They didn't know where it was. No car no fob? No call to update me ? They treated me with a very standoffish kind of vibe brushing me off, acting like it was my fault that they didn't know where my car was towed to. I walked about three minutes and found my car. Lazy ass staff. Really there is no customer service at this business. None of the staff is very professional. They should take a lesson or a class before they get hired.
