A couple of days before the scheduled date, I phoned to confirm the basics. We agreed on an arrival time, and the call was both professional and polite. On the day of the cleaning, a team of four arrived exactly as agreed. After a quick walkthrough, they got to work. Over the next three hours, they cleaned places I would never have even considered. My apartment had a lot of dust, and now there is none. This was, without question, the most expensive cleaning service I have ever used. I have hired cleaners in San Francisco, Vancouver BC, and Singapore, and for similar services the cost was roughly half. The total billed was $605, which included a discount I believe covered oven cleaning, an item I had been told would be extra beyond the hourly rate of $55 per cleaner. The overall cost was not a surprise, as we had discussed the pricing beforehand. I expected the total to be around $600, and it was. After the cleaning was complete, the invoice was sent via email, and tipping can be added at that time. That said, I am very pleased with the results. Everywhere I look is spotless. The entire team was polite, professional, and efficient, like the Navy SEALs of cleaning. (added note: my apartment is just under 1200 square feet)

She was able to understand our needs and walk us through sharing our location. (We had a coolant leak in our pickup about 10 miles west of Sisters.) She found a driver that could be there in 3-4 hours. In about two hours, she called to say the driver was on his way and would be there in about an hour. Russell arrived as expected, was very friendly, conscientious, and thorough. Kept us informed about the steps he was taking and delivered us and our pickup and fifth wheel to the dealership. Casey was kind enough to drop what he was doing and come rescue me. It was probably the shortest tow job he ever did (5 feet) but I would have been late to the campsite if I hadn't come across Casey and Cascade Heavy Rescue. Thank you for saving the day. He pulled the van forward, I climbed in and activated the battery boost button (jumps the chassis battery with the rv house battery), started the van and re-parked it a couple feet from the fence.
