They have a bar, so our guest this last time had mimosas' with their breakfast plus the brewed coffees. It's a small place in a strip shopping center close to Sam Moon so it's not a place one just finds, but once you do, you will be going back. On a snobbish note: The plates and silverware are not something expected at a little diner, they are quality products expected from a fine diner. As a former restaurant owner, that added touch (and expense) really made a statement as to how important quality is to them. It 100% reflects in their restaurant as well as their food. That's unfortunate, because so much of the experience was actually great. Our server, Ashlyn, was really good, super friendly, attentive, and consistently checked on us. The decor was beautiful, and the food delivered. The birria tacos were delicious. The tortilla was lightly sautéed, the portion of meat was generous, and the consommé was nicely seasoned. The chicken nachos were also really good, with just the right amount of guacamole, sour cream, and pico. I would absolutely have returned with friends based on the food, atmosphere, and service. But customer service is also about the little things. I've made this same simple request at every order of mimosa at any restaurants and have never experienced that level of resistance. I understand having standards and policies, but there should also be room for common sense and customer consideration. When the request is this small and the accommodation is this easy, saying "yes" goes a long way. 360 had a real opportunity to turn a good experience into a great one. Instead, the mimosa policy left a sour taste that the food couldn't quite overcome.

I have been reading a book called "Scarcity Brain" by Michael Easter that talks about the gamification of humankind, including designing restaurants to suit Instagram worthiness for "points" i.e., likes, reblog, comments, etc. So I get it.
