We also had the almond croissant and two breakfast tacos, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed that we even picked up a bag of their roasted espresso beans to enjoy at home. We can't wait to add them to our morning routine! A special shoutout to Tony for making our first visit so memorable. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Great customer service like his really sets a place apart. Makes the whole intersection very dangerous, especially at lunch hour. And car zipping and out of there they don't care if they hit anybody they just wanna get their Chick-fil-A. But anyway, this black rock location is great. They have consistent service. The quality of the drinks is always good and it's also one of the busiest locations. You're lucky sometimes to find a chair. It has the least amount of parking too of any other location I know of. Maybe they should open another one nearby.

At the drive-thru, they handed me my food and let me know they'd bring the candle out separately. When I got home, I realized they had accidentally given me two candles, one was tucked inside my food bag and another had been brought out separately. I called to let them know because I wanted to pay for the extra candle (I absolutely love their candles and wanted to keep it!). The sweet lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and told me not to worry about it, they wanted me to enjoy the second candle on them. That level of customer service is so rare these days. Everyone was friendly, appreciative, and genuinely cared about making the experience a great one. Between the delicious food, fantastic coffee, and outstanding customer service, Marty B's continues to be one of my favorite places. And if you haven't tried their candles yet, you're missing out!
