They have gone from zero to hero! The Manager Colin reached out to us from our post and I can…read moreASSURE you these guys have made the situation right! Between Laurie, Colin and yes Erin we are back on track and everything got worked out. Freightliner is doing the recall at light speed and doing a great job! This is the service we have always had with this facility in our past dealings. At the end of the day everyone can have a bad day but it's not the end of the world. Kudos to all and we will be singing your praise to others!

We should've known better than to go back to freightliner in Coburg. We've had bad experiences…read morethere every time and now I will make sure we don't ever go back there again. Last visit was to find out why our motorhome coach was leaning. It has a freightliner chassis. They didn't know how to measure to see if it was level or how much it wasn't level, so they called their techs. The tech told them wrong way to measure (we found out later at another shop). We were told by freightline nothing needed to be done, 4 hours labor and $500 for nothing, coach is still leaning. We called another shop, they said it only takes 30 minutes to get measurement and figure it out, and that freightliner did not measure the correct way. We took our coach there, and in 30 minutes we had the problem figured out!! Much much less bill to pay, and an answer!! By the way, while our coach was at freightliner, they wrecked 90% of the side of our coach while taking it out of their shop, hitting another parked truck. They didn't have a spotter and obviously didn't use a mirror. They admitted that this happens a lot and they'll take care of it, they always do. They had their next door body shop friends come over and they gave an incomplete estimate (we found out later it was an incomplete estimate) which was significantly less than actual repair estimate later. They then proceeded to harass us over and over to take our coach to their next door body shop friends because they give them a great discount (their words). Oregon law says we can have it fixed where we want. We told them no at least 3 separate times, we want it done at the body shop we have our coach at already (fixing a deer impact). Then they wanted a 3rd estimate, didn't do it, we know who we want to fix it. Now finally about a month later, freightliner is allowing our body shop to fix our coach, but freightliner wants us to sign a release waiver. I'm not signing a waiver. I may edit this later with additional information or pictures. I have picture of the whole side of our coach with the damage, but it has their people in the pic so I've left those pics out. I will get other pics taken.
