Everything was fantastic. The drivers, the vehicles and the service were above exceptional. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will most definitely be using them in the future when I have other national artists in town. Thank you Freedom Car. read more

Customer service at its finest. From quote, email correspondence, through my final ride- top notch. On time (even early), cars were immaculate, drivers super friendly and courteous. I will never hesitate to use them or recommend them in the future. You won't find a better car service. read more

My boss came back from her conference in Baltimore raving about this car service! She travels around the country for work and this car service really stood out to her so that's saying a lot. She said the driver was tremendously helpful, patient and genuine. As he drove through the city, he told her all about famous landmarks and good local dining. Next time our company has someone going to Baltimore, we will be sure to call Freedom Car! read more

Amazing interior detailing! They managed to get 4 years of dog hair out of my seats and floors, cup holders and hand break. The complimentary rides from and to sold it for me, and in the end I probably got the best deal in town. I drove away in what seemed like a brand new car! read more

We reserved Freedom Car for our wedding at our house. They shuttled back and forth between a park n ride to our home. Scott arrived early and was very friendly and professional. I would Def use this service again! read more

Absolutely wonderful experience! I hired a 14 passenger van to transport my daughter and her friends from her birthday party location. The service was impeccable! On time, clean car, friendly and courteous driver. The kids were impressed. I definitely felt that they were safe. Will most certainly use the service again in the future. read more

Total peace of mind! I've been a customer for at least 20 years, and this company has never let me down. Last Saturday, I had pre-arranged a car to meet me at BWI,and the weather turned bad. I phoned and was reassured that there will be a driver, and there was. Adam was waiting for me,as arranged, in Baggage... with a small tablet showing my name.Adam was helpful.. (walking on icy patches ), super pleasant, and a great driver. The vehicle looked like it could have handled a worse snow than we had.. When I want to rest easy and know that I will have a dependable driver I will always call this company. read more

Traveling is much more stressful now, but Freedom Car can make your airport transportation stress-free! I can't say enough good things about Freedom Car. I was very worried about my transportation because my flight times were obscene and I don't have a car so I was dependent on this service. Rich was helpful, professional, and clear getting me set up over the phone. Both of my drivers (to and from BWI) were 10 min early and waiting for me as soon as I was ready. They were friendly and great drivers. The cars were spotless which was a great bonus. Clean, safe, timely...don't look anywhere else!! read more

Comfort, reliability, safety, and peace of mind! We're using FreedomCar as backup transportation while my son receives sustained daily medical treatment. After speaking with Rich while interviewing car services, I knew I'd found the right business to become an extension of our family effort. Things like their extended covid safety measures and the fact that drivers are employees, not contractors, along with their 30+ years in business and transparent, collaborative style - all of it set the expectation for a top-notch experience. Our first ride met and exceeded that expectation. The driver showed up just the magical right number of minutes early for this mama's angsty brain, and my son felt safe and comfortable (he liked that the driver seemed to know he wouldn't be in the mood to chat, and made it OK for him to just chill). Mark as the owner and Suzette are two more folks you'll want to interact with, but as I've discovered, whoever you get, you'll be in great hands with FreedomCar. read more

I was coming to town for my brother's wedding (so excited!) and Freedom Car Service provided the transportation. This is how it works. Freedom Car provides you with an estimate for the job when you make the reservation on line. You provide them with your flight information and they monitor your flight. As soon as I turned my phone on after landing, I had a voice mail from Mike, our driver, requesting a call to let him know if we had checked bags or carry on. We had carry on bags. I called Mike. He told me where to meet him. We walked right off of the plane and out off the airport and into the clean, black, Toyota Avalon that was waiting for us! We arrived to our destination without any issues. Mike was a friendly,  professional, and conscientious driver! They automatically charge your credit card when you are dropped off. Easy peasy...The process takes the stress out of transportation to and from the airport! I would definitely use them again. read more

I wholeheartedly endorse Freedom Car for all your transportation needs. I worked with Suzette and Rebecca to book two 14-person red vans for my wedding day and they made the whole thing SO easy. Their pricing is very reasonable and their drivers were prompt, kind, professional, courteous, and followed the itineraries we sent them with no problem. As soon as I saw my shuttle pull up early to transport me from my house to photos, it put my mind at ease to know our bridal party and families would be taken care of the rest of the day. Thank you Freedom Car! read more

Gregory was our driver in Baltimore to my destination in Towson on July 31st. He was super polite and chose the fastest route through the tunnel. He was a safe and smooth driver! I've used Freedom before, but he was definitely the best. He would not accept the tip we offered. I'd like you to know he went above and beyond as far as service was concerned. Thank you Gregory! The driver on my return to the airport was good as well. However he did accept the tip when offered. The fleet are clearly marked and the drivers are always on time. You can count on Freedom Car. read more

Outstanding! Same day service and without hesitation provided my girlfriend with outstanding and professional customer service. On time, courteous, professional, and reliable. Even picked her up early than the time I said! Freedom Car you all are the real MVP! read more

I was looking for a reliable and safe car service for my business trip to Baltimore. It was my first time visiting the city. Yelp to the rescue! I searched for car services in the Baltimore area and was very impressed by the numerous positive reviews for Freedom Car. I sent an inquiry and received a reply within a short period of time. After discussing my needs, I felt very comfortable with them handling my request. From start to finish they were courteous, prompt, and kept me informed at all times. Freedom Car helped make my stay in a new city, easy and comfortable. Thank you Freedom Car! read more

Top drawer company, superb service. Really like that they'll bill my company direct and tip is included in the price so it's a cashless transaction all the way. Or of course you can pay by credit card. I have used them a lot to bwi, dca and Dulles. They are usually waiting for you 15, 30 or more minutes early. in the rare occasion where things get delayed its customer service all the way. Also if you use carryon you can call from the gate and they'll be waiting for you. This is a really well run business. read more

We contracted with Freedom Car to run as a shuttle between the guests' hotel and the wedding venue. They ran back and forth for an hour and a half in the party van:) The funny part of that name is it was the transport for our extremely valuable - but also extremely fragile older guests and family that couldn't safely navigate the Fells Point cobblestones. Mike - our driver was just awesome - respectful, on time and professional! The feedback from the guests and my family were outstanding. My mom said 'he was so careful with us - made sure my feet were on the step up - offered his arm and made sure everyone was safe." Golden. The office team was very communicative and adjusted for us as we moved times right up until the week before. We would definitely recommend! read more

I was picked up in a huge van at Baltimore Penn Station, so I had considerable room to stretch out and get comfortable. Matt, my driver, was lovely and communicative. Very friendly but didn't push for conversation when ours naturally petered out, which is the best! The folks who helped me book my ride were so helpful and really went out of their way to give me excellent service. They took me from Penn to Monrovia, MD, about 40 minutes outside of Baltimore. I'm from New York, but if I'm ever in Baltimore again and need a car, I know who to call. I've also recommended them to my family in the area. Thank you for a great trip! read more

Highly recommend Freedom Car. They were a pleasure to deal with, particularly Emily and Mark (the manager). Due to our schedule, we had to book car for in the middle of the night for a drive that would take a few hours. They weren't fazed by this, nor was the driver, James. James was pleasant, showed on time, appeared rested and put-together despite the early hour, and seemed to have researched the route prior to getting us as he knew exactly where and how to go. He was a safe driver and was also very quiet during the ride so we could get some needed rest. The car was impeccably clean, felt new and had no scents. All this made us very comfortable and the trip enjoyable. My parents in Baltimore also use this company for airport transfers. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. read more

We find Freedom Car to be the best car service EVER. We have used them from our place in Mt. Vernon in Baltimore City to Dulles, National and BWI airports and will use them soon again! read more

I booked Freedom car on my trip back from Australia and I'm glad I did. I was picked up from Dulles and the ride back home to Baltimore was quick and reliable. Freedom came through when my usual service provider was totally booked while making last minute reservations. They offered a larger more comfortable pick up vehicle for a more competitive price. Will gladly use them again. read more

I know why Freedom Car has all 5 star reviews! Wonderful service!!!!!! I will call them every single time I am in the area. The drivers, Jim and Joel, were compassionate and kind and made us feel like family. I was there for the final procedure on my breast reconstruction and they took such good care of me! They even offered to take me by the pharmacy and took us to get a very needed Diet Coke! This is the way to travel in the Baltimore area. It is like having family there! Thank you so much for your amazing service!!! read more

I called to reserve a car last minute on the Thursday night before Presidents' Weekend. When the very polite man at the other end of the line told me they were probably all booked up, I was not surprised. Then he said that he might be able to figure something out. After a short while, I was informed that he's called one of his drivers and that he could come in a little early and pick me up! When that generous man arrived outside my door promptly the next morning, I was greeted with a warm smile. The drive was pleasant and informative (do you know the history of the superstition around Friday the 13th? I do now!) and I arrived at my destination on time. I don't often use car services, but when I do again, I know who I'm calling! read more

Without a doubt the best car service I've dealt with. We had a multiple pick-up request spread over two days, and sent in on short notice, and they have pulled it off perfectly, with prompt service, a VERY helpful driver, and extremely comfortable vehicles. Top notch read more

I have to give them 5 stars. The customer service agent over the phone took thier time and answered all of my questions. They followed up to ensure our reservations were ok. When the driver showed up at the airport, he was very courteous. My mother and sister enjoyed the ride home. I will continue to use this car service. read more

If you need to get to the airport or anywhere, Freedom Car is amazing. We used them for the first time to get us to BWI and it was perfect. From what our driver,Mike, told us they drive people all over the area. Not just for BWI drop-offs . Highly recommend. read more

I hired Freedom Car to pick up my teenage son at the airport and take him to a college event. It was very easy to set up and schedule the pick up. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond by contacting both me and my son by phone leading up to the pick up. And his driver Mike was so patient and flexible as my son's arrival was delayed. Mike even called me again after he dropped off my son and gave me all the details. Fantastic service. I highly recommend Freedom Car. read more

Freedom Car was great! We used them for airport drop off and pick up for our family vacation. I was able to book online, talk to their agent about what I was looking for (family travel, lots of luggage). They were very transparent about the price and super easy to use. We had some personal difficulties when we landed (absolutely NOTHING to do with Freedom Car) and they were incredibly patient with us as we got them sorted out. Thanks Freedom Car! I will definitely be using you again in the future. read more

I've used Freedom Car before in the past without issue, but this past Monday, the driver was late so I hopped in cab. Two days after my scheduled reservation, I was charged for the ride and when I called to get a refund, the operations manager was a complete dick to me. I didn't have time to call FC to cancel on the day of because I had a flight to catch and was worried about finding new transportation to get there. The ops mgr would not help me out and demanded that I explain to him why I should get a refund. I finally spoke to the owner who compromised and gave me a partial refund. Yes, this situation is probably mostly my fault, but the company's response showed a lot (particularly the jerk ops manager). Bottom line, these people are terrible at customer service and are short-sighted about retaining customers. I will walk before I use this service again. read more

I can't recommend Freedom Car service enough. The car arrived on time and they were very professional, but that's not what's exceptional about them. It's a family business and my driver, who is also the owner, was one of the kindest and most interesting people I've met in a long time. I started the ride feeling tired and unhappy for an array of reasons and was dropped at the airport 20 minutes later feeling relaxed and and upbeat. Really amazing. Highly recommend. read more

THE BEST!! Great customer service and reasonable rates. I called from Los Angeles with a last minute request and Robin was super friendly and provided a quote in less than five minutes. Called back to reserve a car and Rich processed my request quickly. Called again to find out the status of the driver and Judith was so helpful. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again!!! read more

Very professional service, one of the best car service we have experienced in major cities. The reservation system is easy to use online. The reservation staff is polite, courteous, and efficient. Phones are answered right away. We had to make several last-minute changes to the reservation and they handled everything very professionally. Drivers are on-time, knowledgeable and friendly. We can't ask for anything better, except, maybe, that they expand to other cities! Thanks for a great job! read more

Wonderful staff from reservation to destination. I needed a ride before 5 AM. They were prompt, helpful and courteous. I got a confirmation email for me to review details to ensure all the information is correct. No tipping policy allows one less thing to think about when making a trip. I would use only them in the future and recommend them to anyone, read more

We have used Freedom Car twice. Both trips have been stellar! We were a group of fourteen attending two very large political events in DC. The owner Mark was amazingly helpful and responsive. I had many questions, concerns and special needs regarding our riders. He made excellent recommendations for our group. Our shuttle bus was super nice, perfectly clean, comfortable with good suspension (excellent ride). Our driver Chuck was terrific and took impeccable care of us. He was prompt, incredibly polite, patient and professional. We had a wheel chair and a special needs rider both times. He took care of everything. He knew exactly where he was going, where to drop us off and waited for our return. Chuck is a safe, smooth and dependable driver. Both trips were outstanding. The rate was more than fair for service that surpassed our expectations. Everyone in our group was thoroughly impressed. We will be using Freedom Car not only for our group activities, but individually as well. Thank you!! read more

I planned my destination wedding in Florida and needed my mom to fly out of Baltimore. She doesn't fly very often and had never flown alone so I was really nervous leaving my mom to fend for herself as she was traveling as typically I'm with her to help. I figured it was easier to have a car take her to the airport and pick her up on her return flight than deal with parking and shuttles. I desperately needed to find a company I could trust and safety was my main priority, so I hit the internet and read review after review until I found Freedom Car. The reviews for this company are amazing. Now I know why. They helped my mom and I during every step of the way. Their communication is stellar. I received email updates before the pickup each time. They were prompt, helpful, easy to deal with and on time each way. For the return flight the driver met her in the luggage area with a sign so she felt safe and helped her carry her luggage as she has a bad shoulder. My mom even raved about how kind and communicative the driver was. It put her at ease which is what I wanted. As a bride trying to coordinate everything and being stressed as it was, it was so amazing to be able to have one less thing to worry about. My mom was was in great hands with this company. I can't thank you all enough and we will definitely be using this service again! read more
