We called a few places, including the dealership, to see if someone could take a look and tell us what was wrong. These guys not only got us in, they were able to take a look at it within about 15min!!! They diagnosed a bent brake plate with a rock stuck in it (causing the screeching). No sorry, no recommendation on another place to go--I am from out of town, nothing. I called Midas, got a same day appointment & the work was done in no time. They were friendly, efficient & I would highly recommend them. I received a text from Point S a day later asking why I didn't show up for my appointment. Terrible customer service.

Called Daniel at Inter Mountain on Friday afternoon - said on the way via tow truck. He found a spot for me following Wednesday. Dropped truck off at 1:30pm. Got a call back two hours later saying repair was done. They saw the frustration I had in the truck breaking down at the start of holidays and got right on it as soon as I left.
