Update: they admitted messing up registration but will be without registration for an unknown time until they can resolve with DMV. Horrible experience working with them. All they care about is selling you the vehicle. They screwed up my registration and dmv sent it back to them to review and fix. Fast forward 5 months after purchase, no one will take my calls after months of calling each week. Their only excuse is the DMV rep we had quit. After going to the DMV they said It's still registered to the previous owner and I have to figure it out with the dealer. The service experience was very unprofessional and unsatisfactory. The Service Department is seriously lying to customers. I was told upon arrival that their "Fast Lane" service would take 1 hour MAX. I am currently awaiting the completion of a simple oil change. After 2.5 hours, I find the keys to my and other customers' vehicles are still on the service agent's desk. I am told it will be another 45 minutes (we'll see) before I can get the car back after a manager has expedited my service. They have notoriously been poor in regard to customer satisfaction. Today I have also been advised that my car needs an additional $1400 in services that the owner's manual and Ford Site say are not due! How many others have they suckered into unneeded repairs and maintenance? True lack of integrity, morals, and ethics. I should have known then to go elsewhere. We proceeded to order a vehicle they'd "found" for us out of state. The real fun began when we needed the vehicle for another facility of ours out of state. Boy oh Boy what a nightmare it became. Then when we went to register it out of state we weren't provided with a Certificate of Origin to complete that transaction. We've been waiting since December for that document and have spent hours trying to acquire it. Our company currently operates between 4-500 trucks company wide. 90% of them are Fords. If i could leave 0 Stars I would. This dealership is Hot smogging vehicles and selling them as good used vehicles when they're not. I Purchased a Used truck here and was told it was in great condition, always maintained, just got maintenance done and smogged. 2 days later the check engine light comes up for Bad catalytic converters. Those do not go bad within one month of smogging the vehicle. also Not one catalytic , but both sides is what it coded out to be. Took it back in and "Worked something out" With them. The truck supposedly got a New catalytic converter because They Said it was just one side. I took the truck home after just under a week at the dealer. A few days later the check engine comes back for the same problem. i take the truck into a different dealership asking for them to look at it and they tell me it doesn't even look replaced, that the other side is also bad along with other issues. I trusted this dealership Buying a vehicle and putting a nice down payment just to get Done completely dirty by them. I took my Premium Performance Pack Mustang to Fremont Ford for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, when I got the car back, I noticed scratches on my performance wheels. The only reason I chose this location was due to its proximity, as I didn't have time to do the service myself. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning after I get my wheels repaired. My first review was deleted due to lack of information. Let me start by saying the manager at this location is the best thing they have going. He's helped me along the way and any issues Ive had. The sales, finance and service crew on the other hand are useless and overall scammy. When I went in to close the deal on a ford explorer, I states I did not want a warranty. After multiple "no thank yous", the finance person still snuck a $10k warranty on an itemized list not near the final price. The gentleman consistantly tried to grab my attention while reading documents to the point i asked to let me focus. Long story short I was able to remove the warranty with the help of the manager but it took over a month of emails and communication. I would have wished the whole buying experience would have gone friendlier and smooth but the moment i stepped in I never felt comfortable. Bad on me for not trusting my gut. We purchased our Ford Mach E through Fremont Ford and absolutely loves it. However, I would like to warn everyone to be careful about the Triple Plus Care Plan the sales team will try to sell you. The sales / finance person at the time mentioned to me that this plan covers windshield, tires, wheels and dents and emphasis to me that "for the windshield, if we cannot repair, we will replace with a factory windshield for you while insurance company covers aftermarket". I purchased it based on the words for a peace of mind. Guess what? I got a deep rock chip on the windshield almost 2 months ago, brought the vehicle to Fremont Ford, not that it took 4 weeks to hear back and to finally scheduled with the outsource windshield repair shop, there is also a deductible (while most of the insurance company covers for free). I was then told the rock chip is too deep that is unrepairable and the plan only covers for repair, no replacement. This what I thought to be a peace of mind package turned out to be a nightmare. I have not got the windshield taken care of it through my auto insurance within a week. Lessons learned. If anyone interested on this "Triple Plus Care Plan", make sure to read the fine print of detail or ask the sales man to put down in "black and white" about the windshield replacement. Things went bad when I met the finance guy, Monsoor. My problem is that I had to tell him no on at least 6 different occasions when asked about the extended warranty. He kept lowering the prices and the options and I ultimately made a decision I regretted about adding a tire care package. Things got confusing at a certain point and I felt like he just wanted to get a sale in and didn't really care what I had to say. Additionally, he also told me that the Spartan Security System was mandatory but upon further examination of the paperwork it says that it is optional. This review is only for the test drive. Stopped by on NFL championship Sunday to sample the Mustang Mach E. The staff (Robert & others) were friendly & engaging without being overly aggressive. We picked out a gorgeous red Premium model with all the bells and whistles for some joyriding. We cruised around the local streets then hopped onto 880 for a road trial. Unfortunately I was only allowed to drive no more than 1 exit duration on the highway, all the while stuck behind unusual amount of traffic in the slow lane. Not enough time to unleash the Mach E full potential. Overall I was still impressed by the Mach E design, the simple layout and the huge 15 inch monitor. The infotainment system and the adaptive cruise control were less user friendly compared to Elon Musk's EVs. read more
