These guys took care of it instantly. Three days later, I was having some bake issues and within an hour of drop off, one of their lead techs was already on the phone with Sram having a replacement overnighted. Having been a regular shopper at the location in Sellwood, I was a little concerned I would lose some of that service that I've been accustomed to at the show and location however my fears are put to rest easily on my first visit to the Bend location. Tried buying two Benchmade knives first one said it was in stock in store that I could pick up that day come to find out it wasn't in the store and none of the other stores happen to have it either, so I said okay mistakes happen the next day ordered another one, only to find out the same thing happened! Very disappointed I probably will never purchase anything from sportsman again I still haven't got refunded.
