I initially brought my vehicle to your service department because the engine RPMs fluctuated while idling at a complete stop, and an unusual noise was present. During my first visit, your technicians performed diagnostic testing, repaired a hose, and completed a 10-mile test drive. I was informed that the issue had been resolved, and I paid for the repair. However, immediately after leaving the dealership, I noticed that the original problem was still occurring. I returned for a second visit, during which additional diagnostics were performed. I was advised that the air box was cracked and required replacement. I approved the repair and paid the associated cost. Once again, I was informed that the issue had been corrected following another 10-mile test drive. Unfortunately, the same symptoms persisted. I then brought the vehicle back for a third visit because the original concern remained unresolved. After further diagnostic testing, I was advised that the battery and alternator should be replaced at an additional cost of approximately $2,000. At this point, I have paid for two separate repairs, yet the issue that originally prompted me to seek service has not been resolved. I was told I need back breaks really bad and I needed to call consumer affairs because my cars too new and they were on back order. I called consumer affairs and opened a case and was told there's nothing they can do u til the parts are actually ordered by the dealership. All in all I called Infiniti Roseville which is where I usually go it's just so far. They were going to order the parts for me and said they have two in stock I made an appointment for two days later. These people maybe need some tips on how to do things efficiently. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very disappointing experience with Dublin Infiniti. Never come back. Very poor communication, poor accountability, and poor customer service. For a dealership, this is honestly disappointing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They charged me for a tire rotation and wrote on the receipt that it was performed, but the tire rotation was not actually done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I requested a refund, the service advisor, Burke, took photos of all my tires and then said he had "no idea." I followed up with him twice about the refund, but he never responded to my messages.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]On my third attempt, I contacted the service manager. Instead of properly reviewing the situation, he did not even trust his own service advisor's photos and asked me to take photos myself and send them again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All of this headache was caused by a simple mistake, or possibly a false charge, by the service department, along with wrong information being passed to the advisor, manager, and customer. This should have been handled professionally and immediately. A customer should not have to chase a dealership multiple times for a refund after being charged for a service that was not performed. Also, their labor charge for an oil change is much higher than many other mechanics. They never asked me what mileage-range oil I wanted, and they set my next oil service at only 5,000 miles, while I expected a higher mileage oil/service interval for the amount I paid. read more

I spent about a month searching nationwide for the right vehicle, and working with them completely changed the game. No pushy tactics, just ease of business, genuine care, and top-notch service. Since I live in San Diego, I had already test-driven the model locally, so from there it was simply a matter of making my decision and heading up to Dublin. John and Phil were quick to answer every question over email and text until I was ready. Once I flew in, John personally picked me up, welcomed me with a smile, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Jesse in Finance also deserves a shout-out--he stayed late to finish my paperwork so that the next day I could simply grab my keys and drive home without a hitch. I wish I could give less than 1 star. FIRST, they charge $250 just to look at your car. This was not mentioned to me before I dropped my car off with Burke. With a dead battery, I didn't want to shop around, and assumed going to the dealer might cost 'a bit more.' So, for a new battery (and nothing else), the bill came to over $550. He was pleasant but would not budge off of the $250 charge or the $553 bill for a pretty simple repair job. What's funny is, I love my 2015 Infiniti and considered buying a new one - and this is the closest Infiniti dealer to me (I bought mine in Livermore, dealership closed down). We recently took our 2017 Q60 to Dublin Infiniti, as we suspected our turbocharger was going bad. We were able to get an appointment the same week we called in and was helped by SK. The diagnostic took around an hour and they confirmed that the turbocharger indeed needed to be replaced.
