We called a few places, including the dealership, to see if someone could take a look and tell us what was wrong. These guys not only got us in, they were able to take a look at it within about 15min!!! They diagnosed a bent brake plate with a rock stuck in it (causing the screeching). I had to put tire on my Dodge Ram and was staying at the Moose lodge in La Pine, right across the street from the Gills Point S took it there to have it aligned. It was wondering a little so I told Evan. He explained that if they found something it would have to be fixed prior to the alignment. Which I know. They found needing immediate attention needed. Tiered drag link, tiered pitman arm, Alignment. Also Ball joints. And rear shocks. I was willing and wanted it fixed before I left the following Monday. Told them I was free Thursday morning or all day Friday. It was the first of the week. Tristen said he would get back to me. That was Monday morning Tuesday I called him because I haven't herded anything. He said he was waiting on the parts house to get back to him. Never heard another word from this shop. I hate Schwab but from now on I will trade with them when in that area. They have lossed my trust. I spend a lot of time over there. I know I will not recommend that shop. Called Daniel at Inter Mountain on Friday afternoon - said on the way via tow truck. He found a spot for me following Wednesday. Dropped truck off at 1:30pm. Got a call back two hours later saying repair was done. They saw the frustration I had in the truck breaking down at the start of holidays and got right on it as soon as I left. Great facility, customer comforts, no gouging on extras, honesty and customer first attitude. So impressed.
