For those picking Fremont Ford for Mach E or any online Ford.com purchase please don't go with Fremont Ford if you want to avoid Markup which they can set on the car. When Mach E was available online, I did order one and selected Fremont Ford as the place to get it delivered to. Once delivered after 6 months they held the car as hostage and gave me 24 hours to pay for it with a 5K markup. In my view, it clearly doesn't make sense to pay markup after waiting for 6 months on the order. I opened a case with Ford Marketing CAS31897032 not sure if Ford can do anything either here as Dealers seem to have more power than Ford on final price. The GM Michael Pollum at this dealership says they are right here and once they have the car they can sell it for any price they want to and what the market is willing to buy it for. So don't get excited when you order at Ford.com the price isn't final and be ready to be at the mercy of the dealer to get the car. Based on this experience, I highly suggest avoiding any purchase or service at this dealership, they will try to get most out of you and try to defraud you as much as possible. This is the history of the car with the VIN 3FMTK2R75MMA27096 - Ordered by me online on Nov 27th not willing to pay the additional 5K the dealer added on top of the MSRP as in my view, it clearly doesn't make sense to pay markup after waiting for 6 months on the order. To whoever getting this car hope you search the VIN and end up here knowing that my loss and your additional money is the dealer's gain here. This is where Tesla still has an edge over Ford any day, you pay what you ordered in the first place regardless. Not sure how Ford can continue with this model if this is how it works. I wish I knew about this forum before ordering at Fremont Ford - https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/official-list-no-adm-mach-e-ford-dealers.95/page-22 FYI, Walnut Creek Ford is one of them that honor X-Plan and also don't add Markup. I just found one which they have coming in similar to what I wanted but now have to wait for few more days for it. read more

Had the best experience today with rob today, a friend recommended me to him because that was his "guy" and man did he make me feel comfortable from the beginning such a welcoming vibe I got from him made it feel like I was talking to a friend that I've known for a long time which made the whole process easier for me and my family that came with me. He was able to translate to my Spanish speaking dad everything and made him be more at ease since he was concerned about negotiating without him understanding which by the way the whole process was dubbed by him so smooth there really wasn't no negotiating I really felt like he gave me the best deal on my mustang. Really happy to know that my dad and I felt comfortable with rob and that in the future we are able to come back and we indeed will ! The shop was well kept clean and it had this welcoming vibe to it that other dealership just don't seem to have as soon as I pulled up and parked I was greeted by I believe the manager couldn't remember his name but it's the little stuff like that make places like these 5 star rated they really do their job well and are super professional. read more

First, this review is for the Service Department. I made an appointment to get my tires changed. I arrived and they didn't have any tires in stock, so they had to order some. The service guy helping me ordered my tires and told me it should arrive within 24-48 hours, but I needed to make another appointment. A week passed and I never got a call that my tires arrived, so I called. After getting passed through three different sales advisors, I finally spoke to someone and he said that he would need to call me back due to current bandwidth. I never got a call back. I called again the next day and I end up getting the same advisor that sold me the tires. He told me the status of my tires were still pending and that he would check on them and call me back. I never got a call back. I called AGAIN the following morning and it's the same guy. He told me that he had to cancel that order and reorder it. He said he'd call me back as soon as they arrived. They finally arrived the following day and he called me. This marks TWO weeks for the tires to arrive. So I call and make an appointment at the end of the week to get my tires changed. I'm now back at Fremont Ford and the same advisor tells me it should take two hours. It's been FIVE+ hours of me sitting here. I had to call 3 hours into it just for him to say they were also doing a recall repair and that it would be another 20 mins. Then he calls me an hour later to say they accidentally blew a fuse!!!!! This was an AWFUL experience. I'm still sitting here waiting for my vehicle, but I will not be scheduling another service appointment at this Ford. read more

We have been after the hybrid Ford Maverick to replace my aging Prius for a while now. Over a year ago, Ahmad has been coordinating with us with the order, the options the delivery and the purchase of the vehicle. Ahmad has been extremely knowledgable and supportive throughout the entire process, including when we misplaced our title to the Prius after our recent move. Mustafa and Ahmad made the purchase of the 2023 Ford Maverick XLT smooth and painless and I happily recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a Ford through the order process for their vehicle. read more

We found the Mustang Convertible my daughter was looking for and after calling Ahmad we began working through the details. As a retired industry professional I was surprised at the level of service and knowledge I received from a gentleman who was patient, unflustered and always accommodating. I thought that it was just due to the temperment of an experienced pro. Then I met Edison and later Mustafa and realized the entire dealership had an working ethic that was gracious and genuine. I was treated with dignity and respect, no pressure decision making with thorough explanations. This is a classy group of employees that treated my daughter with respect and took the time to go through every feature. If you are fortunate to find the vehicle you need, I assure you, you will have a wonderful experience while making new friends. Thank you gentlemen for a first class transaction. Fremont Ford - New purchase. - Car Dealers Near Me - Newark, California

For a couple weeks the S/O and i have been talking about replacing my blazer with something a tick larger, i'd looked at all kinds of stuff online and had narrowed it down to a Traverse or Explorer, aesthetically i've always been partial to Chevy's so we started there. Ben was great! Super friendly, seemed interested but got called off to do something else. The guy who stepped in (doubt he was even in sales) didn't seem any too interested in our business and when asked if any local dealers had other trim options he told us that we would have to make a deposit before he'd bring one in. uh. what?! I don't know why i was so shocked, when we purchased the 2021 blazer we had to drive down to Stevens Creek because the Fremont location wasn't looking to make sales then either. Sooo, we left and went to Ford. OF COURSE a sales guy saw us get out of the car and came at us like a fruit fly on a brown apple, and i was ready to fight him off, but there was no pressure, no pushing or steering, Behrooz asked what we wanted and how he could help. He wasn't deterred or annoyed by my resistance to share info, didn't even complain that i kept us yapping in the blazing sun far longer than i should have. S/O test drove the Explorer, had a couple words with the sales manager and we went home to discuss. Went back the next morning and S/O asked about a truck he'd seen on another dealer's website (ironically the chevy dealer that doesn't want to sell cars) Abbas handed me the keys to the Explorer so i could test drive before signing anything and told S/O he'd have it on his lot by the time we returned. And he did *gasp* without a deposit! So we test drove that, argued amongst ourselves before telling Behrooz and Abbas we'd be buying both. It felt like Abbas was arguing FOR us instead of the classic haggling AT us. He presented reasonable numbers, great offers for our trade-ins, threw in some shiny incentives and i had no hesitation in elbowing S/O in the ribs to start signing stuff! We were ushered into the Finance Director's office and i thought "ok, here's where the slime comes in" but nope, no greasy tactics, no surprise fine print! If anything, i was surprised that Mustafa, a man of numbers, had a sense of humor! I apologize that i didn't get his name but the guy that was told to take me to my new car and show me how everything works, he was so great! so enthusiastic! I wanted to keep asking questions just because he seemed to be enjoying his job, but it was as hotter than Satan's bath water and i just had to get home. Cars truly do not excite or impress me but, i was so blown away by the excellent service from everyone on the Ford Team, i was compelled to type out a lengthy review. (that will also be pasted to Chevy (but with fewer stars)) read more

Had a good experience here! I worked with Ahmad on getting a used Ford Explorer that I found on their website, the closing price was over my pre-approved loan through my credit union, but with his manager Abbas over seeing everything they made it work. They made the whole process fast and breezy! Worked with Sophia in finance to do my paperwork and she was so cool and patient with all my questions i even had a screaming baby in there and she still was patient. All the staff was friendly when we first got there they all greeted us and asked if we wanted coffee or water. I had to come back the next day to add somethings to my warranty plan and when I got there someone opened the door for me and offered coffee and water and told me congrats on my purchase, such good customer service. My vehicle that I purchased was in good clean condition and I am very happy with my decision coming here. Thank you Ahmad, Abbas, and Sophia! read more

Get confirmed to do mobile pick and delivery since am disabled and this a great service for me to use. Well get a confirmation call a day before and now that I had my care givers have the truck ready they call me at 9:50am to tell me I am out of the service range to do this service. When my pick up was 9:30am I could understand do to high traffic or detours we will be late or pick up later. Man don't you just love how certain people will drag ur feet and make u feel like u got great service and care and then they pull this on you. Even the app shows this location within my service range. But it's cool one reason to avoid this service center. I added some pictures to show. 1st get the app invite for the service follow threw they confirm ur in range for the service. Add my favorite dealer in the area then I get confirmation. Then the day before get a confirmation call. Set up with my care givers for truck to ready for this great new service. Okay day of service they don't arrive until get a call about an hour later saying I am not in the range I tell them the app won't let us make the appointment if we not in the range. So now I lost care giver hours to set all this up plus we waited for this. Now I ask then to verify with the app and talk to a manager. I hate sounding like a Karen man. So I just get so upset I start to get sick. I have a heart condition and was in hospice. So now i have to rest. So now I get a call from them if I want to cancel come on if I didn't qualify then why u want me to cancel. Can't believe the sales team is a super star at sales and customer care but service department always drop the ball. So many things I need to get checked out my my lightning I don't want to get checked since I have to pay 150 for each thing. I was quoted about 2,509 just to pay for things to get checked out from the service department. How I paid for the total package care and maintenance plus extended warranty at this dealership. But to get things checked out even with Videos showing the issues. Sorry it's policy u need to pay 150 for each thing once we confirm it's covered u get that money back. I don't have that kind of money. Plus instead of building a trust with the customer you scare us off. I will still buy a car from here but not service here anymore. Had issues with my 2019 in the past but now my 2022. I had issues since 1st 3 months and recalls but always have issues with the service team. Guys I didn't buy a 50,000 bucks truck I got a platinum a dream truck and now I have to go way out of my way to get better service advisors. I set an appointment and I get the service needed. read more

I'm so disappointed while writing this review on my way home without my vehicle, my car broke down while driving home after a busy and stressful shift at the airport where I work. I towed my car to ford 10 days ago for it to get fixed as my extended warranty is one of the highest and not point on fixing it on my own when it's still under warranty, the process has been very bumpy and clueless at times, a new hired has been helping us, and apparently he doesn't work for the company anymore, they kept trying to make me pay for lots of stuff that were all supposed to be covered, but I do not mind as long as it's a fair payment. I went there today and pay them $375.00 and they gave me my keys, as soon as turn my car on I noticed the check engine was still on, and now the fuel pump is making a weird noise! I'm here now on a Lyft drive going back home without my vehicle 10 days after and with lots of time wasted on phone calls and waits, please fix my vehicle!! Update: 4 weeks had pass since my first time at ford and nothing yet. I tried calling the number of the person who responded on Yelp but not only he didn't answer his phone calls but also did t respond to any of the messages I left (Michael P. Definitely not more than a Yelp bot) definitely worst auto mechanic service I had ever received, save you money and time, do not trust this guys, I will also have my regular mechanic check my car after just to supervise the job done and also see if I need to escalate this issue to higher authority, as I feel like ford did not care about my security by returning a vehicle with existing problems and even a check engine light on. read more

I was in desperate need of a change I needed a new vehicle I absolutely didn't have to look far . I came into this dealership and received more than I was expecting . I was able to trade in my old car that I owned it wasn't the worst but it absolutely wasn't the best in many ways. Thanks to Mustafa Barakzai, Abbas and Ahmad whom were very kind down to earth and helpful to say the least . Really great people and good at what they do. I was able to drive away with a BRAND NEW car low interest and much more. Thank you all so much I really love my new car. read more

This is for the service department. I've had mixed experiences in the last 30 days. Overall I had a decent experience for recall Service with some hiccups on their end. Would have been a 3/5 but I'm giving them slack and appreciate workers who did their best to help me. I have the EV mach E and it was due for a recall for the windshield and glass roof. I actually purchased from another dealership Santa Clara but when I called to ask them for the recall service they told me that they don't do it and ask another dealership (excuse is that they operate independently) and so I finally found out by calling Fremont Ford that they could help me and was excited. The guy on the phone said he could schedule me 12/26 and I said ok to booking it. I didn't get any confirmation notice for booking; no text no email. When I came on 12/26 the service department was closed... I asked the sales rep if they could help me check if I was booked for that by mistake and they said they can't help me with anything related to service. They said yeah well service is closed that day; you can leave your car here if you want and see if they can work on it tomorrow. (No. Why would I want to leave my car without my rental car and no guaranteed repair service lol. So I was annoyed that I drove up early morning (came from SJ) after Xmas and got turned away. I guess somebody made a big mistake for scheduling. Anyhow I moved on and called back when they were open to reschedule. The lady who helped me told me that she could reschedule in a week. She told me she didn't know who incorrectly booked and that she just started working LOL. Well there's no point in crying over spilled milk; so I just told her that I want to make sure that the repairs could done and that the service was booked. she was kindly able to call the contracted glass body shop for booking, spoke to her advisor that i would get my free car rental while it was being serviced, and once called me back to reschedule due to the crazy rainstorm which i appreciated. However I still didn't get a confirmation text nor email but I called and confirmed morning of that I was booked before leaving to go there. when i arrived to drop off my car, there was a bit of a wait. i guess only 1 person at a time could be helped. i was told to wait by my car. while waiting, another customer arrived also confused and was told to wait. i guess they should put up a sign for people to wait in line/ queue order and stay by their car. the service advisor helped me and was fast. he checked my car before I left and gave me my fasttrak box to ensure that i didn't forget it which is a thoughtful gesture. i did end up waiting a bit in the lobby to get picked up by enterprise shuttle so i could get my rental car, but the service advisor noticed that and made a 2nd call for me so I don't blame it on ford (enterprise was short staffed; the driver said that she normally does not drive people around and works at the desk there lol). FYI ford only covered $40 credit per rental car per day but when i got there i had like 2 options that were $65 day minimum so sadly i had to pay out of pocket extra $15 a day. Also I only borrowed for 1 day but was charged for two days. I wished Ford / enterprise could have let me select / reserve a car in advance or maybe I could have gotten more selection if gotten helped earlier that day . By my surprise, the car was repaired in a day because i was told that it could take 2 days. my service advisor was Alex. He said he could help me out by letting me drop off the rental car at ford/ take photos for me because i would not make it back in time to enterprise before they closed. I was also waiting a bit before being helped (not a big deal to me) but it turns out that day they were short staffed with many people calling out of work. Not his fault; they need to hire more staff or at least not have all clients come in at once... My car was nicely returned back with some paper mats (nice that they try to keep it clean); got my extra fob key as promised; they added in free tire pressure / maintenance check too; got a small software update. I was given the document / paperwork as proof. read more

Arrived to take a look at some mustangs. As I was looking at some cars, immediately had a salesman swoop in with a bunch of questions. I really dislike this heavy handed old style of car selling. I told the person that I was looking and would get back to him if I had any questions. He continued what I felt was interrogating me with more questions. Horrible experience and won't be back. The irony is that they had a lovely blue manual mustang in the showroom that I wood have considered. General Manager take note, you just lost a potential sale on old inventory, read more

Bought my Mach-E GT here back in October 2021 and had an amazing experience with Abbas. He truly went above and beyond for customer satisfaction and I have been loving my car since. I've been back a couple times now for routine maintenance and servicing. Sean at the service department was fantastic. They truly care about their customers here, taking extra care to treat them like VIPs! Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a new car -- especially with the current EV pricing, it can't be beat! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been having a terrible experience with Fremont ford since I purchased a vehicle from them in December 2024!! I simply wanted to get a refund for an extended warranty in which they give you a full refund if you file for it within a month. That is the policy that is stated on ford's website. I asked for the refund and even went in to the dealership to sign the papers for the refund. Sure enough a month went by and the money wasn't sent. So I called and Roberto Hatch (who is the person I was dealing with from the day of purchase) and he gave me a whole run around and said "money is on the way". Then two months, then three months. Then Roberto tells me they lost the Papers that I signed. So he told me to send a signed copy through email with the same dates as before. And in Fremont ford fashion, no money was sent. So at this point I believe we were about seven months into the process and I spoke to a woman named Devon. She basically told me that ford didn't want to give me a full refund and only give me the refund from the date that Roberto had me send the copies through email. This is all because they "lost" The papers. Now fast forward to now (9 months into the process) Fremont ford is refusing to return my calls and messages through their website. I have contacted corporate and have been able to find out more information than this ford dealership is able to find out and tell me about. Once this issue is resolved, I definitely won't be doing any business with Fremont ford. They are incompetent, dishonest, and unable to act in good faith. I would not recommend them to anyone else. read more

Absolutely pissed. Don't get your service done here. Called in almost 2 weeks ago because there is a recall for a part in my car. Was told it'll take until today, Aug 17th, to get the part in as ford would only ship them so many parts a week. Not ideal as either my husband or I would have to call off, but it needed to be done. Told them that I'd also like my tires rotated as well. Not overly pressing to get that done. Appointment was all set and my husband opted to take off. Get there for my appointment and tell them I'm here for a recall appointment. They bring me into their office and they tell me there is a recall for a part in my car. I'm thinking, oh great, another recall came up... Then they say okay, we'll get this done with the oil change/tire rotation. Umm... no oil change. That's not what I wanted. Just the recall and tire rotation, per the appointment I created. For the date I didn't want. They give me a time to expect to be called. Call my husband later to see if they called/he picked it up. Said they just called and they only mentioned the tire rotation. Im pissed because the whole reason for the appointment was the recall. I could get the tire rotation done at my next Costco trip, so why I am wasting more money and my time here when Costco is 5 minutes away and cheaper. But nonetheless, I say maybe they did get it done, they just didn't mention it. Call him a little later, and sure enough, we had been dicked around for a tire rotation that I didn't even care to have done right away. Three hours it took to rotate my tires. THREE HOURS for what the person checking me in said was "the easiest and quickest thing to do for a car". They didn't even order in the parts until my husband went in pissed. Icing on top of the cake, didn't even give him a date of when we'd now have to take off ANOTHER day to bring the car in. Just a "we'll call you" bs. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! WASTE OF TIME! Went in with a appointment scheduled just for a basic 10k service , I was told it take 2 - 2 1/2 hours. After waiting there few 2 hours they hadn't even touched it and weren't pulling it in any time soon had to leave and go back to work. Over 300$ for the service too which is just a oil change and tire rotation. not worth it. Quick lane service shouldn't take that long, would recommend somewhere else for services where they value costumers time. Took almost a half day off work to have them wast my time. With an appointment a quick lane oil change and tire rotation for a customer waiting should not take more then 2 hours. read more

If I had the option of giving no stars I would. First of all the sales guys did not disclose about fast charging adapter not in the car. Second they hide the window sticker where you see the car price range and etc. 3rd they took my car $7k down payment with 822 credit score and 11k rebate the car value still over 35k somehow. I think these guys have different prices when you are a female. Anyway, the adapter will not arrive until October 2024 I'm left without a charge and no cable living in apartment I'm not able to get to office. because I bought a garbage truck. These people did not compensate me for all this hassle. They didn't offer me free charge for this lease so I could shut up. This shows how cheap these people are in this dealership. Further proof my love for luxury cars and companies where you never go through such trouble. Anyways I'm returning this car losing my down payment and I'm taking this case to court and claim with BBB. This dealership should have thought this through because a girl like me driving their lease car is a big deal. I can drive business in for them and I can drive business away from them just like that. I had 4 people interested to purchase this mustang match E when they saw me in it.. lol no sis you all watch my videos on YouTube social media how horrible this car is. Do not buy it before you contact me. I will also offer each person who wants to buy this car a coffee chat and $200 gift card to make sure no one else goes through what I'm going through. I took my 2012 Ford Focus to the Service department today to have transmission recalibrated, and was unfortunately shocked by the way their team appears to run things. I was told the recalibration would take 1.5-2hours and I patiently waited until that point, and followed up with the service rep, who let me know then it would be another hour or so. Another hour goes by, and I inquire again the status of my car, and they let me know, "The service tech was out on a test drive, and they would be done with recalibration soon." (This was clearly a lie as my car never left the garage, and I left dealership with the same mileage I arrived with). So either very very short test drive, or they're full of it; I think the latter is obviously true here. I wait another 30-45 minutes and I inquire about the status with another service rep, who informs me they cannot complete the recalibration due to low voltage on my battery, and in order to fix it they need $300-350 to put in a new battery, which I declined. I'm a little confused why I had to chase down their service rep for this information, and why they hadn't informed me of this until 4 hours after I originally dropped my car, but I would just suggest avoiding this Ford location for any necessary services for your vehicle. They weren't honest/realistic about the time it would take for the repairs and didn't even have the care/consideration to get my name right when booking me for an appt (It's located on the VIN/registration information i provided when scheduling the appointment, lol). When they didn't meet expectations, instead of giving me the full picture/detail they determined it was appropriate to lie to me? I hope they can get their act together for all the other customers sake, but I will be avoiding this dealership/service center, and will recommend any of my friends who own Fords to seek service at any other location. Owning a Ford appears to just be more and more disappointing by the day. read more

We just got home with our new Ford Lightning and are very happy with our experience! Behrooz Rahimi was our salesperson and was super helpful and friendly; he really worked with us to get a great deal. Shout-out as well to Mansoor Bafaiz in finance who got us through all the paperwork smoothly. He didn't give a hard sell on the extended warranty but ended up offering it for such a good price that we took it! read more
