We purchased a 2026 Ford F-150 XLT today, and the process was very simple. Our sales person, Ahmad Nasiri, did a great job presenting us with several vehicles, and we were able to select a F-150 within our price range, with the desired options. Ahmad was very personable throughout the process, and seemed genuinely interested in us getting the vehicle we wanted. Thanks to the remaining staff as well for the painless transaction. read more

Please do not go to that dealership, they are absolutely the worst. They sold me a car with a brake problem now they don't want to be responsible for it. They are the worst,Stay away!!!!! read more

Imaad in sales was very helpful, and introduced me to the team as if I was his family. Jose Guzman in service was incredible as well. Dropped my car off for an oil change and Jose was very responsive along with helpful explaining all of the services and details. Good stuff going on here at this dealership, thanks again to both of you guys! read more

Sorry for the lengthy post ahead of time- Bought this truck in April (the truck is perfect we couldn't be happier). Came in with a pre approved loan with my bank, they asked if they wanted me to check around other banks & i said no (i had a good rate with my personal bank) I later got notified that they checked THREE times. The finance manager (Mustafa i believe) pushed and pushed to check one more bank & i finally agreed, he called a bank in front of us, and asked for a 5.9% rate (i was already approved for 5.29), THEN, come to find out when we check our loan bank, our rate is 6.1%. Then, the ad had mentioned floor mats, our truck did not come with floor mats, when we mentioned it, they said they would order and deliver to us, it's June, why do we not have our floor mats yet?? Lastly, again, it's JUNE, we still haven't received any registration, we have someone look into it, apparently there's a Lien on the truck, we call the dealership to get it fixed and they tried to bullshit us and say "oh the paperwork got lost". No, just admit you messed up. I'm so incredibly frustrated and thank god we live far away because I will never return and once we get our registration hopefully we never have to deal with them again. read more

Some of the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership, he really listens to the customers wants and needs. Make sure to ask for Imaad when you go in, I promise he won't disappoint! read more

This place was amazing!!! Thank you Geo and the entire Fremont Ford crew for the respect, integrity, and attentiveness toward me. I was a bit sad at first to let go of my previous Ford car as I lived in 4 different states in the last 8 years and had made tons of memories, but I love my new Hybrid Ford Escape. I went to two different Ford dealerships and did not receive the same customer service. The manager made a funny joke when I went to the dealership the next day saying" call Bruno" as my brother In law Bruno also helped me navigate some of the questions with my car purchase and the loan, but now this joke is also shared among my family members and siblings!! :D Overall they simply provided an excellent customer service throughout the entire process!! I am very happy to have visited this place for my new car purchase! read more

Came in for $104 oil change which is already high and they want to now charge 3% if you use your credit card. Whether I buy something for $5 or $1000 from a grocery store or Amazon I don't get charged a credit card fee. Why here? Use your coupons if getting service here. And if buying a car you can get an extra $3000 off in addition to their $1500 rebate. When they say they don't do Dealer Markup it's BS, they just inflated the listed price at this dealer. read more

Today was an unbelievable day for me as a Ford Customer. I planned on eventually going to another competitor dealership, however I am so glad that I did not and that was all thanks to the staff. I was looking at vehicles in the lot when Aziz approached me and began assisting me. Aziz was extremely polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. It came time to run credit and this is where things became even better. Tariq came by and introduced himself and immediately told me he had great news and that "I was going to love him" Tariq was right I ended up loving him along with Aziz, Abbas, and Mansoor. These gentlemen took care of me and made me a life time FORD customer again. Thank you all again for your time and prestige customer service! Can't wait to share the epic customer service I received with friends and family. read more

If you are in the market for a new, or used Ford vehicle, go visit Ahmad Nasiry at Fremont Ford. He took care of me purchasing a new F150, he was upfront and very transparent with all the numbers, and made the process very simple and convenient so that I was able to sign documents and drive off the lot without wasting any time. Also, the dealership is very fair with pricing, I visited two other Ford dealerships in the East Bay and felt like a was dressed like a clown after leaving. Go visit Ahmad for a great deal at Fremont Ford! read more

I have been coming to this particular ford dealership service shop for a while now, and every single time I have been provided with great service. I had the privilege of working with some awesome people at Ford on Tuesday 06/24/25. I elected to trade in my Honda Civic for a Ford Ranger Lariat FX4. I was treated with respect, the sales team was not "pushy" and overall had a positive experience. That's coming from someone who likes to trade in and buy a new vehicles every 2 years ish. I have been to many dealerships over the years, and this was a solid experience. I worked with the finance manger named Mustafa Barakzai. He was great to work with, and helped me with all of my issues and questions. Thanks! read more

Just wanted to give my 5 star review to Imaad and his team at Fremont Ford. He went above and beyond to make the deal happen for me. Very professional, respectful car dealership. I never felt pressured at all. I was actually given a deal, and allowed to go home and think about it. I returned the next day to get my 2025 Maverick. The next day I was taken around the dealership to meet individuals at the parts and service department. I really felt a connection with the team. I would recommend Imaad for anyone looking for a good car buying experience. read more

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I went in to buy a car for my mom, and the manager refused to even discuss numbers unless she was physically there. I was the one handling the deal and trying to save her time, but apparently that wasn't enough. Completely rude and a total waste of time. The whole experience changed my mind about buying a Ford, so we ended up getting her a BMW instead. read more

While the initial service was good, my truck came back with a wobble and vibration in the steering wheel that were not there before which means to me that when they rotated the tires, they did not align or balance them and now I have to go else where to get that done because I will never go to Ford dealer again for service unless it is a recall. They also looked for the problem I had with tire pressure sensor fault notification, but did not fix it but charged me 139.00 to tell me it was faulty which the car already told me. Dealership service departments are not the place to get your truck or car worked on if you want good quality service for your hard earned dollars. read more

The employees at Fremont ford were spectacular. They went above and beyond in taking care of all my needs. Typically, I would never go to a dealership for anything. Now I wouldn't go anywhere but here. If you want to feel good about a salesman see Behrooz Rahimi. He made me feel like my needs were more important than any amount of money I would spend. He went out of his way to take care of me. Then I had to deal with the service department. The service department is why I stay away from dealerships. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Jose was amazing. He gave me status reports every day and made sure everything was done as quick as possible. I have one side note to management. Your whole team serves you well. Invest in a better voicemail system, please. Your team deserves it and it will help serve your customers better. read more

Parts counter folks are always super nice. You can order online and pick up from here too!

Stay away!!! Quoted $4,385 for a 60k service on my F-450. Ford's actual recommended maintenance at 60k is oil/filter, fuel filters, and inspections -- which should cost ~$600-$1,200. The estimate included redundant coolant service, throttle body cleaning, and other unnecessary add-ons. I've heard of shady dealerships before but come on man this seems borderline illegal...The worst part is you're left standing there for 10 minutes when you show up for someone to greet you. Not only are the prices inflated 4x but their customer service seems to be non-existent. Management really needs to take a hard look at these practices and decide if they really want to be known as the "shady" ford dealer. read more

This review is based on my experience with purchasing 2024 Ford Bronco Sport. It is the second SUV(and the first NEW one:)) I have purchased from this dealership. Actually, I am their customer since 2019, and I have never regret about that. Ernesto and Mustafa made the whole buying process very easy and straightforward, starting from appraising my trade in to offering the best financing options and extended warranty/maintenance packages according to my needs. After 5.5 years of servicing my previous SUV at Fremont Ford, I also highly recommend their service department. read more

When a mistake was made by the appointment scheduling team that caused a big inconvenience for me and my wife Fremont Ford stepped up to make it right. Mistakes are going to happen but Michael (GM) and Carmen (Customer relations manager) went way and I mean WAY above and beyond to make it right. Michael and Carmen turned me into a satisfied customer and if my van is again in need of service, a returning customer. I did not catch the name of my service tech but in my conversation with him he was friendly and took the time to explain everything he did to my van even checking my spare tire (which was way under pressure) to make sure I'd be good to go if the spare was ever needed. Doing the right thing means a lot to me so five stars to Fremont Ford for doing the right thing! read more

We bought a used car at Fremont Ford. Immediately after driving it home, we discovered an important safety issue that made the car unsafe to drive. We worked the issue up the hierarchy at the dealership, eventually contacting Michael Pollam, their General Manager. Michael took our concern very seriously and had us bring the car in for an evaluation. By the end of the day Michael had restored the vehicle to a safe condition. We very much appreciated Michael's caring, concern, and dedication to doing right by the customer. Thank you Michael! read more

I'm thrilled to share that I just picked up my new Ford Escape, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the whole team made me feel genuinely welcomed and supported. Everyone--from the General Manager, Abbas, to the finance and sales managers--was exceptionally professional, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure I was approved and comfortable throughout the process. A special thank you to Robert for his outstanding assistance, and to Abbas for his leadership and support. This team truly made the car-buying experience seamless and memorable. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this dealership. I'm now driving away in my dream car, and I couldn't be happier! read more

Update: they admitted messing up registration but will be without registration for an unknown time until they can resolve with DMV. Horrible experience working with them. All they care about is selling you the vehicle. They screwed up my registration and dmv sent it back to them to review and fix. Fast forward 5 months after purchase, no one will take my calls after months of calling each week. Their only excuse is the DMV rep we had quit. After going to the DMV they said It's still registered to the previous owner and I have to figure it out with the dealer. It's been two months with my temp registration expired so I cannot drive my vehicle. Please do your self a favor and buy a ford elsewhere. read more

The service experience was very unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Tarek hung up the phone when I called to ask if my new vehicle was ready. I bought a new 2025 model truck with only 40 miles, and it was delivered without a working wiper system. Even after more than three weeks, I have not received the vehicle. The person claiming to be the manager, Mr. Tarek, was rude and offered no real solutions. The dealership seems to focus more on financial transactions than on customer service. He bluntly told us it was our fault because we should have inspected the vehicle. However, it's the dealer's job to have a vehicle checklist before selling a "new" car. I advise prospective buyers to be careful when considering a purchase from this dealership, as they claim to sell brand-new vehicles that might be defective. All I have to say is that DONT GO. read more

We made an online inquiry and listed the model, style and options we wanted. Received and email basically asking me what I was looking for...not a good start. I should have known then to go elsewhere. We proceeded to order a vehicle they'd "found" for us out of state. The real fun began when we needed the vehicle for another facility of ours out of state. Boy oh Boy what a nightmare it became. Then when we went to register it out of state we weren't provided with a Certificate of Origin to complete that transaction. We've been waiting since December for that document and have spent hours trying to acquire it. Our company currently operates between 4-500 trucks company wide. 90% of them are Fords. We will never do business with Fremont Ford again. I'm very disappointed in their "customer service" to say the least. read more

I took my Premium Performance Pack Mustang to Fremont Ford for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, when I got the car back, I noticed scratches on my performance wheels. The only reason I chose this location was due to its proximity, as I didn't have time to do the service myself. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning after I get my wheels repaired. Technicians need to take much more care when handling customer vehicles--especially performance models. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service center. read more

We purchased our Ford Mach E through Fremont Ford and absolutely loves it. However, I would like to warn everyone to be careful about the Triple Plus Care Plan the sales team will try to sell you. The sales / finance person at the time mentioned to me that this plan covers windshield, tires, wheels and dents and emphasis to me that "for the windshield, if we cannot repair, we will replace with a factory windshield for you while insurance company covers aftermarket". I purchased it based on the words for a peace of mind. Guess what? I got a deep rock chip on the windshield almost 2 months ago, brought the vehicle to Fremont Ford, not that it took 4 weeks to hear back and to finally scheduled with the outsource windshield repair shop, there is also a deductible (while most of the insurance company covers for free). I was then told the rock chip is too deep that is unrepairable and the plan only covers for repair, no replacement. This what I thought to be a peace of mind package turned out to be a nightmare. I have not got the windshield taken care of it through my auto insurance within a week. Lessons learned. If anyone interested on this "Triple Plus Care Plan", make sure to read the fine print of detail or ask the sales man to put down in "black and white" about the windshield replacement. Do not make the same mistake I have made and could safe you a time and money to just go with your auto insurance! read more

My first review was deleted due to lack of information. Let me start by saying the manager at this location is the best thing they have going. He's helped me along the way and any issues Ive had. The sales, finance and service crew on the other hand are useless and overall scammy. When I went in to close the deal on a ford explorer, I states I did not want a warranty. After multiple "no thank yous", the finance person still snuck a $10k warranty on an itemized list not near the final price. The gentleman consistantly tried to grab my attention while reading documents to the point i asked to let me focus. Long story short I was able to remove the warranty with the help of the manager but it took over a month of emails and communication. I would have wished the whole buying experience would have gone friendlier and smooth but the moment i stepped in I never felt comfortable. Bad on me for not trusting my gut. I also asked to remove anti theft which was denied. When offered coffee, the machine was broken. Im helping people choose other delaerships because this one is scummy. read more

I would also like to extend hefty gratitude to Abbas, a GM who understands what owning a V8 Mustang means to a Mustang enthusiast as myself; who made the deal possible and my dream come true!! I've been buying Fords for 47 years and my most recent purchase was from Fremont Ford. The experience was great. I especially appreciate my sales guy Robert Contreras. This review is only for the test drive. Stopped by on NFL championship Sunday to sample the Mustang Mach E. The staff (Robert & others) were friendly & engaging without being overly aggressive. We picked out a gorgeous red Premium model with all the bells and whistles for some joyriding. We cruised around the local streets then hopped onto 880 for a road trial. Unfortunately I was only allowed to drive no more than 1 exit duration on the highway, all the while stuck behind unusual amount of traffic in the slow lane. Not enough time to unleash the Mach E full potential. Overall I was still impressed by the Mach E design, the simple layout and the huge 15 inch monitor. The infotainment system and the adaptive cruise control were less user friendly compared to Elon Musk's EVs. read more
