I've had baked goods from here in the past, but this is my first time actually being able to check the place out. The service was great, and all of the workers were kind. I went with a black bean burrito, which I'm glad was already vegetarian and it was actually really good many times when I have a black bean burger at other places it's just packed with majority, black beans and not much else. I also got their chocolate cayenne croissant, and I had no idea what to expect but it was really good. It had just the right amount of kick. I also got the rosemary olive oil slice, which was also really good. I loved the glaze on it and it had the perfect amount of denseness. I'll definitely be coming back soon to try some of their other items and they had a decent amount of seating inside!

I've been to Freedom a la Cart many times. It's always a great choice for breakfast, brunch or lunch. The staff there is so sweet. And when you patronize freedom à la cart, you're not just getting a delicious meal, but you're supporting a worthy cause. Your patronage helps keep job training strong, support services steady, and doors of opportunity wide open for victims of human trafficking. Keep them in mind this holiday season for your catering needs and currently with every $30 donation, you'll receive a beautifully packaged box of one dozen hand-crafted treats made from scratch by their talented team of bakers. It's perfect for family gatherings, last-minute giftgiving, or Santa with a glass of milk .

Very cute, bright and fresh coffee shop. I had the hot latte and the chia bowl. Service was friendly and fast. Coffee itself was ok, the flavor of the coffee was not very strong. The chia bowl was really good and just slightly sweet and was filling. I will be back for their healthier breakfast options close to the convention center

Such a nice place to dine! This was such a pleasant surprise to see a place with so much attention to detail, right when you pull up to the building there's a beautiful mural on the side of the building. Inside is so nicely decorated with a very clean and bright esthetic. The food menu has many delicious choices to choose from along with nice pastries and uniquely flavored lattes. I was sad we already planned to visit a coffee shop afterwards or then I would have loved to try one of their lattes. I got the breakfast sandwich and my wife got the blueberry chia yogurt bowl. The service was pretty fast and very friendly. We both split our meals with each other and both dishes tasted excellent. My only complaint is the breakfast sandwich is very small especially for the price. Other than that this place is totally my vibe and would love to come back whenever we are back in town!

Today I stopped and had lunch here! I got the. Don't Judge Me sandwich Roasted Chicken, French Onion Aioli, Garlic Aioli, Swiss Cheese, Crumbled Potato Chips, Arugula, Sourdough; 10/10. Service was 10/10. This place just has a nice warmth to it. The food was just everything and much more. If you are ever in the area. Spend your money here!!

A beautiful spot, with a friendly staff, clean, with great coffee and bites. The coffee ranges from basic to unique lattes, and I enjoyed everything I had. The rosemary breakfast sammy is a must order. The egg soufflé was tender yet still had a bite and texture to it, the rosemary fragrant all on a flaky croissant that was soft but still held up to the sandwich. The special lattes rotate, and there is always something for everyone. I wish I didn't live out of town.

I've been going to this cafe for about a year and a half now. It's one of my absolute favorites to visit downtown on my lunch break. All of the ladies working there are friendly and your purchases go toward a great cause as many of their proceeds support survivors of human trafficking. The cafe is cute, airy, well-decorated, and always with awesome music to vibe to while you eat. Literally have never had a bad drink here! Their teas are good and they put so much thought and effort into crafting their coffees! The food is phenomenal too! I've tried lots here but my favorites have to be the rosemary breakfast sammich and raspberry cheesecake latte they had which is a seasonal favorite. Definitely pay them a visit!

Croque Monsieur. This is the healthy version as it's pan fried instead of deep fried. Soooo good!!

Very darling place to dine in. Very peaceful with cute decorations. Looked like some folks were here ready to be parked at their spot all day. We did take out and was surprised by how delish yet healthy the meals were. My quiche was tasty and the accompanying salad balanced the flavoring perfectly. I was impressed that the croque monsieur was a healthy version that is pan fried instead of deep fried. It was still delish.

This is an awesome spot with a wonderful mission. It's beautiful inside and has great affordable options and everyone there was super friendly. I had a chai latte and loved it. Can't wait to come back to try more items on the menu!

We were looking for something with vegan options. This appeared to have more than they actually had available when we looked on their site. No worries! The experience of learning about the organization made up for it! The location is absolutely beautiful. I would maybe describe it as zen. Very calming. Not a ton of traffic going by the large windows and a quiet hum of conversation. In Dayton, we have a "chain" of coffee shops that employ individuals in recovery with the coffee shop as a nonprofit micro business. Freedom A La Cart is similar- supporting survivors of Trafficking. I absolutely love the mission!! I have been thinking of them since we visited and have been trying to think of ways to have food delivered to friends, order cookies from far away, etc. Our coffee was pretty and tasted great. The avocado toast was, well, avocado toast. I always struggle with ordering avocado toast anywhere because mine is so good at home ;) My 6'5" blue collar husband enjoyed the burrito and was full. I purchased from their small gift shop before we left- I can't wait to visit again when we are in town!

Cute little cafe in downtown! I walked here from my hotel after reading about this Lemon Aioli and Rosemary-Lemon Sausage, I knew I had to have it. I placed my order online and headed over. It's super cute and isn't incredibly busy in the area where it's located. It also has its own parking lot which is a plus! My order was ready as soon as I arrived. I ordered the Rosemary Breakfast Sammich. Yum! Totally unique and unlike any breakfast sandwich I've had. Super flavorful, and the marriage of the flavors betwixt the fresh baked croissant bun. Chef's kiss! I also ordered a regular drip coffee. It was tasty! The cafe itself is adorable and cozy, but bright and happy. I also really loved reading about (and supporting!) their mission. Swing by here while you're in the area and have one of their elevated breakfast staples. You won't be disappointed!

Loved it! The rosemary breakfast sammich looks small but is very filling. The frosted sugar cookie matcha was excellent. If you like sweeter matcha lattes, this is a great option. It has sprinkles which added interesting texture. Clean location with friendly staff and lots of natural sunlight. Overall lovely cafe!

I really enjoyed my time here! The staff was kind, and after you order at the counter they'll bring your food to you wherever you're seated. There are a few small tables and some communal seating. You serve your own water from a communal carafe off to the side and place your own dishes in bins when you're done. I tried the judge sandwich off of the lunch menu and really enjoyed it. It is made with dark meat/rotisserie meat, not chicken breast, which isn't my favorite but I think all of the toppings were thoughtful and complimentary. My companion tried the quiche which was cheddar bacon scallion and said it was delicious. It came with a side salad.
