel with lisa and I noticed that it was like three days later that I got my pedicure some of the nail chipped on the toe and on my hand, my thumb the gel started coming off, which lisa has done before and always last about a month so I asked if I could come in and have it fixed, no problem. Well, as on there, they were talking in their language. I could tell Michele was talking bad about me. I wouldn't recommend Michele by the way she does sloppy pedicures. Then a week later, I asked regarding another manicurist and I get a response. It says unfortunately none of the nail people want to do your nails because they can't make you happy. So be careful if you want anything fixed. They like putting clean gloves on and then touching everything which they contaminate and then go ahead and back to working on you. Also they don't disinfect their bowls they just use the towels and wipe it down then put the blue liner into the bowl and get ready for the next person. The place could be a little cleaner.. just be careful I was a loyal good paying customer. I didn't want any problems. I just wanted a manicure pedicure with gel on hands no problem very simple. read more

Today was my first time at French Nails & Spa. The shop was neat and clean. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The manager was friendly and attentive and listened to my needs. My nail tech took her time and did a very nice job on both the manicure and pedicure. I do have special needs due to a medical condition on my legs regarding massage pressure. Review for my Gel X Removal: I came in this morning for a gel x removal service and I really wanted to like this place, but it was the ROUGHEST removal process I've ever experienced. I don't do my nails often so I can't speak on too much, but the last time I had my nails removed it was a spot I often go to in Claremont and it was gentle and great. I decided to stop by here today only because it's right by where I live and I wanted to support a local Viet business. I came in around 11:30AM and was the only customer The lady who worked on my nails was incredibly rough with the drill and the speed was so high it constantly felt like it was burning my nail beds. After she drilled, she dunked my entire hand in a plastic bag of acetone for the gel to soak and soften... which I've never experienced for lol. Why are they not using cotton pads with foil or the plastic reusable clips? She soaked and drilled and alternated this process a total of 3 times. Each time my hands were out of the bowl she would yank at my nails to wipe off the excess soften gel. At the end, she kind of sloppily buffed my nail beds,as if she was rushing. It wasn't pleasant or gentle at all : ( After she was done she didn't even use a cuticle oil on my nails or a moisturizer for my hands, which had been soaking in a bowl of acetone for a long while When I left, my fingers were literally dry white and ashy, the corners of some of my nails were improperly buffed and jagged, and there was still lingering paint on some of the edges and corners of my nails lol. Overall I am disappointed with the process. She was nice but didn't do a great job. The removal was $10 and I guess you get what you pay for. TLDR: i really wanted to support my fellow viet aunties here but at least for the lady i had, she truly didn't seem like she cared for the health of my nail beds. even though i was the only customer during my duration there it felt rushed and done without care. i don't normally like leaving negative reviews but i didn't have a great experience here. should i have said something ? probably. but why should i need to have to say something to receive decent service? that should already be the bare minimum i will not be coming back and wouldn't recommend you come here for gel x removals. : ( read more

I am over the moon happy with how my nails came out and would recommend this place! When I entered the shop I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed. Ladies sat me down and got straight to work. I got the Bella mani/pedi combo and it was so relaxing. I almost melted in the chair after the ladies massaged my legs and arms! It was definitely something I needed and now can't live without! I was looking to try a new nail place as the usual one I go to when I'm home has gone downhill. I did a quick search and saw some good reviews for this place. I called ahead given it was the weekend to make sure they could do what I wanted and accommodate me. I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. It wasn't overly busy and everyone was friendly. I was greeted and they sat me immediately. They were apologetic I had to wait a few minutes for the girl to finish up with someone else but it was no trouble at all. I enjoyed chatting with Tom and was provided bottle water as well while I waited. Lisa took care in doing my nails and helped me match the color I wanted for a simple/natural look. To my surprise, the ownership changed a few weeks ago and wow want a difference in customer service! I was greeted by Lisa who is so sweet and she took care of me. She was really attentive to my needs and what shape I wanted my nails to be. She applied false nails to my broken ones and matched the size and shape to all my other nails and you can't even tell! I came in on a Wednesday early afternoon. I had just returned from my vacation and wanted to remove my gel and just get a regular manicure. I had the privilege to have an older gentleman. Sorry I did not get his name, but he was the only man working there. You can't miss him. He was very detailed and gentle with my nails and so very sweet. At the end of my manicure, he offered to design two pretty white flowers with a little bling on the center of each No one has ever asked me in the history of getting my nails done if I'd like to design my nails. We called for an appt and they answered. They were friendly and helpful in making sure we got an appt as soon as we needed it. We came in this morning and they were already ready for both of us. The place is clean and they're taking precautions with covid. The technicians were wearing masks and gloves. They also use extra caution by separating you and them with a screen. The prices are reasonable. We both got the classic pedicure. They took their time and were gentle. I love that they didn't gossip to each other. They made sure we were comfortable.
