I brought in my 2007 Sportster that I had bought on Facebook Marketplace. She's definitely a bit of a junkyard dog and had an oil leak along with several other random issues that needed attention. Randy took the time to diagnose everything, explained what actually needed to be repaired, and never once tried to upsell me on work I didn't need. That kind of honesty is hard to find. The pricing was also significantly better than taking my bike to the Harley dealership, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My Sportster rides better than it ever has, and the leak is finally gone. It's like I got a whole new bike back. On top of that, life got busy and I wasn't able to pick her up for a couple of extra weeks after the repairs were finished. Randy had no problem holding onto the bike until I could make it over, which I really appreciated. Great work, fair prices, no pressure, and genuinely good people. I'll absolutely be bringing my Harleys back to V-Twin for future service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop.

Randy went over the estimate with me multiple times and repeatedly assured me that all of the repair costs would be covered by the insurance claim. When it came time to pick up the bike, I was told I owed more than $500 because some of the repairs were supposedly not covered by insurance. On top of that, I was charged for more labor than what was submitted to the insurance company, leaving me to pay the difference out of pocket. None of this was disclosed until the bike was finished and ready for pickup. The lack of transparency and communication was extremely disappointing. Had I known about these additional charges beforehand, I could have made an informed decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. I wish I could give 0 out of 5 stars.

Derek is the owner and he comes across as competent and honest. Seems like he enjoys what he does and he has good experience under his belt. I didn't feel like I was being scammed or pressured in any way whatsoever. I feel comfortable enough to return with my car repairs and would send even a single woman, the biggest victims of car repair shops, to Dirty T for repairs. I believe she would be treated honestly and fairly. They have a clean waiting room. The sofas are not new, but they are clean. He has a popcorn machine and three kinds of candy set out as well as a cooler of complimentary bottles of water. BTW, "Dirty T" was a nickname for Tucson back in the day. Comes from the ASU rivalry and it was a derogatory nickname for the UofA at one point. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

The new steering box went bad too in a short amount of time, however it was under warranty so it didn't cost anything. Then the second steering box went out that they put in. You know the saying , "time is money and money's time". Dirty T saved me money the first time I did business with them, then they started to cost just as much as the GM dealership; only they aren't as skillful as the dealership. So I'll be going back to GM. Sometimes it's best to go to a certified mechanic. If Dirty T Automotive uses certified mechanic's, it doesn't show.

I didn't know it was the iABS, but from all my research since that time they should have recognized it based on the symptoms. I would have respected that and understood. Flash forward, having tinkered with the bike on and off, I finally sought the help of Bee Mer Werx because they are the only real alternative to the dealer and they work on BMW motorcycles under model year 2005. Paul responded quickly to my emails. Drop off was easy at his clean shop. He immediately told me he suspected it was the iABS. After inspection, he stated it was the iABS and gave me options on the repair. He also listened to my own information and research on the issue. We did a work around until we can get a better repair option. The diagnostic and repair was reasonable in cost. The professionalism and openness was great. Takes cash, check or , for 2% more, credit card. We have a plan for completing the repairs which I will be returning to Bee Mer Werx to complete. Thanks Paul!

I ride a Ducati and have owned 3 other bikes in the past (another Ducati, a vintage Honda cafe bike, and two Jap sport bikes). I was considering buying another vintage bike and wanted to ask Paul questions about vintage BMW bikes. All of my questions were answered and Paul was more than willing to provide info and recommendations for me. About the shop: its clean, well kept and organized. The bikes were in different phases of maintenance or rebuild, but it was very easy for me to tell what work was being done since Paul is methodical and organized. Some shop owners have a hard time saying "No" to new customers or taking on new work, which usually means existing customers or work already in progress gets delayed, or details are overlooked. It was obvious to me Paul was very good about keeping his schedule in order so all of his customers were able to expect their bikes to be completed on time. I decided not to purchase another bike, I've got a Ducati Monster and dont feel like spending more time and money on another bike. But Paul has been a good resource for me since I visited his shop since I continued to look at potentially buying a bike in the Seattle area where I live. If you are ever in the Tucson area and on a road trip on your BMW road bike or adventure/dual sport, make time to stop by and see Paul.
