If I had the option of giving no stars I would. First of all the sales guys did not disclose about fast charging adapter not in the car. Second they hide the window sticker where you see the car price range and etc. 3rd they took my car $7k down payment with 822 credit score and 11k rebate the car value still over 35k somehow. I think these guys have different prices when you are a female. Anyway, the adapter will not arrive until October 2024 I'm left without a charge and no cable living in apartment I'm not able to get to office. because I bought a garbage truck. These people did not compensate me for all this hassle. They didn't offer me free charge for this lease so I could shut up. This shows how cheap these people are in this dealership. Further proof my love for luxury cars and companies where you never go through such trouble. Anyways I'm returning this car losing my down payment and I'm taking this case to court and claim with BBB. This dealership should have thought this through because a girl like me driving their lease car is a big deal. I can drive business in for them and I can drive business away from them just like that. Had a good experience here! I worked with Ahmad on getting a used Ford Explorer that I found on their website, the closing price was over my pre-approved loan through my credit union, but with his manager Abbas over seeing everything they made it work. They made the whole process fast and breezy! Worked with Sophia in finance to do my paperwork and she was so cool and patient with all my questions i even had a screaming baby in there and she still was patient. All the staff was friendly when we first got there they all greeted us and asked if we wanted coffee or water. I again had a great service from Fremont Ford on a used vehicle that I purchased from them approx. 6 months ago. I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape that had fairly high mileage on it so at the suggestion of the finance person that was taking care of me I purchased an extended warranty on the drive line. The car started showing some problems with the transmission it started to shudder when going up hill. So when I had them pick it up for the first servicing I asked that they look at the transmission for me. They did and found that it was indeed shuddering as I had stated. They did an inspection of the transmission and found that there were multiple problems so we started the repair process. While it was being worked on the technician found a bad coolant line and it was suggested that it be replaced so I added it to the work order. When all was said and done all I was charged for was the oil change service and the coolant line replacement. All other repairs were covered by the warranty that I had purchased. Overall I am very pleased with both the service and the out come of the warranty work completed. read more

I took my 2012 Ford Focus to the Service department today to have transmission recalibrated, and was unfortunately shocked by the way their team appears to run things. I was told the recalibration would take 1.5-2hours and I patiently waited until that point, and followed up with the service rep, who let me know then it would be another hour or so. Another hour goes by, and I inquire again the status of my car, and they let me know, "The service tech was out on a test drive, and they would be done with recalibration soon." (This was clearly a lie as my car never left the garage, and I left dealership with the same mileage I arrived with). So either very very short test drive, or they're full of it; I think the latter is obviously true here. I wait another 30-45 minutes and I inquire about the status with another service rep, who informs me they cannot complete the recalibration due to low voltage on my battery, and in order to fix it they need $300-350 to put in a new battery, which I declined. I'm a little confused why I had to chase down their service rep for this information, and why they hadn't informed me of this until 4 hours after I originally dropped my car, but I would just suggest avoiding this Ford location for any necessary services for your vehicle. They weren't honest/realistic about the time it would take for the repairs and didn't even have the care/consideration to get my name right when booking me for an appt (It's located on the VIN/registration information i provided when scheduling the appointment, lol). When they didn't meet expectations, instead of giving me the full picture/detail they determined it was appropriate to lie to me? I hope they can get their act together for all the other customers sake, but I will be avoiding this dealership/service center, and will recommend any of my friends who own Fords to seek service at any other location. Owning a Ford appears to just be more and more disappointing by the day. read more

Placed an online order for a Mustang Mach-E back in November and chose Fremont Ford as the dealer since it was the closest to me. What a terrible decision that was. In December, the price of the Mach-E went up by $2K for the CA route 1 trim level I ordered. Concerned, I reach out to my Sales manager, Wilson, and the response I received was that he had no idea about the price increase and that he would contact Ford about price protection. I then decided to change the color of the car and was told the change was fine but all the model year 2022 route 1s would increase in price for $2K. Still no response on if my order would be price protected. Fast forward to May, I received my production date for my order and wanted to confirm what the pricing would be for my vehicle and if it was price protected. I received communication from Mike Pollom, the GM, that because of the color change I made in December, my order was not price protected. I then sent Mike information from the Mach-E forums where color changes should not affect the price protection order date. Mike said he would reach back out to Ford to review my order but haven't heard a response back. Frustrated I asked if I can transfer my order to Walnut Creek Ford and Wilson said he would do this. Fast forward to July, my online order was delivered to Fremont Ford. Strange I thought they would transfer my order to Walnut Creek but they didn't. What did happen was that they would offer me the car at the current MSRP and I can take it or leave it. I once again pushed to confirm why they couldn't honor the price for the car when I placed it in November. Wilson then gave me three options, either he can transfer the order to Walnut Creek, sell the car to me at the higher current MSRP, or cancel my order and I had until 8pm to make the decision. Not even 30 minutes later, I received notification that my car was cancelled and that Fremont Ford will resell my online order. TL;DR Placed an online order for a Mustang Mach-E almost 8 months ago and when the car arrives they cancelled my order on me and are reselling it. read more
